Kyle and Henry are extremely knowledgeable, and do a great job of explaining what it s going to take to get the job done and getting customer buy-in before proceeding with repairs. This is why I ve been going to back to them for over a decade. These guys are absolutely the best in the business.

I have had our cars at Boulevard several times over the years and they have always been honest with me and the work they have done has been excellent. Many times, they've talked me out of certain work being done as a waste of money or they have recommended less expensive solutions. I think they can do practically any automotive work there is (except alignments).Great business and great guys to work with.

I have used this shop for nearly 20 years with 5 star experiences, but my last repair did not go well -- 2 stars at best. A problem undiagnosed for months had the potential to damage my car's engine. This was disappointing after so many years of superior service.I can still recommend Blvd Auto Repair for routine maintenance, state inspections, or repairs which can be computer diagnosed, but I'm unsure about the team's manual diagnostic skills.Over a year after spending around $1,000 for an AC compressor replacement, I've made about 10 visits to the shop and am out about $700 in additional parts/labor (two blend door motor replacements, climate control unit replacement, relay replacement), none of which solved intermittent problems with the AC randomly turning off and blowing hot air or the heater either blowing air so hot it burned my ankles or not working at all. No offer of even a partial refund for labor or parts was made. My report of a sizeable puddle of fluid under the car after the AC compressor replacement was brushed off as condensation.A SINGLE trip to another mechanic resulted in a successful repair. (To be fair, the overheating engine was a helpful clue).Still, for over 8 months Boulevard Auto Repair failed to notice a significant leak in my engine cooling system caused by a coolant supply pipe which was rusted through. I'm disappointed that the reported large puddle under the car wasn't investigated more thoroughly last fall. Had that happened, the engine coolant issue may have been found sooner and the cost of replacement AC parts/labor may have been avoided.Apparently excess heat in the engine compartment -- not AC system issues -- was behind the AC compressor overheating and shutting down. Looking for the cause only in the AC system resulted in costly repairs that were likely unnecessary. Missing the issue with the coolant leak put my engine at risk for damage. Bottom line? My confidence in the shop is not what it used to be.Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Henry and Kyle are two of the best, most trustworthy and honest mechanics I know. They damn sure know their trade. I've been bringing an array of vehicles for 20 years and my dad always did when I was growing up and still does takes his vehicles there. Honest prices, fast and very reliable service. Would go out of my way to take a vehicle here if you are looking for a lifelong mechanic.

Ive been using Boulevard Auto for Years. The owner is knowledgable and experienced. Small shop/ big performance. Even when Ive had car problems that Boulevard didnt handle, Henry always had the best network of shops that could assist me in my repairs. Trustworthy and reasonable. MY Kind Of mechanics!!!!!

It was my first time using Boulevard Auto Repair and I was instantly impressed by how kind and genuine Henry was. He completed my car's state inspection promptly, I was surprised by how little I had to wait. Based on this experience, I plan to use them for my auto-mechanic needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Best and most reliable service around!If you're reading this, you're looking for an auto mechanic that you can trust not to screw you over. Well, you're done looking.Everyone at Blvd Auto is reliable, trustworthy, and knows the value of a job well done. Are they the cheapest? Maybe. I don't know. What I do know is, if you're trying to save a penny looking for an auto mechanic, you're going to get screwed.

For 20+ years, everyone in our family goes to see them. Excellent service, awesome fast turn around. They do back flips to fix you up the first time without return trips. Most times if your a regular, it is VA inspections while you wait. One time the replaced, I piston, and one piston rod in a Lincoln for my mom. No one in the country would do that, they would want to replace the whole engine.

Needed AC looked at. Called several places and couldn t be seen for 7 days. Called these guys and they said they could fit me in tomorrow. Dropped it off this earlier afternoon and they had it fixed by the end of the day. Fair pricing.

Service was great. However transparency wasn t here. Was quoted a flat 110 labor for a hub assembly. But once the guy realized I have a press on instead of bolt on he said the labor would be a little bit more. Total work was 405. I assumed the part was expensive. Nope. LAbor was 265. How is 265 a little bit more? That s a 150 percent increase. The price isn t the problem, I agreed to pay the 405. But to tell me labor is gonna be a little bit more than the 110 original quote, and the labor ends up being 265? Why mislead someone like that?

Kyle & Mr. Henry are the best around. They are always extremely helpful and kind. I always recommend them to everyone I know, and will never need to go anywhere else. I am scared of the day that I move away and won't have these guys to visit :)

We have been taking our various cars to Boulevard Auto for over 20 years and will continue to do so. They have ALWAYS been honest with great service.
