Service was great. Mike was very helpful and explained to me exactly what was happening to my car. He was very honest and informing me about everything, unlike other shops where your the one that has to call them to see what is going on with the car. Very professional and honest, hard to find these kind of people nowadays. Mike was awesome!! By far the best service I received for my car. He communicated very well and often letting me know exactly what was going on and even provided pictures. I originally took my car to a BMW shop and was told my engine was locked and would need a complete engine replacement. My car sat for over 6 months before I found Black Pavement. Mike had my car for a few hours and told me immediately that the diagnosis for my car was wrong. I didn t need a new engine and the BMW shop was just trying to get extra money from me. The only thing my car needed was a new battery. So glad I went to Mike and his team that got my car back on the road driving better than ever and saved me a lot of money. If you are looking for a mechanic that knows his stuff and will be truthful Mike is your guy. I will for now on be taking my car to Black Pavement Auto for all my car needs!!!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word, was done in a timely and showed me the parts and differences after being replaced. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. I will be recommending Michael to my family and friends. Absolutely the best service. He is very reasonable with his pricing, accommodating to your schedule and he tells you exactly what is going on. He did my rear breaks and sent me pictures of everything throughout the process and kept me constantly updated. He is good at what he does and I will absolutely go to him for all my automotive repairs and general maintenance.Service: Brakes

I Was out of town and my caliper was bad on my car, my challenger was shaking like crazy.. I went to Google and started looking up mechanic in the area that could fix the problem right away so I could get home. I called a few places and got extremely high pricing and wasn t available until two days out. I finally found Black Pavement Auto and Mike fixed my car within a couple of hours so I was able to get home safe. If you need reliable and trustworthy service this is the place to go.
