Today Jan 18 I was at the Midlothian TNPk location to get three watch batteries replaced, the store Manager Michael Apostolakis said it was two of my watches that had could not do, my third watch he said he may be able to do. He turned the watch over to explaining the way he would do it. He took my watch behind the counter for approximately 20 minutes. Ask the gentleman that was working with him something in reference to my watch, the gentleman said you could give it a try. After Michael came from behind the counter with my watch the first thing came out of his mouth was whoever changed your battery before scratch up your watch, remind you he was just showing my husband and I the watch , and this was my first time ever replacing the battery he not only scratched it up he also bent the side trying to take the back off. I explained to him Sir my watch was not like that when I gave it to you we had just looked at the watch with him. He destroyed an expensive watch of mine and lied about it. I called the district Manager and are waiting for someone to reach out to me. He also told me he didn t touch my watch. I proceeded to ask to see the store video since he lied he refused. If you have a expensive watch to not take it to battery plus.

First impressions are important. Selected this store because veteran owned. Needed to replace batteries on several watches. Walked in there and the whole store smells like weed. I could tell who was the smoker and it did not look like a customer. I would not want him messing with my watches. I know it s simple work but I m not trying to mess up my $600 watch over a battery. To the owner: if you care about your business then you probably should be more selective of who you hire. If you can t find people then you should probably be there taking care of it on your own.

Easy online ordering and batteries that often are difficult to find were in stock here. Convenient and efficient pickup with good service while at the store. Will gladly return for future battery needs.

Don t waste your time calling them. Clerk won t look up battery for you to give you a price. If it s not Duracell or some other marine battery brand they won t know what battery you need. Overpriced too.

I needed a new battery for my wife s RAV4. Batteries plus had the upgraded Duracell batteries for much less than the cheap standard replacement ones at the auto parts stores. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a pleasant experience! Will shop here again.

They did a horrible job on changing my battery on my Movado. They scratched and chipped the side of my watch horribly. I wouldn t recommend going to them.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a battery and didn t receive a receipt. Contacted the company they claimed transaction didn t happen but the money was gone from my account. Called my bank to verify and yes they took my money. The company stated they had been having glitches with their online system. The gentleman I spoke with Ben and Mike were very sweet and understanding even though I was frustrated. On the other hand Greg was rude not understanding to the frustration that I was stranded 2 hours away from home with $240 missing from my bank account and now you re telling me I can t get my battery. Mind you it is not the customer s fault for glitching on the company s cite. Long story short I spent from 12:30pm- 4:30pm getting my money back instead of getting my battery replaced. I had to call corporate and got to the point I was sobbing from the frustrations. I don t recommend dealing with this company period. Just not worth it. If I could give zero stars I would. But shout out to Ben and Mike . But Greg, needs to learn or remember how to speak to a customer.

I did not even get to go to the store. I went to eBay and saved $2.00. This is because I called for a 3V CRV 2016 battery. What should have been a 30 second call, took me close to 5 minutes. The guy kept asking what type of battery, fumbling through a computer screen, I assume. Finally, obviously since he had no idea what type of battery I wanted, he asks me what it was used for. I said it is a watch battery roughly the size of a nickel. Immediately he says oh yeah, we have one of those. Seriously? I did not even waste further time for him to verify he had one in stock. Furthermore, how could you not know what that was? It is a fairly common battery for a watch. I would not go there for any purposes, especially after reading some of your reviews.

Employees went above and beyond in checking and insuring I bought the correct product that was functioning properly and ready to go! They also guarantee their riding mower batteries for a longer period of time than most auto parts retailers.

Seriously! Anything related to batteries and bulbs they've got it! I needed a battery replaced in my watch, and it was done in a matter of minutes. I'm glad they're still around!

Called them once and asked if they have a battery for my phone. The associate who spoke to me said they do not carry it but I can come to the store so they can check if there is a battery that has the same specifications. I went to the store after a couple of weeks (that was around a month ago during the last week of June). The associate who welcomed me did not know how to open my phone back cover and said sorry we can not access your phone battery, We opened the cover for her. Then she said we do not have it. I told her what I was told over the phone. She sought help from another associate who tried to find a match through the computer. The computer gave her a list of batteries so I said we can try one of them. She left us to grab one but went to help another customer( of course without asking us if we Ok with that) we were waiting for her to get back. Then the first associate realized that so she asked a male associate to help us he came and we had to explain our issue again. His response that there are hundred of batteries that the computer gave him. We said we are willing to take the risk and try one of them. His response was NO I'm not doing that. Poor customer service and untrained associate.

If I could give a zero I would. I just left there because I stood in front of the desk for at least 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. The employees were working on watches and never bothered to lift their heads to say that they would be with me in a minute. Then the male lifted his head, saw me and continued working while the female just completely ignored me. It was SO Incredible rude! I would have never bothered to go in if I knew how poor the customer service was.

We ordered our battery and paid for it online last night.Came to pick it up this morning they opened at 9:30am we got here a little after 10 and no one was there the door was locked.We waited 25 minutes for the store to open to get our battery then were told after all that , that he needed to fill the battery up and charge it and for us to come back in a few hoursThe store opened at 10:39 am not 9:30Ridiculous!

A different experience young man who waited on me was wearing a cold weather cap with long ear covering flaps, and a pair of bulky looking cold weather boots. Not very attractive or professional. Weather was in the upper 40's, not cold at all.

I purchased a good battery online. I picked it up and was back on the road in 20 minutes, installed. The sales rep, Mr. Edmund's did a great job and was very professional and knowledgeable. Great transaction!

The gentleman I dealt with today was very helpful. I ended up leaving with a solution that was better than I had originally chosen. I was surprised at the competitive prices of the merchandise. Obviously, if you compare them to online prices, they are higher. Remember that they have to pay for the inventory and the retail space! If you are in a pinch, it's really nice that this store doesn't gouge you just because they KNOW you need things immediately. They also had some things on sale that I didn't really need but the prices were probably better than online. Very happy with this place, and would definitely go again.

Walked in at the old battery that I need to replace the guy was very friendly. His other person there was very friendly they took care of me right away that you showed me what I needed told me how much it was asked me if I wanted them to fix it for me right then they were more than willing to fix it for me right then at no cost I decided that the battery was worth more than the piece of Machinery that it went into but they were still very polite they help me and believe it or not there's a lot more in that store than just batteries and involve I bought a light from them yes I paid $25 for it 7 years ago the guy told me it would last 25 years I really didn't believe that but for 7 years now it's been on 24/7 looks like an incandescent bulb doesn't look digital and it's still working so I think they've got very good products there they've got a very good product line there but that's just my opinion

They sell stuff they don't have in stock, they don't install car batteries (but they announce the service and actually give you an appointment to do it) and ask for 2 weeks to get the battery (if you want a car battery replaced, that's two weeks too long) for one of the most popular cars in the market (Kia Sportage). I went well out of my way to get that battery and it was not worth it at all. The single thing they did right was quickly cancelling the transaction.

Excellent work and excellent service. An old watch stopped. Not sure if it was the battery. Took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs where I was given an honest opinion, after doing some work. The battery in a spare watch I had with me was changed in no time and at a very reasonable price. I was not charged for the time spent working with the old watch. I am amazed. Highly recommend this place - honesty and excellence are gems!

I went here to get some watch battery replacements. Fair pricing and quick service. I did have one watch with a fancy back that they couldn't open, but that's probably pretty unusual.

Quinn was excellent! I walked and and was immediately greeted and assisted. He checked the battery in my car and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. He had a few options to choose from and explained the differences in battery features. The whole interaction took 20 mins, from me parking to me leaving with a new battery installed. I highly recommend this location and Quinn!

Prices a little high. Service usually okay. Policy on curbside delivery to avoid contact is not effective. I bought something, but associate came to car without a mask, made me sign something, and handed me the item. I would have really appreciated a mask, no contact, put the item in the back, and stay 6 feet away from me.
