Had to take my car to B & K Auto for repairs after someone hit it in a parking deck but wasn't honest enough to leave their info. Julian and the crew did an amazing job replacing my trunk and had my car ready when promised. It was not my first time using his services, but it's the first time I've ever had an incident with my car, and I'm thankful that they always do a great job.

My 67 yr old father was sold a fully repaired mustang with a fresh paint job minus the roof. I m not going to talk about the backyard, no paint booth paint job, but the fact that the font end damage repair they ensured was done fully was in fact the most dangerous situation I have ever encountered. On both sides of the front end arm controls they had tack weld the ball joints in place instead of replacing parts. I drove out of town with my kids in the car during the holidays and the driver tire almost fell off at 50 mph. I would never take anything to them to be repaired, nor would I advise buying anything unless you check it over 100%

I have to say, stay away from this place find a reputable auto place because these guys are Shysters with a capital S. A lady nice lady came into my store to get oil change and here oil plug snapped right away when a technician of mine tried to take it off. She bought her car with these people less than two months ago and they told her to have the car towed back to their place or drive it and she would have to pay the expensive to have it fixed. These people are a joke and all their reviews are really bad. There are so many places to choose to buy a car just do do homework when looking for a used. Please STAY AWAY

They did an excellent job with replacing the side mirror on my mother's car. Very quick service, very friendly, and prices were quite reasonable. However, the best thing about them is that they're honest. Rarely will you ever find such honest mechanics around. All in all, will return here again if I need any mechanic work done.Update: I've brought my BMW multiple times here since this review, and they do a fantastic job with repair work, and have a very reasonable turnaround time. Prices are very good too.

Would leave no stars if I could. They sold aunt a broken car. She went to get her first oil change and the drain plug would not come out. When the shop called they tried saying who the shop wrong and hung up and argued with us. Now they are trying to charge her to get it fixed which is ILLEGAL. DONT NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I have purchased a car for my daughter from them that I had to drive out of state. Julian, the owner, was extremely understanding of my concerns and worries driving the car 8 hours away. Him and his crew did everything in their power to assure me of the dependability of the vehicle. Vehicle is doing great and my daughter now has a dependable transportation. The service was exceptional. B & K imported Auto services not only gained a customer for life but a friend as well! Honest group of people, I advise anyone to go there. One happy customer!!

Words cannot describe how pleased I was with Julian and his team. Everyone was telling me I needed a new alternator($700), I brought it to Julian and he realized I just needed a new belt. $95 and 60 minutes later I was out the door. Not only did he replace the belt, but he did a couple of test drives afterward to make sure he was correct in his diagnosis. Thanks Julian!

They took my money and my car wasn t fixed at all. Nothing has changed at all. These guys don t know how to properly work on cars they will lie to your face and tell you your problems will go away but instead the problem will get worse. I was ready to pay $1000 to $1500 for a brand-new clutch and clutch cable and a flywheel grind. These guys did a very honest job and fixed the slave cylinder for about $100. It's hard to find honest, hard-working folks like this out there. They now have a customer for life.

I take my Odyssey and BMW for regular oil changes and other auto issues. Binh is very honest and excellent to deal with. He will only do repairs if required, nothing extra. And everything is explained very well. Never had a problem dealing with B&K since the last 10 years.

Bought a car from these guys. Test drove and the car was great, but 20 mins after purchase the clutch gave out and cadiac converter went bad. These guys were nice enough to reinstall the catalyst however would not give me free labor to install the new clutch i had to purchase. Allow me to back track a moment, when the catalyst was replaced they brought a loaner vehicle to my work (a early 90's f150 dually with a knock in the motor no power steering ohhh....... I had to jump start the pos as well....... After having my mechanic look more into my car he found these guys half assed put the car together putting not only my family but everyone else on the road in danger. Look i am in the car buisness myself and everything mechanically wrong with the vehicle must be DISCLOSED on the buyers guide regardless of as is or warranty. I will have the BBB looking into this place. BY THE WAY THEY ARE NOT LICENSED CAR DEALERS SO BEWARE OF CRAIGSLIST ADS. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY CARS OVER THE YEARS AND THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSED EXPERIENCE EVER.

DO NOT take your car to this place!! They are very incompetent and will lie to u with a straight face. If u take your car to this place u will regret it!!! I promise you. Straight con artist. Let them work on your car and I bet u will get your car back improperly repaired plus a new problem.

Sold our aunt a broken car and yelled at us over the phone and told her to pay for the damages and when asking for a Manager was asked why in a snarky tone learn how to run a shop and a business in general

I asked to speak to the highest person in charge and their response was Um why . The most unprofessional place I ever been to. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOILD

My Mini Cooper was run off the road by a Semi.Sounds like a heartbreaking story but thanks to Julian and his team Clara is back on the road. They will pick up a car, work with insurance and stand behind their repairs. This will be my go-to shop from now on for ANY car I buy.
