I usually get good services but on this particularly day services wasn't the best. The manager voided my warranty by selling me a different set of brakes than the one in their record for the past 13 years for the same vehicle.

Sometimes they're busy but they do get to you hey there polite their patient and that's a good thing is dealing with the public Ain't Easy and they stand behind their product that's a good thing

Tied between here and O Reily for my favorite on this side of town, but I think the staff inches out a win at Auto Zone. You been to an auto zone, you know what to expect. I will say you can live and die by the staff. This one well staffed.

AWFUL! Purchased a light from another store 25 minutes down the road and it didn t work. Tried to return it at this store the following day and was denied. Called the store I bought it from who told me the guy I talked to was full of it and I could return it to any store within 30 days. Tried to tell me he couldn t accept the return because it was open and couldn t be resold. I got a defective product so now I m stuck with it because it was sold to me already bad? Manager was a sarcastic and didn t want to take it back.

I've had many experiences in this store and they've been great the majority of the time. Don't forget humans work here. We're not happy go lucky all the time. But they've always been professional. I'm writing this because of a worker named Prince. My momma called about an alternator under warranty. There was some sort of mix-up when she originally bought it so it wasn't easy to find in their computer. The gentleman PRI CE stayed on the phone trying to help my mom for 58 MINUTES!!! And never once gave her an attitude or made her feel like she was wasting his time. This employee was dedicated to helping his customer and you've got to reward that at least with a little recognition. Thank you PRINCE!!

I came here after going to several other places. And i must say Ray was awesome!!! I was needing two bolts, he helped me with no problem no attitude. Very polite and customer service skills were on point. I recommend this for your auto needs.

My family and I are on vacation and have had less than an ideal start to the trip. First our A/C in the car wasn t working. Then we learn that the hotel we booked for the night is still under construction and isn t open for business. To top off the night, we ended up with a bolt or something in one tire and we re losing air, rapidly. Here we are, stuck along Jefferson Davis Highway, with 2 young children, a packed car, and no way to get anywhere. Alex Cary went above and beyond his duties to help us out. With the time of day, and being a Saturday, every repair shop was closed. We couldn t find a 24 hour mobile service that could help us. When my husband and dad (side note - thank god for parents heading on the same vacation and just so happened to be 10 minutes away to help figure out what to do and keep the kids entertained) headed to AutoZone to get A/C charger, my husband happened to start chatting about needing tire repair. Alex offered his services to patch the tire for us, free of charge! Needless to say, he was an answer to our prayers tonight and is a true hero. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and generosity.

Bad experience never will be back again store in Jefferson Davis hwy Richmond when I was trying to get the parts I needed nancy the store manager have bad attitude when shi was talking to me so I said you have bad attitude shi said to me if you don't like it how I talk to you ,you can walk away I said okay I feel very humility when she said that I'm upset I promise never go back again

Seles associates told me one one stole the diagnostic equipment from store and without that how the company do there inspections for store need items plus only one equipment for store ???

The associate that helped me was so helpful !! He was funny not like any of those serious people that do work in there. He helped me find the perfect battery for my car and put it in for me. Service was perfect!!

Ryan and the other guy( Kevin) not sure if that s his name but they are awesome. Friendly and very helpful with teaching and showing a female how to care for her car! I would never go anywhere else except auto zone just so I can laugh and be helped by them! Thanks guys

Staff was helpful and pretty quick. In and out in a flash. I love the fact that if they don't have the part you need you can most times get it delivered to the store overnight.

This is the worst Auto Zone I have ever been to. The customer service is ok the wait was insane because they didn't have enough employees. This is not the first time I have experienced that at this Auto Zone. This Auto Zone is on my way to work an would be convenient if I didn't have to wait in line forever . I do have a account with Auto Zone but would rather got out of my way to avoid this Auto Zone.

The workers here are very rude. I came to purchase windshield wipers for my car because it was raining and we asked the man if he could install my windshield wipers while I finish my transaction and his reply was hell naw, it s raining. If I knew that was how Auto Zone conducts their business then I should ve purchased elsewhere.

My gas cap disappeared, went here this afternoon. Asked can you show me universal gas caps! No we need the make and model of your car, okay. I said 2006, my car was actually built in 2005...yep, I made a mistake on the year. Instead, you would have thought that I had broken the law, the way the woman at the desk acted.I will never go in there again. I will drive down the street to O'Reillys first. Poor customer service, and nasty attitude. First time became my last. My money will not go to these places.

Don t waste your time. They don t want to change your battery and the posted inventory is either inaccurate or they don t want to look for it.

The sales manager is rude I ask for a rachet and she said you can get it yourself, I also asked her if she Speak Spanish and she said only when I want to.I will never buy from this autozone again.
