The staff helped me find the right windshield wipers for my vehicle and was willing to put them on if I had trouble. It is always nice to be asked. Great Job.

Last time we were here was going to be the last however unfortunately we re back due to a faulty part. Last time the smell of pot hit you in the face the minute you walked in (employee just finished their break in front of building). In addition, they could care less about looking up a part number and acted as though we were an inconvenience . This time we pull up and see employees sitting on the counter (have pics but choose not to post) just lounging around on their phones. You would expect them to become somewhat alive when we walk in but nope! Again, we re nothing but an inconvenience. Do NOT waste your time here unless you just want antifreeze or stock shelf items. We will be visiting the German School location for this issue. Hopefully the experience will be better.

Went to this location on new years eve and was helped by Chris and another gentleman. They were extremely nice, helpful and informative. (And patient, I had a lot of questions)

Shamel was great! Greeted us as we walked in and assisted with getting everything we needed for our oil change. Definitely went out of his way to show us how customer service should be. AutoZone is lucky to have him represent their name.

My car broke down earlier this month and I happened to be right by Autozone on Sheila Lane in Richmond (store # 4358), and that was a lucky thing indeed! First of all, I was immediately greeted kindly by Romello, a wonderful guy who made me feel immediately at ease. He quickly found me a new battery and installed it with ease, all the while answering my questions with knowledge and kindness. My car later broke down again and I had reason to trade the battery in (my alternator died), and I was lucky enough to talk to Romello, who answered the phone right away and was so easygoing about the whole thing! When I arrived at the store, everyone was well versed on my situation, and Taji was there to help. Romello had written a note about my situation and I found Taji to be equally charming and helpful. I was treated like a VIP and made to feel that my patronage was very important to them. I also met another gentleman who was their boss, and he also made me feel at ease and was quick with a smile. I told him how wonderful Romello is, and he was so effusive about his work son too! It is such a home-y place, and you can see that the relationship these employees have is strong. I highly recommend this store, and will continue to go here for all my automotive needs, thanks to these outstanding employees. Thank you!

Dashawn was incredible. She helped me the entire way through the process of helping me check to see what was going on with my battery etc. Excellent customer service. I will be coming back to this location and referring my friends and family to this location .

Best customer service I've ever had with any auto parts store here in Virginia. Extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Were straight to the point, gave good advice and was able to give a next step for my car problems. Two men helped me and they were not only helpful but encouraging when it came to getting my issues fixed. Best Auto Zone in Richmond. Highly recommend.

It's decent, but it's still just a Parts store. They got an extra star because they had 3 manned registers plus a self checkout on a Tuesday afternoon.

I went to AutoZone tonight, on Christmas Eve, right before closing. After telling the manager, Fritz, about my battery issues and asking what I needed to buy, he came out in the rain to tighten my battery cable for me. I really appreciate the kindness that he showed me even though he was trying to close up and go home. That's why I always chose this store.

Needed my battery replaced. They were able to do it for free. The service provided was good. The guys there were nice. Told us to stay inside where it's cool and they'll take care it.

This is the second review I have felt compelled to write for this Autozone, Richmond # 4358, because of their extraordinary customer service. On Halloween night, my family and I were stuck down the street from the Autozone with a flat tire. We called AAA, because our van's spare tire is notoriously difficult to extract. I called Autozone right before they closed to ask if they sold tire valve stems (as ours had broken off), and Fritz was very kind, but they didn't sell them. We hung up, and not 5 minutes later, Fritz pulls up in the parking lot to help us with the flat tire!! He didn't need to help us- he did this out of the kindness of his heart. He spent the next 15 minutes helping us change out the tire- expertly guiding us through the process. He enabled us to learn how to fix our own issue, and we cancelled the AAA call. We can't thank Fritz enough for his compassion and kindness. I tell all my family and friends to only go to this Autozone, and I will continue to purchase all my vehicle needs from them. Their customer service team is truly outstanding. Thank you, Fritz, for showing us that good people are still out there! We appreciate you and your store so much!

Fritz the store manager was Awesome! He helped me with my buy one get free products and made me laugh the entire time I was in the store I almost didn't want to leave. Customer service is A1 here at this particular store and I will most Definitely be back again!!!

Came in for a new battery, the attendant was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful, I had several to choose from, he installed it within a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Sorry that I did not get his name

Took what I thought was battery that needed replacing in. They charged it overnight and returned it no charge. Employees were kind, prompt, and helpful. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Wanted to take a moment to shout out many Thank you to the greatest manager Mr. Friz. He assisted me with my Mother s vehicle that had a mind of it s on. Never stop trying to figure out why we couldn t get it to start. Great man to Autozone on Shelia Lane. Many God Blessings to you and your family. He treated me like I was related to him. Went in on 7/24 10 minutes before they closed. When I say 2 amazing gentlemen help me figure out my issues with my gas cap..5 stars is not enough to give .
