Wow, what a deal I got! I got a 2012 BMW 550i in emaculate condition! The buying process was a effortless and the professionalism was unmatched. Mory's a great guy and will get you want you want! Did I say I'm loving my car??? Thanks Autohub of Virginia! You guys rock! I'll definitely be recommending you to my fraternity brothers and friends and family!

This Dealership is the most helpful, and management has great knowledge and experience that will aid you in finding the best fit for their customers. I would definitely be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I purchased a 2011 Lexus ES 350 and the experience at Autohub of Virginia was excellent! The process was incredibly smooth, staff pleasant to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. I had a few requests and they delivered each time, no question. Some of the requests included parts which were of great quality and expedited. Going into this I knew what I wanted and they made it happen; no hours waiting for things to fall into place. I don't have the best credit but I still needed a nice, dependable vehicle to drive. I was looking online because I knew that I would have to go to an In-house financing dealership. I saw a particular vehicle and when I inquired about it, the salesman (MIke) was honest in letting me know that it would not work for my credit situation but they could find me a very similar vehicle. I was shocked, to say the least! I gave a deposit, to show that I was serious, and the process began. Mike sent me lots of pictures! I chose a vehicle, and they picked it up! Needless to say from the beginning of the process until now, I am VERY happy they took the time to find what I wanted at a price that I could afford. For the first time, in a long time, I'm actually driving the vehicle that I want! I highly recommend this dealership and I am a very picky person so for me to recommend something says A LOT! Thank you so much for working with me and getting me what I wanted!!

(IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD) I will explain this in detailed points to accommodate readers that prefer brief. Upon coming here I and the owner had a very good rapport. Very honorable person (Mory Bamba) not anything bad i can say about this guy. But, Mike is a different story he comes off as cool and understanding. We bought a car and he lied to us about what was done (used transmission installed prior to us bying, that was not true and this was verified by the owner while Mike was present upon us negotiating 12/03/2021) which is the reason why we even bought the car. It shuttered and cut off within 1 week of owning car. We wanted to give the car back immediately but their mechanic couldn't find the issue but the issue was persistent, Mike told us to do a lot of things over the course of months. We complied and found out in the end the owner of the company was honest but Mike was not. Tried to give car back Mike also lied about other various things like, i have someone that wants your car at a specific dollar amount which was not accurate. did not call back to even make me aware of the information changing. I had to go up there after just being there. They have great cars don't get me wrong and the owner from what i can see is great in my book. But make sure you fact check with Mike he will tell you anything in order to get the sale it seems. Now all of this is Mike & I interaction it is very unfair for an owner to have to pick the baggage of an employee lying and giving inaccurate information. At the end result Mory (the owner) bought the car back something i don't think anyone would do. Just make sure you do not trust Mikes word he talks faster than he thinks. I don't say that to mean it's what i've learned from my experience with him. Get your own diagnostic done also because their mechanic supposedly couldn't find anything wrong with the car but when i took it to dealer they found exactly what it was. Also, I give credit where it is due. Mike did pay me back for diagnostic out of his pocketBE MINDFUL DEALING WITH MIKE EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE READING GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM!

AutoHub was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I had ever had since moving to Richmond . In a matter of moments we were able to find me a good car reasonably priced and I was able to drive out that same day . The gentleman Mike Mitchell made sure to do everything to work with my credit and he was so friendly and professional . I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends . 10/10 great service

The staff here at Autohub of Virginia have been nothing short of amazing! They helped me get into the car I wanted, stay within my budget and made sure I was taken care of every step along the way. You can tell they are honest people here who truly care about you. While I was signing paperwork, my car was being freshly cleaned and made ready for me to go when I was done. I would definitely recommend them to my anyone looking for a new ride!

Great experience, was in the car with my girlfriend when they heard how bad my breaks were . We had to pull over at the mini storage , when a mechanic from Autohub came over asked us did we want to trade the at in. At first I was little skeptical not sure if I wanted to, Then Mike looked out , gave us a great price for the trade in and low monthly installment . I gotta say this is best car in the RVA.

I had the most amazing experience at Autohub of Virgina big shoutout to Mike & Mory they took care of me when I pulled up and they still continue to take care of me even after I pulled off. Very professional team, with an impressive show floor of cars. When I tell you this was the best decision I have made when it comes to a car. They are so comforting. Very helpful through the ENTIRE PROCESS from beginning to end. Very sweet people. Mike made sure everything went as planned !

they was nice and all but i brought a car in november it was a 2017 kia optima turbo & now in May the car is having transmission problems , i put the car in drive an it will not go which i m pretty sure it was already like that before buying & now im stuck with out a car

I previously gave thes guys a 5 star rating. I had planned on getting my car from them. The were nice and let me take the car to a mechanic for 3 hours. They also wore masks before it was mandatory, which meant a lot to me as i am auto immune and have diabetes. However, when i went back to look at a pilot which was in bad shape, i said no. I will not mention their names here. However, one of the guys asked me for 500 down basically as a finders fee that would go towards the car i would purchase. Ive never had anyone ask for that before and he also mentioned it in front of a witness that it may be non refundable! I was looking for a car that cost around 5000. That would have been too big of a risk. Spoke to my boyfriend and he said not to do business with them. "Salesmen are like politicians, if their mouths are moving they are lying," he said. Although I think they were nice, in the end i felt let down. I really wanted to buy from them. Had they not asked for the 500 up front, i'm pretty sure I would have bought there. Did I get my 2008 crv for 5800? Yes! Just from some one else.

When I visit from Nj I come here occasionally for car maintenance and service. They have really great maintenance and repair rates. I needed four new tires and was given a fair rate. The staff members are professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone here is very nice! I brought my friend here to purchase her car . Mory and his team were attentive to her needs and made us feel very welcomed . They made her car purchasing experience very easy and explained every detail, answered every question that she had . I would definitely recommend AUTOHUB to anyone in the TriCiti area . She is now driving off the lot in her 2015 Hyundai Accent !

This place is great, go in and see Mike Mitchell he will get you financed good, bad or no credit not a problem for Mr. Mitchell . I have poor credit but he got me the car I wanted and the payment I wanted. He got me financed and now I'm on my way to rebuilding my credit in my dream car. Thanks Autohub of Virginia

Autohub, is definitely the car lot you need to purchase a vehicle from. My experience here has been exceptionally great. Car salesmen/owner Mory has yet exceed my expectations once again. Four years ago I was searching for my dream car Lexus Rx, and received the exact color, year, mileage and fully loaded for an awesome price. Just recently I needed to upgrade my vehicle and I could not have thought of anyone else that i trusted with this process than Autohub . Today i drive a new Fully loaded 2010 Lexus Rx350. Im beyond thankful and blessed to have Autohub for such an awesome speedy process and realiable source for all my auto needs .Thanks Autohub once again you rock!!!!!

Hi everyone my name is Antonio and this is a real life review. As you know, we in this country are going through a very tough time and today was a day to find relief, and it was at autohub of Virginia! I had been shopping for a vehicle for over a month and have run into Leary dealers and spent money, time and heartache in doing so. I am a Army veteran and I believe in real time experiences and that includes every transaction I make and the ppl I meet. Words can't describe how easy this sale was. I knew what I wanted coming into the door and I was determined I wasn't going to spend a certain amount a month... I searched for a car for 2 weeks. I kept running into dead ends and misused cars... I was referred to Auto Hub of Virginia and met Mike... From the moment I saw the vehicle on the lot... Something I truly felt comfortable in... Mike assured me that he was going to put me in the vehicle I WANTED but for the monthly payment I could AFFORD... like any used vehicle there can be some hiccups... But in the end Mike stood with me and handed me a water.. lol... I'm glad I went to Auto Hub of Virginia..... I just wish I made that decision two weeks prior...
