Always the best customer services. The prices are fair. I never mind taking my vehicles their because the team is always pleasant to deal with and they are very informative. They ll take the time to explain what s wrong and let you know if you actually need to complete the repair now or if it can wait. The best customer services I ve had with a mechanical shop in 25 years!

I took my vehicle to be diagnosed because I had water in the back passenger seat on the floor which started to smell like mildew! I got my appointment quick and I even got it back the same day!!! The guys that worked on my vehicle did an excellent job they fix what was going on and I also needed tires and an alignment because my vehicle was pulling and I was afraid of driving it!! Let me tell you I am in love with my vehicle again it drives like brand new and it s not pulling at all ! Thank you team I found my repair shop!!!

I had a great experience with the team at auto rescue. They did a lot of work on my car, and it was complete the same day I dropped it off. They communicated clearly what their assessment was of the vehicle, and found things my usual repair shop should have been doing- like changing the transmission fluid . They fixed a shimmy that had been there for well over a year, with just an alignment! My usual place assessed it once, and said I needed to see a transmission specialist. Great customer service and quality work. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this shop. I am not a car person, but they still explain things in detail to me and they do not try to rip me off.During this visit I had previously gone to another business to have an issue with my suspension lift kit fixed (the death wobble) and they were telling me I needed all new parts and tires and they were going to charge me $4900. I realized they thought I was stupid, so I took the vehicle to Auto Rescue instead, and they diagnosed it as a loose steering damper. The cost difference was astronomical and much appreciated. Dave and Jake awesome, along with all of the other techs who took their time to look over my car. I can t thank everybody enough!

State Inspection and Oil Change. Thank goodness they did a thorough inspection as I had a very loose and old transmission mount and bad stabilizers. They talked me through the implications of why they needed repair, besides not passing inspection, ordered the parts right away and I was out the same day. Car is riding so much better. Great work Team. Prices were reasonable as well.

Nice people, but won t be back.Received a mailer for an oil change discount plus a new customer discount. Well it was a discount on a NINETY dollar oil change and the discount brought it to $50, or you know, a typical price for an oil change.Then of course there s the upsell - new brake pads - see this indistinguishable picture? - $35 air filter ($13 part), $42 for a brake light, etc.Went in for a discount oil change, came out with a market price oil change and another $300 in repairs. Brakes feel the same.

More expensive than most dealerships I've used. They charge to diagnose anything and then you feel stuck using them for the overpriced service. Their quote to fix our van's AC was thousands more than my regular mechanic. He kept calling back lowering the price, and it was still crazy. I asked him to stop contacting me as I would not be coming back, ever. Just got a fake check in the mail from them as some advertising campaign, it's for a discount on future service!Find an honest local mechanic and you will be much better off. These guys are making bank from people that don't know better. Even the dealerships don't force you to pay up front for diagnosing an issue.

I have every confidence in Dave Edwards and his team at Auto Rescue of Lakeside. They changed the oil and filter, plus did an overall safety inspection of the vehicle identifying any other areas that could affect the vehicle s performance. We discussed their findings and agreed on the corrective actions before they performed the additional work. The Auto Rescue team was quick and efficient, I am satisfied with the service provided.

Been coming here since 2020, when they earned my business by fixing a longstanding sensor issue with my wife s Ford Fusion that the Ford dealers only shrugged at and all the Taffy s only guessed at. The folks here have always been thorough, communicative, convenient, accessible, affordable, and trustworthy. Will not trust my cars to anyone else now.

I had an amazing experience with Auto Rescue of Lakeside! They completed repairs on both of my vehicles, and both are running better than they have in years.Huge shout out to Dave and Jake who made sure that I was informed every step of the way. They sent me diagnostic reports that included pictures of my vehicle so that I could understand what was wrong and why. They are transparent about their pricing for both parts and labor, both of which were incredibly reasonable. I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for over 20 years and they never disappoint. Whatever work I am having done it is done in a professional and thorough manner. They always try their best to fit me in and get the work done. I have referred them to many people. All of the employees are friendly, reliable, and make you feel as if your car is all that matters when they are working on it. Thankfully even though they have had business and owner name changes the employees have remained the same and haven't missed a beat. This is my second visit to Auto Rescue. This time I had them replace my tires and do my annual State Inspection. Just like with my first visit I was highly satisfied . There service was excellent, staff is wonderful, we got an excellent price and offered to match if we found anything cheaper. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Auto Rescue. The guys at this shop are phenomenal! If I ever have any car troubles, I do not hesitate to call them, they re always able to fit my vehicles in.
