Horrible craftsmanship. 1st this shop did not have my windshield when I came for the pre scheduled visit. I was then promised a discounted price due to the 1st experience. Never got a discounted price. My 2019 Ram was damaged on the exterior and interior. Hot dried glue on my dash and interior. My sun visor is broken. Shattered glass all over my hood scratch s all over my roof and side arms. No refund, they agree to a body shop which did a horrible job they did not do paint or repair the waxed my truck and buffed it. They had my vehicle for 4 days I got offer no car rental. The front desk employee has made an effort to be apologetic but unfortunately there has been no refund Check or Parts for my interior. I should ve of had a full refund by now. All this hassle because there installers are not qualified to do there job. I work extremely hard as a first responder to pay for my vehicle. So shocked to be treated this way. My recommendation spend a few more dollars and get your vehicle handle with care and consideration somewhere else. Absolutely Miserable experience!

Auto Glass Now did an amazing job. I was quoted two hours to install my new windshield. The tech about 45 minutes and he was done. I used Auto Glass Now because they were over $200 dollars cheaper than there competitor. The staff friendly and informative. Great job by everyone, thank you.

Got my windshield replaced here a month or so ago. Everyone was so nice! Speedy service and great price. Just scheduled to have another window replaced and Zoe was so sweet and helpful in getting me scheduled. Definitely recommend this place.

Incredible service! Super fast! My passenger side window shattered from a freak accident from my wedding ring. This happened at 1. Called and got a great quote and scheduled for 4. Dropped the truck off at 3. Staff is super nice! Got a call it was done and was driving away at 4 right before the rain. Needless to say I will use them for any of my auto glass needs!

My vehicle was vandalized and my window was damaged. My friend referred me to Auto Glass Now. I called and my appointment was set the very next day. They were on time, informative & professional. Very reasonable pricing. I have recommended my Son to them as well. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I was very impressed with how quick Auto Glass Now was able to schedule me. They also offered the option of coming to me or me coming to them. The technician worked with my schedule and was so friendly. The prices were also better than all of the other companies I had called. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently purchased a truck and decided to take it out for a spin on Rt64 when a dump track hauling gravel flew past me, one of the rocks flew off the truck and hit my windshield. The crack began to spread across the span. I got a few estimates that surpassed 1K. I contacted Auto Glass Now and the first thing she did was ask me my vin number, no one asked me that before. She gave me a quote that was a third of what i was quoted. They were professional & courteous. I hope i never need a new windshield again but if i do i know where to go.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now for windshield replacements. I've taken several of my vehicles to them now and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are amazing with fitting me in last minute and if I ever have a concern, they address it without hesitation as well as to my satisfaction. Not only is the entire team kind/professional, I've found their prices to be the best in town.

The good news: they were prompt and courteous in quoting a price and making a timely appointment for me to bring the car in for a new windshield. The not-so great news: the windshield broke during the installation and the pick up time was delayed by 4 hours causing me to miss an appointment. Disappointing, but they gave me a discount, which helped. Sometimes these things happen.

Had a 9am appointment time. Didn't leave until 1230pm I have NEVER wait that long to have a windshield replaced while waiting there. Most of the time it's in and out in abt 1.5 hrs for a regular windshield that mine was. No special features in the windshield. Just don't know why it took them 3.5 hrs with 3 guys working in the shop that day.

Amazing-Zack (Zach?)was awesome, personable, knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend. Auto Glass Now has been my go to since I used them a couple years ago. Always the cheapest and most convenient.

The shop manager, Tracy, and the technician who fixed my glass were extremely nice, polite, courteous, and timely. This was my second experience at this store and would definitely return there for my future windshield repair needs.

Let me start by saying the front desk personnel were epic, also the quickness of the installation and price were the best in Richmond;BUT this has come with another cost.I have multiple cracks in my dash and also a piece of completely separate trim that was knocked off and broken on the shop floor.My review will go to 5 stars if these issues are fixed;But the staff was very helpful and fast while we were on location. We noticed the cracks upon leaving.I d still recommend this company if you do not have a fragile dash (truck is 22 years old and known for having dash issues BUT was in mint condition prior to the windshield install.

Auto Glass replaced the front windshield on my Ford Escape. They charged half the price of their competitor s quote and finished the work in about 90 min while I waited Looks original. Im very pleased!

I called to get a quote and make an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was incredibly helpful and nice. I had arrived 20 minutes early, they took my car right in. Did an amazing job, no problems and even let my ESA dog come in and wait with me.

The person who replaced my windshield was very very nice and honestly that is the only reason this review isn t 1 star. The window replacement looked very good but once I sat in my car I noticed there were numerous spots on my dash and around my window frame that were scuffed and damaged. There also was clearly a massive spill with his fluid he uses to install the window as well as the passenger side floor was SOAKED. And I mean, SOAKED. He clearly knew this happened and didn t say a word about it. Horrible. As I was typing this I changed my mind. 1 star. Your prices are great but something like this would never happen with your direct competitor who is more expensive, you know who I m talking about.

Got there a little early, was taken care of right away with very respectful manners. Wait time was very short nothing over 30 minutes. Was provided with everything I needed in case of a malfunction. A1 service is an understatement, thanks again you all.

AGN replaced my windshield in October 2023. They were recommended by my insurance and were able to schedule the replacement next day. Unfortunately, it took Subaru another 3 months to troubleshoot and fix the errors caused by AGN.Immediately after my windshield was replaced, I noticed my dash was dirty with debris and scratched. Approximately 2 weeks later, Subaru Eyesight started giving errors causing the car to be undrivable. I visited AGN and they recalibrated the camera for no extra charge. After a few weeks, the errors returned and I returned to AGN for another recalibration. They had several others returning for the recalibration as well. At this point, I was told that if it happens again, I would need to visit Subaru. Later that day the errors returned and I went to Subaru. After multiple visits to Subaru, it was determined to be an issue with both the type of glass used and installation itself causing the problem. Subaru coordinated replacement of windshield and recalibration, which solved the problems.UPDATE- In response to the comment from AGN requesting that I call so they can "make this right". I called after my first visit to Subaru to discuss Subaru's recommendations and was told they wouldn't replace the windshield with Subaru glass or pay for anything other than another recalibration (even though it had been recalibrated 3 times already). AGN told me that any additional expense could only be recovered by going through my insurance because the original poor job was an insurance claim. At no point when I called during the problem did AGN offer a solution to help "make this right".

The windshield looks great and it took a little over an hour. Took off a star because there was a bit of debris left on the dash that I had to clean and the lobby looks unappealing, seats look dirty and like it needs a good clean.

Don t even bother. They re incompetent. Customer service is awful. I had an appointment for 10/7/23 for 8 am for Westwood Ave, Richmond VA. I called to let them know I may be 5-10 min late and then I was told my appointment was canceled and booked to another location much further to me. I never called and canceled and was not made aware that it was canceled. During my call I was transferred to 4 customer service reps ( not sure why they do this). Each time I was transferred I had to reexplain that I had an appointment for 10/7/23 for Westwood Ave. One customer service rep gave me the shop number and it ended up being another call center and was transferred again. it was incredibly frustrating. I m glad I booked with another individual who has a great reputation and will be repairing my window at my HOME now. Happy to give him my Money then waste another second talking to these idiots. Please don t waste your time at all and GO with SOMEONE ELSE!

Auto Glass Now staff were super helpful, kind, considerate, and professional. They ordered my part immediately and replaced my windshield the next day to accommodate my busy schedule. They took care of the insurance part as well.This was in total contrast to Safelite nationally advertised service which played me with lies for four weeks, each time postponing the appointment with fake claims of parts arrived broken and similar excuses. Safelite postponed my scheduled appointment four times without rescheduling support. After each failure I had to reschedule myself!! Safelite was unfriendly, hard to reach (no local number; and had to contact national central offices to get an answer after several trials) and they could care less about the customer.Auto Glass Now was quite the opposite; I highly recommend them.Service: Auto windshield replacement
