I've used audio express and have known the staff there for well over 10 years.All of the products and the services they've provided me and my family since day 1 has and still do, go above our expectations.They offer many different products, and services and deliver the best quality that I would recommend to anybody. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all their customers. They build trust and friendship and treat you respectfully, and work well to meet your requests. They offer suggestions and ideas to help or improve anything you are looking to get done and stand behind their work.To this day, even if it's been years since I've bought any products or had any service from them in a while, I pop in just to catch up with the staff and keep the relationship. Rather, you are a new customer or a returning customer. All are treated as if you've been using them forever. During my visits , I watched and listened to how the employees conduct themselves, and I have never seen an unhappy client. Sometimes, if you just drop by even unscheduled, depending on the request, they jump on what your needs are, and you are fixed up quickly.The showroom is clean, the shop is clean and they maintain a positive energy. The president Andy is lucky to have the staff that he does. Stephan, both the Mike's, Paul and Bob... all of them are great guys, and I have always left their office satisfied and well taken care of.Thanks Audio Express team

They put in an auto start kit for our Subaru. These dudes really know what they're doing! Couldn't have been more pleasant of a transaction. Highly recommend!

I have a 2005 Honda accord and wanted Bluetooth. The rep listened to my concerns and recommended a radio kit that would fit in the cubby below my original radio. I set up the appt and everything went smoothly. I had people telling me I could do it myself or get it done cheaper but I didnt want a hack job - I wanted professional install. That s what I got. Midway through my apt the service manager let me know that there was an issue with the install kit due to some previous work that had been done on my car. I got really nervous as he said it might look off . It looked perfect once I got back in my car. It just shows how seriously they take their work. The tech did a great job. My sound quality is amazing. I am very pleased. High quality work.

Where to begin.... this review has been long over dueThe help of Steve has been just down right impressive. Always willing to help with any issue I run into and work with me and any project I throw them. I come here for all my wiring needs and in total have been dozens upon dozens of times with some really odd projects.To count the bigger ones, they have wired up 3 trucks in total for sound systems, wired a ham radio in another and a million off road lights on one, even went as far as wiring up train horns.Between the help of all the guys over here and Bobs amazing wiring experience, you can t go wrong for your next wiring/audio need.Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Audio Express in Richmond, Virginia for a rear and front view dashcam system installation, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. Great service and communication from quote to install. Andy took time to show me the different leather interiors and colors for my truck. He also gave me a tour of the shop and introduced me to the installer. I highly recommend anyone considering switching out their factory interior make Audio Express your first and only stop.

Amazing staff. Theses guys here know there stuff. Went in looking and asking questions about stereo systems and was so impressed walk out with a killer system. Theses guys here no there stuff and would recommend anyone to this place.

I trusted Audio Express with my brand new 2023 Lexus and they did not disappoint. Andy and the install team put together a phenomenal system for my car that exceeded expectations. Communication and professionalism was excellent. My highest recommendations goes to this team and shop.

Edited after Mike's commentsYou were changing speakers and at that time your technician told that your radio is gone. I told that radio was working fine in the morning , how can it go bad. Then I was told after sometime that radio is fine we just changed the speakers. I mean what was that!! Then I got the car, I came home I found this door unlocking sound that was not there at first place, I have toyota corolla with me since last 5 years, this kind of sound never came when closing the door and their technicians could not identify the root cause when I gave you the car after one week. I came after one week since I am very busy with my work. After looking for 1-2 hours they said they will cannot fix the issue and cannot further check the issue and suggested me to take the car to dealership. Why? Brother you ruined it, you should fix it or pay me to fix it. Your Store's technicians Vehicle knowledge is limited. I am never taking my car to your store again!!! And I will tell all my friends to stay away from your store.

I've been seeing this place for years but never bothered to go there. Once I find a shop I stick with them because I want a consistent installer that knows my car, and he would be the only one who remembers how he did the work to my car in case of a needed fix. I had that experience at another dealer but didn't necessarily like the dealer itself so I came here. Me and the guys talked for a bit as they were down to earth not trying to sell their products even though I know that was their intention. I just want an honest company that wasn't trying to get over because I'm a car show guy and I will bring repeated business. So far so good with the experience. The shop was clean. You go to other shops like black Optix or rolling thunder and they don't even have their displays set up. Been stopping in for almost 10 years and they still don't have receivers installed for the customerto try out. Presentation matters and these guys did it. I'm very interested in seeing the customized work that they have done.

Audio Express is great! They ve installed 2 remote starts for us (different vehicles) and we ve been happy with both. Good prices & friendly service. Once mine stopped working and they fixed it in only a few minutes. Highly recommend.

I had a truly awesome experience with the guys here. I purchased a remote start system from them that they installed for me as well. The real difference I experienced here was the level of professionalism, patience, kindness, respect, and above all it was very clear that these are fellas who actually care about you. The service is not simply acceptable, it's genuinely exceptional and leaves you feeling happy that they are such pleasant people to do business with. I would recommend these guys to anybody and everybody!

Andy and his guys did an amazing job on my truck. The sound quality is a night and day difference from the factory sound system!While deciding which components I wanted Andy was able to provide me with several options so I could choose what I wanted to include in the system while still making sure everything fit into my budget. The time he and his staff spent letting me hear the different components so I could choose what fit my music tastes, reviewing with me what his recommendations were, and the friendliness of his entire staff was second to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to take your vehicles for your aftermarket needs. I couldn t be happier and will definitely be bringing any other vehicles we get to him for an upgrade.

These guys are amazing, I wish I could give a higher rating. From the start, Michael gave me all the information I could possibly want (which is hard to find knowledgeable people that are actually willing to share their information without an attitude to someone who has no knowledge of the business). They where able to put on remote start, keyless entry (2 FOBs), a truck cover, back-up camera, and new stereo for a truck I recently purchased for a business I just started. They where highly respectful, ordered the parts for me, and scheduled me on their next available date. They even asked if I needed it back the same day (no worries there, as a contractor I believe in taking your time as you need to). The work that was done was perfect. They even got my camera in a spot that no one at the ford dealership could do (they where also extremely pricey in comparison), which was right above the hitch (no more second man needed to hitch!!). It all came with a life time warranty while I own the vehicle. Everything they did on there was $100-300 cheaper in total with parts and labor. All in all, this the place you want to go to, hands down!!

I needed a replacement FOB for my remote start system and they helped me on the spot! It was great! They programmed it right away and gave me a great price. They also explained the process. This place came highly recommended by others and I understand why now! Keep up the great work!

I live an hour and 15 minutes away from Audio Express but they were recommended by a local business that couldn't do what I needed. I was given a choice of Audio Express or the Ram Dealership (local). I chose Audio Express based on the recommendation and am very happy I did. They got my work done ahead of the time they quoted me and the system works great. I'm taking my wife's car down in a couple weeks to get a remote car starter installed because I trust these guys and their communication and work are great. Thanks, guys, for helping install my system.

It's actually been about a year and a half since I've been to Audio Express, but they provided service on two of my cars...and when my daughter-in-law asked where she should go, I immediately thought of them (and double-checked to ensure they hadn't "gone down in ratings" over time). Here's what I messaged her: "They were really good and honest. They installed the remote starter in the Escape and installed my audio system. I thought I needed new speakers, but the guy suggested I upgrade my radio because I'd probably be happy with just that...and could save a couple hundred in the process. And he was right. They deserve their high rating." Thought I should share more broadly!

I'm having a remote starter installed today, although my install isn't finished yet the gentlemen I worked with have EXTRAORDINARY customer service. They were very professional, patient and helpful. They get 4 stars just for being customer savvy I'm sure my install will turn out great so they definitely will get a 5 star rating!I just left from Audio Express the guys did a great job and everything works perfectly and it didn't take much time either!...so far so good 5 stars in my book I would definitely recommend Audio Express.

This shop did a great job on my recent remote start install, they were quick to work me in even during the holiday rush, very knowledgeable and patient with my repeated calls with new questions. They were also $100 cheaper than the shop right across the street, and friendlier too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing service.

These guys were great to work with. I was replacing the old factory radio on my truck, and didn't need anything fancy, just something to do the job for a couple more years. They really helped me with the right solution for me, there was zero pressure and they never tried to upsell me to anything beyond what I needed. Excellent experience from start to finish, I trust them completely, I'd send my mom there if she ever needed anything.

Audio Express West Broad Customer Service WOW.A lot of businesses could learn a few things about customer service from Audio Express.My remote start - installed in 2015 - had developed an issue. Audio express squeezed me in to diagnose the problem disabled the system so it would not cause any other issues. We then scheduled an appointment. They said they would have to uninstall the old system and install a new system - ALL UNDER WARRANTY. YES they stand behind their limited lifetime warranty 100%. All the work was completed and the remote start system works perfectly.During some of my wait time I was able to watch the guys in showroom interact with potential customers. Everyone was treated with the upmost respect. The guys asked if they could help then discussed the customer s needs or issues asked questions to make sure they understood. They NEVER tried to sell anyone a product or service. They offered potential products or solutions explaining the up and/or downsides to the customers options. If Audio Express did not have or could not get a particular product - or could not provide a particular service - they would suggest other businesses that could potentially fit the customer s needs. Now that s doing it RIGHT.Many thanks to the guys at Audio Express West Broad Alex Andy - Steve and special thanks to the technician who performed the work.You Guys are GREAT!

Fast and excellent service. When I took my car in to have my new radio installed, what I thought would be a two hour job turned into a one hour job. Everyone there is super nice and is up front and honest about what the best route would be to upgrade the sound system in you vehicle. Will go back again when I need more work done.

Paying for a job well done and backed up by their warranty makes it worth the money spent. They have done work on several of my vehicles and I have never been disappointed. If you need a remote start or a new stereo system for your automobile you can't go wrong.

I actually called five to seven different places to get remote start installed on my fiance's vehicle and this place was the cheapest and the most customer friendly. They worked with me on pricing they even let me take home something to wrap up for Christmas to put under the tree. They were professional did everything on time and I couldn't recommend this place for remote start or any other service they provide more. They are my go-to place from now on for anything electrical with a car.
