If you need help I reccomend going in person. Otherwise you will just be put on hold and dismissed. Overall the company is great to work with. They can and do take care of their customers with pride. Every company has issues, but when a supervisor or owner takes the time to listen and communicate the issue at hand; We as customers feel to be heard. instead of feeling strongarmed, ignored, or dismissed. What great people. We took a Claypool tub here to be sandblasted. These guys will take great care of our 1880 tub.

Had a wheel seal leak, and no other shop in the Richmond area would take me in the same day in the morning, but they took me in and started work within the hour and got me out back on the road
