I recommend visiting! Great place to service your car! Real professionals work here! They use genuine parts to replace parts in your vehicle. Specialist Ilya quickly and efficiently inspected my car and even eliminated several errors! The inspection was quick and inexpensive, it saves your time and you enjoy your working car! The repair shop is equipped with modern, high-quality equipment, which makes it possible to service high-class cars! Definitely will come back here again.

Ann, and all the other associates treat their customers like royalty! I had an issue at different location, and this location took it upon themselves to make it right for me. This is a family company that truly cares about their customers and employees. I am extremely impressed and pleased with their customer service and issue resolution and will be recommending this shop to my friends. Thank you Ann and Allen Tire.

The best shop I have been to. Before coming here I went through 3 other places and they all told me different things but Allen Tire knew their information and fixed all the issues I had with exceptional service. Best mechanic shop ever, I would not go anywhere else.WHEN IT'S DONE, IT'S DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!Starting with the Manager Mike, Thomas & Ann in the front desk, PHILLIP (my favorite technician) and the rest of the team I can tell you that all my experiences with this shop have been not less than GREAT!Not only they are nice and courteous, but they are also true professionals when it's time to diagnose and repair your vehicle.We own several cars at home and when something is wrong with any of them this is the only place I go without hesitation.Prices are fair, parts and work quality are exceptional; I never have to go back for the same issue.Thank you! guys for always take care of me, you make feel part of the family.

Made an unexpected trip from SC and went way over on my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and inspection. They also fixed my headlight. Good price and great service.

I m leaving a 5 star review because this place is amazing, understanding and quick. I am a first time car owner and I had troubles with the Allen tire in forest hill. They wanted me to leave my car with them for one tire sensor replacement. I explained to them that I don t have another car to pick up my vehicle and Allen tire in forest hill wasn t so understanding. I was super stressed and decided to go to this Allen tire in Midlothian and they understood my situation and quickly solved the problem! I am so glad and happy that not only my car got the service it needed but also how I was released from all of the stress that I had! Thank you guys again and I will be seeing you all soon again!

My daughter had taken her vehicle to several shops and had been quoted several different prices with different diagnosis and we finally were referred to the 10200 Allen Tire and let me tell you they were amazing! Ann was so nice and caring. Everyone there was truthful and broke down everything that was wrong with options about what my 24 year old daughter could do and what recommendations they had for her. They were upfront but very caring. I cannot tell you the relief and the feeling of genuineness this facility and the people have here! Some places you just walk into and you feel you have found your place!!! This is that type of establishment Thankyou for taking care of my baby Ann I will be a forever customer.

Such a great Team! I needed air in my tires but my metal valve caps corroded onto my stems. Popped in after leaving the Rofo across the street and they were super kind! Got all my tires filled up and even told the truck which tires were where since the sensors were never updated. Thank you so much to Tom and his Team! I don t live in Midlo, but if I did you d have a new forever customer!

Edit: I was gotten in touch with by a very nice guy John, who informed me they had made a mistake by charging full synthetic and offered a free oil change or money back. I am very appreciative of the out reach, and resolution. I took the oil change to foster good will in future business. I will be continuing to come to this location with optimism.When I requested an oil change, I was not provided with any information about the cost of the service or any breakdown of the charges I would incur. I have generally paid between $35 and $50 for oil changes at other shops, and I assumed that the cost would be in line with my previous experiences. Regrettably, I did not think to ask for the pricing details since I believed it would be within a reasonable range. To my shock and disappointment, upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered that the cost of the oil change was significantly higher than expected at $139! It was disheartening to be charged such an amount without any prior explanation or warning.Furthermore, my experience at the time of pick-up was made worse by the individual who handled the transaction, because they also did not provide any clarity about the services performed or the charges incurred. It felt as if my presence was an inconvenience, as the person barely acknowledged me, looked away while my receipt printed, and offered no explanation for the costs involved. It wasn t until the next day looking at my bank account that I realized I was charged double what I was expecting.Despite the convenience of having Allen Tire Richmond located in the same parking lot as my business, I have no intention of returning. I wrote an email to management informing them of my issue and got no response. I'm writing this review, because i'm still broke, and still aggravated.If someone wants to get back to me now that I"ve said publicly I want half my money refunded to change this review.

I stress the word family when I talk about Allen Tire. My husband and I have been coming to this business for over eight years, in these years my niece and son have been bringing there cars here. The main reason is the honesty and quality of work; next would be the consistency of employees. In my eight years here I have had the same mechanics taking care of us. This is nice because you have that trust and reassurance that they have your back. They work hard to resolve any issues with our cars and are extremely honest with cost. I am sure it s not easy when they have to give us a big bill, I can see it in their face but it is a reality. Cars cost, but the other reality is that a great mechanic will work hard to keep your vehicle running without cutting corners. I appreciate them and all they do. Thanks Y all

We have been going to this Allen Tire for 20+ years and have consistently been treated with respect and honesty. The staff has truly become like family and we would not trust anyone else with our vehicles and our safety. Recently, my daughter, while at college, experienced a car issue and she took her vehicle to a college-local Goodyear. She was told she had a cracked head gasket and the repair would run +$4,000 and that she should not drive the vehicle. We called Allen Tire (several times over the course of the week) and they recommended we try a sealant. They took our (many) calls and questions and were so pleasant and helpful! They were honest and told us it may not fix the problem, but certainly worth a try. WELL!!!! She made the 3 hour drive home after using the sealant and she dropped the vehicle for them to look at. They performed the pressure test and the leak seems to be fixed. We SOOooooo appreciate the suggestion of the alternative to a $4,000 repair. Time will tell, of course, but we appreciate their thinking outside a major repair bill. This is only one of many, many times they have helped us over the last 20+ years and we will continue our patronage of their business!

I needed 4 new tires and I needed them fast, like that day. I called this store as the Goodyear website directed me to them. I do not know all 3 of the Gentlemen who helped me that day, but I can tell you they were fantastic! They followed through with everything they said they would. Tires price did not change. Service costs did not change. Tires and alignment were done in the time they promised. Finding an honest mechanic shop is hard, but my experience that day with this Allen Tire and the 3 employee's will for sure have me come back the next time I need tires!

I have been a customer since the late 1990's. They have serviced ALL my vehicles. From new under warranty,to new-used family vehicles, as well as my beloved F-150...only Allen Tire is acceptable. Being a certified car cate center, my warranty is always covered.If you took a manual from A to Z they have serviced from simple to complicated and even some simple body work. Prices are fair, never inflated and they get the job done. I cannot imagine using any other auto repair service. It helps too that they are a great tire store. One stop care care and you're back on the road, happy and safe.A+, no question.

These guys are the best! I had a family vacation that included a boat for the week at the lake. Well Friday before a holiday weekend , I discovered a flat on the boat trailer. Well they squeezed me in and got me all fixed and ready for a family vacation. When they were wrapping up, a major storm brewed up. Picture the two techs out in the storm, one with an umbrella and the other getting the lugs set. They could have made me wait, but they made the extra effort in the storm to help me get on the road!!! These guys are great! Thanks Mike and Thomas.

Bought tires from them a year ago. Had a screw in my tire this morning and got it over to them and they got it patched up in no time. Customer service is top notch and they don t screw you on the prices (had to sneak in a pun)!
