Had the battery in my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced here. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure it was installed properly. Given that it was under the passenger seat and sandwiched behind an aux battery, this was no easy task! Danielle got the old one out and the new one in quickly and without complaint. I really appreciated the top-notch customer service! I would recommend this location to anyone.

Needed to have my battery replaced. Chose them because of their high service rating. Richard and Danielle were amazing! I highly recommend this store. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Courteous and helpful employees. I was trying to do a UPS drop off for Amazon and they directed me to the proper place. I have been here to pick up car parts before and the staff has always been pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and helpful!

I came to this location the other day to have my battery tested! Josh assisted me and was very patient and knowledgeable! He explained how my alternator and battery worked - he also took out the time to grab another tool to test my check engine light! He was so kind and willing to go the extra mile all with a smile on his face! I went back today and Danielle helped me! She was just as great and knowledgeable! She was super friendly and easy to talk to! This will be my go to location for now on! Customer service is huge to me and they are always willing to go above and beyond! Thank you Josh and Danielle!

William R went above and beyond to help me. He replaced my windshield wipers in 2 minutes and then he helped me find an easier way to use the CRC Intake valve & turbo cleaner for my specific car. Well done!

Man let me tell you how Danielle saved my day! I went to at least 7 different stores across Richmond and they kept telling me they couldn t install my battery bc it needed to be coded and they didn t have the tool or didn t want to touch it. WRONG!It took one call and 5 mins of work and the battery was fixed in my 2012 Passat. Won t go anywhere else moving forward it really pays to have someone who KNOWS their work.

We recently need a battery replacement. The technician (James), who installed it battery, was extremely helpful and honest. The associate who checked us out at the register was also very pleasant and together, they went beyond our expectations to get us back on the road. Would recommend this location to anyone who values quality customer service.

Explained to the associate what I was looking for and he was able to take me right to the products I needed. What I was doing was a bit off label for the product I was originally trying to use, and the associate pointed out why I might want a different product and was able to recommend one that they had in stock. Add the fact that they are super convenient to my house, and I will definitely be visiting the store again.

Damon is the man!!! Helped me charge my battery twice in one week. Great service every time I come here. He also helped me find out what the real problem was with my car when we scanned it. Not to mention he installed a part I need to cut off my brake lights when I turn off the car. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I definitely recommend this store as your go to for car help and parts

Buyer beware! Purchased light bulbs and wanted to exchange for they were the incorrect ones. As stated by the manager "Dee". Light bulbs that are opened are not returnable or exchangeable. No visible light bulb policy at the light bulbs or the check out.Now they send me a reply wanting me to resolve the issue over the phone. This issue should have been resolved by the manager at the time of my Return to the store.Replacement bulbs have been ordered...But, not from Advanced Auto Parts.

Friendly staff, helped me get what needed. Changed windshield blades. Gave me $5 coupons, so all in a job well done. They could match up name to vehicle, so I dont go through the routine every time.Hat

I have done business with this store for many years, but yesterday, I have never been so disrespected! An employee was outside assisting another customer. Since, I waited, my back was hurting and I didn't want to go in, I just needed to ask a question. When the employee walked by my van, I motion for him to come to my window so I could see if he could assist me, he kept on heading back into the store, ignoring

Did you know you can bring your oil here to recycle? It's true. Save up 5 gallons and bring it by. Or save up 15 gallons and take 5 here, 5 across the street and 5 across the street and down the road. Also they're very helpful here.

The guys at this store are incredibly helpful. I had to replace my car's battery and the freezing temperatures didn't stop them from helping me. That's why I have been a loyal customer for the last 7 years.

Damon was very helpful and a blessing. My battery died and after getting a jump I went to Advance and Damon replaced. It was si hot outside but he was professional.
