Love how fast and efficient it was to work with the people at Ace Glass! I always had someone pick up my call to answer my questions and set up an appointment. I was also pleasantly surprised that the Ace Glass representative was able to create a 3-way call with my insurance company to gather all the necessary information to start and process a claim. The best part was that a technician at Ace Glass was willing to squeeze me into an earlier appointment in order for my windshield to be replaced before my night shifts at work. Everything about this place, from the people to the process, was above and beyond. Nothing but amazing things about Ace Glass!

Everyone at Ace was so helpful and kind! They were able to replace my back windshield within 48 hours, and even made sure it was done in time for me to get to work. It was even less expensive than the "big name" place. Very satisfied and would happily use them in the future.

Had a great experience here! Everyone was very kind and professional. The technician I talked to explained all the details of the job(I m very cautious of who works on my vehicles). I would recommend Ace Glass to anyone who needs a windshield. They even did camera calibration for me!

I took my car with a cracked windshield here because they had the best price in the area and were able to schedule me the earliest. They were very responsive and informative during the whole process. Initially, there was an issue with the windshield installation, but Ace Glass fixed the problem on a separate visit, free of charge. I will definitely give them my business for all windshield related issues in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called to see if Ace could look at an issue with the sunroof not closing all the way on my vehicle. It wasn't something they are able to do, however, the lady who answered the phone was extremely bubbly, kind and referred me to a company they use that could help. If I ever need glass repair in the future, the helpfulness and fantastic customer service I got with this lady, is enough to make yal my first call if I need any glass repair/replacement in the future. It means alot for a place to be like while we can't do that, let me help point you to someone who can - that means so much!

After breaking a neighbors window by accident I called around a few different glass and window places in the area. Ace Glass were by far the most responsive of anyone I called. They had a technician out to measure and assess the next day, and I had a quote the day after that. Lead time was originally estimated around 4-5 weeks, and they had it ready in 3 for a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Plus, my neighbor didn't have to live with a piece of foam board in place of a window for weeks!Installation was just as easy as the assessment - the technicians came by and were done in no time flat with a perfect new window. From start to finish, every interaction with the folks at Ace Glass was a total pleasure. They were quick, responsive, professional, and wonderful to work with. When a glass panel in an older door broke we were afraid we would have to replace the whole door. Ace Glass came out same day for a quote and as soon as we signed the quote, the repair was done within 24 hours. I'm an insurance agent and I can't speak highly enough of Ace Glass after they rescued a client of mine from a terrible situation. My client had a windshield replacement scheduled with someone else, showed up and was turned away due to having a lifted truck. Ace Glass, specifically Amber, got him in within a couple days. They replaced the windshield and re-calibrated everything for him as well. They're amazingly efficient, polite and most importantly my client is happy!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had my windshield repaired today, and it was such an amazing experience. They came out to my job. Jonathan and Zach were my technicians and they made my experience awesome!! They were so patient and had great customer service. They were very friendly and knowledgeable . I made it a point to call the office and share my wonderful experience because most customers only call when they have a problem but I needed to make it known that my experience was great and I will definitely use Ace again if I need any windshield repair. Also, Tiffany at the office always answered the phone with such a friendly voice and helped me navigate lining up an appointment that worked for me. Took our monster RV with a cracked windshield and from beginning to end, all went great and they even got it in and done early so we could take the big girl to Missouri for Christmas. Highly recommend

Took a rock to my wife's car a few years back and since then have had a couple of more rocks in our family vehicles. The insurance company referred us here. They have been a great company to do business with, from the representative on the phone to the men coming to the house to do the work. Everyone is nice with great customer service. Justin Hutchinson was Awesome, but the whole office was so accommodating. We for two years have dealt with our RV window leaking getting worse each year. Have had it to an RV service numerous times charging us numerous dollars and still leaked infact they said we can t fix it. Justin looked at our window found the area, worked on the area, went WAY above and beyond gave us answers and direction on next step. Daniel and Jonathan were so helpful. They came to my place of work and replaced my cracked windshield in literally 20 minutes. They were very friendly and professional. From the time I called and spoke to Tiffany to arrange to have my windshield replaced all the way through the installation process, the Ace Glass employees that I came into contact were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Daniel & Zach actually did the installation right in my driveway. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they departed. I ve needed a windshield replacement for a couple weeks (and it s a GNARLY crack/spider on driver side) The closest appt I could get was today with a company we ve used before. Late yesterday that business contacted me via email to cancel because they didn t have it. I was frustrated they didn t do better to contact me but obviously understand shortages. They have no estimate of when they d have it or when they d have someone who could do the work. I called Ace Glass less than 15min before closing time and spoke to Amber about our predicament and the fact we were traveling out of town this Saturday. She has worked tirelessly to secure glass for us, calling the insurance with me to move the claim, and even securing a second Honda dealer windshield and approved claim in case the other isn t in. She then scheduled us for tomorrow and made sure I understood plan A and plan B as well as weather recalibration information.I LOVE good customer service, it makes me happy to my core! I have so much faith in people and companies who value that, they will always win my business. ALL this to say, if you need a windshield replaced I HIGHLY suggest Ace Glass and definitely hope you have the pleasure of working with Amber!Service: Auto windshield repair
