Excellent Service!!! Accurate Transmission does not exist anymore, but the new transmission shop that is there Advanced Transmission!!! New management, excellent service and great financing option. I was experiencing problems with my Nissan Maxima, it was not accelerating the way it should and was making a noise. Had it towed to Advanced Transmission, they were able to give me a free diagnostic check and inform me immediately what was wrong with my CVT Transmission. I was able to get financing for the repairs and I was back on the road in 3 days. Great and professional service. Would Definitely Recommenced Advanced Transmission!!

The best of the best when it comes to transmission work! Lower prices of any shop I have found in the area. Very nice staff to deal with, good financing options, and fast service. No one plans to have a transmission go out but if yours does I would highly recommend Accurate Transmission!!!

I highly recommend Accurate Transmision & Auto Repair for your next transmission repair. They towed my 2003 Ford Ranger from Williamsburg to their shop in Richmond for free to rebuild my transmission. Service was performed with quality and professionalism. My truck was completed on time also.

My transmission was repaired in February 2018 by Accurate Transmission Service. I am happy to say my repairs were done in a very efficient manner, with no problems,and at a very good price. I would happily recommend Accurate Transmission Service to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!! They had my car for a week and didnt touch it and told me that it needed a new transmission. When I begin to question why I found out they never even looked at the car. They didnt provide me any paperwork to tell me what was wrong nor a specific price like most places do when you have an estimate done. If I could have given this place negative stars I would have. A complete waste of time and lack of professionalism. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Absolute trash had my car for two weeks never touched it. Said he priced out engines but no list or paperwork showing never called no communication. You be better off getting a new car than taking it to these guys it s amazing the building is still standing with the horrible service.

They changed the name of this place. Tony is the worst. The mechanics did a great job on fixing my car. Tony told me one thing and them changed it. He is very deceptive. Awful attitude....had to call police. I gave them 2 stars for the mechanical work by the mechanicsBe careful when dealing with this place!

Tony is honest and up front about the work he does. He worked with my credit when I needed it for an emergency transmission rebuild, and most recently swapped my transmission. If I have any transmission issues, Tony is my go-to mechanic.

They say free towing is a lie, making quotes low ball then double the costs. same owner as company free miles and has numerous complaints with bbb a shame people still being ripped off or risk losing their vehicle. Tony aka sargras imbrahim has long track record

Took my car for what I thought were transmission issues. Diagnosed the problem as non transmission related, and pointed me in the right direction. Lots of shops take advantage, this shop is honest with great customer service

Charged me $65 for the tow even though they advertise free tow. Gave back vehicle with front license plate dangling and scraped up.
