Place was great. Had my window panes broken and they had replacement pieces made the same day, in minutes. Staff and all were very nice, very friendly. Great price, definitely making this my go to for any kind of glass repair needs

Go here, go here, go here!! I called Abe glass services in a frantic after someone had shattered my passenger front window breaking into my car.Every other place I called prior had a 2-3 week waiting period to even schedule an appointment. The man on the phone (owner) was EXTREMELY pleasant. He even offered to squeeze me in that SAME day.Upon my arrival, they were very nice and professional. Waiting time was what they said it would be.I even ended up even chatting with them about my hometown and college!I see a lot of mixed reviews, but I had a lovely experience here!! A rock from a lawn mower broke a back side window on my minivan, I contacted a nation wide window repair company and scheduled a replacement for a week after the window was broken. They called me at the time of my appointment to tell me they didn t have the window in stock, but they would have it before I had to drive across country in 10 days, a few days later I called, still no window and no instillation appointments until 3 days after I had to leave. I start frantically calling glass repair shops, no one had anything or could get it delivered before the national company. Next to last on my list was Rodger at Able Glass, he didn t have my window, because who breaks a back side window in a minivan, but he managed to get it the next day and installed it that day! I m not sure how he managed it, but it was amazing!Services: Installation, Auto glass repair, Auto side window replacement, Glass installation

I am very happy with the service and quality of Able! I needed a piece of glass cut for my DIY repair of an older window. Able was great to work with. While this was a small piece, it was very important since it was for a bedroom window. They understand that even small purchases can be important to the customer! Highly recommended.

I somehow had a crack in my windshield. My husband called on Tuesday, and I got an appointment on Wednesday. The lady at the front desk was friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. I arrived at 3:15 pm and by 4:10 pm I was leaving with my windshield replaced. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service and repair were stellar!!

We ordered custom window glass for our kitchen remodel and we were very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and accommodation. They were great to work with and we will be using Able Glass again for future projects.

They replaced my windshield and damaged my hood on the process. They refused to fix the damage they made. They also forgot a piece of glass in my car, and I cut myself. A simple windshield job turned into a big hassle.

I found them on Google after getting no response from another glass company for 3 weeks. I liked the fact that they were a family-owned business. I talked to one of the owner's (maybe the wife?) and she coordinated one of her employees to come out and measure our table. He came out measured it gave me a quote but didn't plate (or pattern) the table when he measured it. I told him I was in a time crunch and they thought they would be able to get it done. They were going to come out on Wednesday, I was told they could be there at first thing in the AM. I called at 8:30am to get an update ... I work just don't sit at home waiting for someone to come by. I was then told they had another job but could be there no later than NOON. I told him I had a busy schedule that afternoon and that's why I was trying to coordinate my schedule with theirs. At 12:45PM I was called and told that they could now come out. By that time my back-to-back schedule was in motion. Frustrated I told them I would call them later in the day when I could get away ... I didn't because I wasn't able to get away until 4:30pm. This morning I texted and was told they were now out of town on a big job and couldn't do it today. I was originally quoted $800 for glass tabletops for both my dining room table and buffet, that may not be a BIG job to them but that made me feel very under valued by them. I guess I won't have glass table tops for this weekend AND I know they won't be doing them. Moving on to the next glass company. Anybody appreciate customer service anymore?

Second time I have been to Able Glass over the past few years for issues with windows on my truck. Excellent service, very friendly, the receptionist even offered to drive me back to my house when my ride was delayed. They are much more inexpensive that Safelight. Would recommend them to anyone!

I visited them to get my front store door glass replaced but I ended up buying new door from them. However, they had poor timing and when the time came to pick up my door they said it doesn t come with handle or even a complete lock and when I expressed that too them the old man and the lady on front desk got so upset and told me take it or leave it. They were very rude and unprofessional they just want to take the money and doesn t matter to them if you like the job or not.

My insurance company recommended safelite but they told me it would take them a couple of days to get to it. So I started looking around and found Able Glass who were able to do it the next day and for cheaper than safelite quoted me. Also, the number listed is the number to that location, not a centralized call center.

The guy on the phone literally gave me a quote then hung up in my face before I could even schedule any type of service. I was somewhat pleased with the price but will be taking my business elsewhere because of poor professionalism.

I love working with these guys. I m a furniture maker who often needs glass and mirrors to be custom cut. Wouldn t go anywhere else!

A great shop which is owner operated. They are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. They cut two panes of glass for me which fit perfectly. Would highly recommend!

I had my 2015 Subaru windshield replaced the day after I called them as they are close to were I live, a live person answers the phone, and they excepted my insurance. I couldn't be more pleased.
