Guys, I have the worst experience of fixing my truck in the life. This guy is totally thief. He is going to sell over back your own parts on a triple price, they are charging triple for no work and keep you for week so they can charge more and more. They charge me $4440 for nothing while I contacted the owner. He promised me that I will return at least the money for the coolant reservoir which I already had my own and they charge me $30 per gallon for my coolant water, but believe me, he promised me 20 times I have the messages in my phone, but he never ever returned it back to me. please stay away. This is totally a scammer shop.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend!! Quoted $150 to show up, $150 a hour, minumum 2 hrs. Ok, so a bit steep. Needed an airbag replaced on trailer. Told them they needed an oxy-acetylene cutting torch. We called several other services and these guys were the only one that had one on the truck. We waited an hour and a half, tech showed up. He could not get the torch to work correctly - it appeared he was out of oxygen. He worked for an hour and a half, then we were notified he could not fix it. He either had to drive to his shop to fix his torch and then drive back (30 min each way) or he could cap it and we could drive to his shop to have it fixed there. We agreed to have him cap it, then get our "live" load that we were 1.5 hrs late for, and then drive to their shop. The kicker....the address he gave us is not for this business...it is to Amigos Commercial Truck and Tire Repair at 107 N South St., Petersburg, VA?!?!?! They ended up charging the company $750.00 and refused to finish the job! Avoid this business -a complete waste of time!

Rip off! Quoted $150 service call and $150 per hour, charged 4 hours of labor because they actually charge 1h to get to the truck and 1 hour to get back to the shop (regardless of the fact that they need no more than 30 minutes for a round trip) plus 2 hours minimum. Avoid those road robbers, please, let state troopers tow your truck to a service it will be cheaper in the end!

Bad people charged money for what i didnt need and as soon i left my truck broke down again with same exactly problem like they never fixed it in top of that no respect and they dont share u what going on they dont even know how to fix things they google it on YouTube i had air leak and problem down there they never fixed it had to go fix it again my air dryer was the problem and the back line so they did nothing but tow me and start it and send me out what kind of business is that and they charged alot of money for people dont even register as cdl technicians be careful dont do my mistake be careful bad experience ever they are street boys wanna steal from hard work people bucket red flag trust me and red all comments better people are the area. Be patient with looking around .

He said he could get to me in 20 minutes. After an hour, I called him twice, and he didn t pick up the phone either time. After 2 hours, I called him again, and he was sending my phone calls to voicemail. I left a voicemail, and I have still not heard back from him. What a waste of time. Why not just pick up the phone and say you re not coming? Avoid this mobile mechanic!!! There are plenty others in the area. I m not the only person he has stood up. Check the other reviews.

I request a roadside service he said in a couple hours will be ready and never showed up im tired of this kind of people this is not the way to do business he turned off his phone or blocked my calls ill post a pic just in case this guy say something else like the other reviews

I cannot express enough the gratitude my family has for this company. We are from North Carolina and found ourselves stranded hours away in the middle of the night, without any friends or family nearby. We were hauling a fully loaded flatbed from PA to NC when our trailer failed us. They offer friendly, safe, fast service! He assured that we were safe and helped us in every way. 5 Stars for this Company, Our truck was having a problem on the road Near Richmond Virginia, we called 24 Hour Semi & Trailer Repair. The owner himself answered the phone and without any hesitation, told us what might be the problem and shared his extensive knowledge with our driver. He never tried to pry us for $$ like almost 95% of the industry does, such as tow the truck here or I'm gonna charge such and such for just to see it, etc etc....... instead, knowing the problem he tried to reason with us knowing we could save on time and money by helping us walk thru on the phone. Which helped out a lot and fixed the issue. We were able to drive back to Chicago to our home base with his immense knowledge. Thank you Ramon for the HELP. I have saved your number whenever we need your help in the VA area, we know who to call. So SHOULD YOU if you are in the area. Highly Recommend his service. Thanks again. Virgil from Chicago!

Avoid this place. He's a Crook. Bad business. He has an answer for every complaint. Just look at how many complaints he has. Go elsewhere.

The owner is so unprofessional I have been asking for my receipt going on second week now. All he can say is that its not his fault my email doesn t work and yet he send me some kind of receipt through IMessanger with my name as the compnies name. Stay away from this company first time meeting a Maxican that is dishonest.

Mechanic showed up when he said he would ... Price was a little steep. 150/HR 2 hr min. So cost me 400 for 15 min .. But beggars can't be choosers... Got me on the road quick..

I paid this dude $250 and he refused to give me a receipt. He lied countless times saying he'd email it and then he said he'd tale a pic of receipt amd text it. NOT DONE. Very unprofessional. He doesn't want to pay his fair share of taxes.

I very rarely do reviews...for the most I'm not to picking and very fair person but this service is not business AT ALL! He Told me he will be @ my location ETA 45MIN Smh no call no show...thats not how you do business.Far as his work performance I can't tell you how he perform & I will never know cause I won't be calling back!!!

Contacted this company to have a starter installed, said would be there shortly, after 7 hrs no one showed, called again and said tech should be there and would call me back, it s now almost 24 hrs later and still haven t heard a word!! Contacted another company and I m finally back on the rd, please people don t waste your time!

Liar!!!!! Ramon said I called repeatedly and I called ONE time for an ETA because he failed to follow through with a follow up. He went off the handle, very unprofessional and told me he wasn t coming. Now I KNOW you lied last night too! Karma......

Traveling 85 north need trailer service,Google 4 service after I read all these negative comments it change my mind,the owner should reconsider changing company name and learn his mistakes,people words are powerful .

Very good service and reasonably priced ..replaced fan clutch and coolant temperature sensor . 2006 volvo 780..highly recommend ..driver 21 years
