I call 24/7 my dream team. This is how they blew me away: I was doing a load in Charlottesville at 5am in the pouring rain when my truck wouldn't start. I called roadside assistance number and the guy (I'm assuming the owner) told me the parts store didn't open until 730 am, so with travel time they couldn't get to me until 930 or possibly 10am. I didnt have a choice but to wait it out. I tried tapping on my starter with no luck on and off for a few hours....I went to grab something to eat and at 850 am, Josh called me and said I'm standing at your truck and its running what!!!!! He got there a hour earlier then expected and he was willing to change my starter in the pouring rain, but we opted for me to bring it to the shop once I finished my load. Listen these guys are no joke. They are professional, fair in pricing but overall just great guys to work with. When I first bought my truck to them for a small issue Chase explained to me the recommended maintenance he wanted to do to keep us up and running. Being a small company just starting out its important to have great mechanics around you. They always take the time to explain what is being done and why. Again thank you Chase and Josh for getting us back up and running quickly. And Christin thank you for your professionalism. ATSJ Trucking

Had a truck experience that dreadful derate. Came to be the dosing valve they changed it and cleaned up the mountain of crystals it packed up. Test drove it to check it and we were able to pick it up and drive successfully back. We were also informed of other items to watch for when we get back home and we are addressing them.

I cannot say enough awesome things about Wayne and this company!!! We broke down yesterday and couldn t find parts for our 37ft 5th wheel camper. Apparently we broke 3 leaf springs hitting an unavoidable cave in the road the day before. Not realizing how much damage we tried to go to our next destination ya not happening! Wayne called all over trying to get our parts, and tried to get us a tow to his lot. Nobody wanted to put our huge camper on their Lands-all flat bed. So we slept in our camper, in the cold overnight! I was able to have the parts overnighted to 24/7 yard from the Grand Design Hdqrts. He was at our camper at 10 am with the parts, worked in 25 weather and got the job done, even with issues he encountered!! He is a gentleman and our hero!! We are finally back on the road to FL to start our retirement celebration vacation!!! THANK YOU WAYNE!!!

Look. This is simple your either going to sink or swim, this game isn't for everybody. I just read a review from BLU GOOSE TRUCKING that absolutely didn't make sense. I'm not affiliated with 24/7 in any way but every single time I needed knowledge of a repair or needed my truck repaired it was always all hands on deck! In shop on the road they do it all. Granted.. prices are out of control EVERYWHERE.. diesel isn't free and neither is labor. Remember this: GOOD SERVICE AINT CHEAP AND CHEAP SERVICE AINT GOOD

DO NOT use these guys. They're fraud. He charged me $800 for a busted coolant hose and when I asked why he's charging too much he got mad and start calling a tow truck company to get my truck towed!!! My attorney is gonna have a word with them soon.

Also offering in shop repair. These guys do it all with a more reasonable turn around time then the dealer alternative. Certified techs are very knowledgeable that offer dealership quality

Thank you to the best mechanics in RVA you guys at 24/7 are awesome and yall are worth every dollar spent! The customer service and the job you guys did on our volvo is impeccable. Nobody else can work on our volvo except you guys. Just toss all the other mechanic shops in the trash you guys should go global p.s. thanks soooo much for hooking us up on painting the frame!

Took my truck to a shop. It sat for 5 weeks. Claimed they fixed it. NOPE! This place fixed my issue in less than a day. Def keeping them in mind for all my future repair needs.

I don't know where to begin. I've been to 24/7 on a few different occasions and everytime I've been blown away! BJ fixed my steering, my transmission, my fuel housing and so much more! Words can't explain how amazing their mechanics are. BJ is my favorite because he's been the one working on my volvo everytime. I've been to many different mechanics and BJ is the most honest mechanic I know and he gets it done RIGHT the first time. If you ever need someone to work on your semi and fix it the right way call and ask for BJ! With the way trucking is going right now I wish there was a BJ at every mechanic shop. I will gladly come to RVA no matter where I am cause I'm not letting anyone touch my truck if its not BJ because he KNOW exactly what he's doing unlike most bone head mechanics. Much love and appreciation to BJ and the guys and gal at 24/7. You guys rock and you all are nothing less than AMAZING!!!! THANK YALL AGAIN

This company is full of scams. The charged me $1100 to change a belt. In addition the guy was at our truck for 30 min on his phone the entire time. They charged 3 hours of labor, a trip charge, $75 fuel surcharge, shop supplies. In addition to all of this the guy still did not fix my truck and said he could not fix it. Also they broke a clamp off so they could say they needed a part so they could charge more money for a parts run. The clamp they broke was not even part of the repair. We had to call another roadside company to come out and fix our truck. The other company got us up and running with in one hour. The other company also stated that 24/7 scammed us for our money and they don t know how they could even sleep at night doing what they was doing.

My Dodge Ram passenger truck broke down on I-95. The repair shop we managed to limp it into, realized it may be more than they could handle. So they referred it 24/7 Roadside Service, LLC. Thank God they did. B.J. was the tech who worked on my truck and found out what went wrong, and he even recognized where we had made previous repairs, she's a '98 so she has needed some TLC, and told us of some minor concerns he spotted to keep an eye on and to put on the list of future repairs. So thankful to the company for taking my truck in and for all the care B.J. showed thru his work. B.J went above and beyond to ensure that the oil leak was found, fixed, and that the truck was running strong. I would highly recommend this shop as they treated me with kindness and respect.

Very very nice shop is great keep up good work. My leaf spring broke on my 2011 Freightliner they fit me right in. Shop order lunch. Offer me some. It was wonderful. Thanks guys. The Mechanic is very nice. Lady that set in office very nice. Truck drives please call or come see them. Thanks again have a Blessed day

Very pleased with their service.Dustin did a great job, And customer service was awesome. I had issues with injectors and injector cups.Truck was there for a few days. Dustin stayed in contact with me updating me on The progress each day. I would recommend these guys if you're around the Richmond Virginia area.

Technician came out timely, kept me informed of what he was doing and what was going on with my truck, and then I could pay with my credit card over the phone. As far as Roadservice is concerned, this was a good experience!

BJ and Mike went above and beyond to quickly address and resolve my DPF issue with my 2014 Freightliner Cascadia. I ve rarely come across such a knowledgeable group of technicians who are not only passionate about mastering their trade but who also pay such great attention to detail when resolving issues with proven techniques and skill sets! They actually pulled strings and were able to turn my issue around in a little over a day when other shops were quoting a week or more! I ll definitely be back! These guys are my guys! They work on all kinds of trucks and work hard. Wayne answers the phone and helps me with all my questions. I use them for all my repairs and they treat you like an actual person. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Great Service ! Christine at the front desk is so prompt I getting you in and out. Communication was awesome. They allow me to see the problems not just tell me. Wayne had me in and out and timely manner. Very honest and trustworthy. Thanks so much !!

Great service, very professional, on time delivery. He is definitely for the truckers, with lots of respect. Very knowledgeable and will not cut corners with you. I was passing by and my car was making a strange noise. A very pleasant young man named Wayne looked at it for me made a minor adjustment and the noise was gone. I can't thank him enough.

My husband called this place last night and was told a mechanic would come help us at 3am. No one showed up and when we called several times no one answered. Had I known, I would've never called this place, now our load is even more delayed and losing money by the hour and had to find someone else. If you want to be certain you'll get help, don't call this place.
