I made an appointment to get my tire sensors checked and replaced today & I'm so glad I was recommended this spot. The vibe was awesome, everyone was nice & welcoming. The replacement did not take long & the price I was given on the phone was the price I was given after the service. I will be back & I will recommended #chrome to others! Thank you!

Fantastic tire shop. Friendly employees, clean couch to wait on and quick service. Was able to get me in the day after I called! Would highly recommend this place.

Best rim and tire shop in Richmond!! By far. Staff is great and they don't try to rip you off like alot of their competitors!! Reasonable prices and financing. I recommend them to everybody!! They put rims and tires on my last truck, just bought a new one and can't wait to get some new shoes for this one as well!!!

I have a lowered 350z and #Chrome was able to complete my alignment no problem. I was referred to them by Colony Tire and Service. #Chrome did a great job, the staff was friendly, and the alignment was reasonably priced. Thank you for aligning my Z! It was surprisingly difficult to find a shop willing to align my car here in VA. I appreciate you!Tiffany

Jack and the guys over at Hashtag are friendly and extremely helpful. Had wheels and tires ordered in and they arrived fast. Installed on my truck and tpms calibrated. In and out in under an hour. If your in the market for aftermarket wheels and tires swing by and check them out. Awesome Pricing as well

One of my 22 tires went bad on the way to Georgia I called several tire shops and this shop was one of the few who had my tire size at a reasonable price. They replaced and put it on timely so I can get back on the highway. I would recommend this shop to any customer. Thank you

Great business!! Bought two sets of wheels from this establishment and plan on continuing business with them. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.Edit: years later and still every vehicle I own I bring to these guys without question. Whenever asked about wheels and similar services, I always recommend this place first.

Jonathan and the guys got my Mustang looking awesome. They even complimented me on my choice of wheels and I know they see finished products every single day. Hashtag came out a several hundred less than the other 2 Richmond area rim franchise stores. I like supporting Hashtag. The had a fast supplier turnaround time, install appointment and even detailed the wheels after the install. I've done business with them before and will continue to.

I live out of state now and was on 95 when I had a tire blowout. Tried two other, closer tire stores, one a di$count store. NO one had 4 of my tires in ANY location...PLUS #Chrome beat the price by over $100 a tire and had them in stock! Had my vehicle towed in LATE in the afternoon and they got RIGHT on it. CANNOT say enough about these guys! Excellent price, fast service!

I wish I could give 10 stars, what an awesome experience today. #Chrome mounted 4 tires for me, and aligned my lowered vehicle! I am a mechanic and run my own shop but I don't currently have tire machines or an alignment rack. What a great deal on the services preformed. The customer service was better than any other shop I've been to in the area which is a MUST for me. Shout out to the Andrew for asking if I had special requests on tire mounting and shout out to Cameron at the alignment shop, he aligned my lowered vehicle in a timely manner while taking the time to make sure I was informed and satisfied with the service. This was my first time here and I will certainly be a returning customer!

Awesome team @#Chrome whatever you may be looking for in tires and rims these are the go to guys 5yrs. of being a customer i have no need to look any where else. I can call they will fit me right on in, I love those guys to pieces i totally appreciate the love they display back as well THEY ROCK!

These guys are really awesome. They got my rooms done under 40 minutes I was in and out and now my car looks sick as hell. I highly recommend anyone that needs room and tires but is on a budget to go straight to these guys.

The best in Richmond and it s not even close. Start to finish they take care of the customer. From what will look best to what your vehicle needs, Hashtag Chrome is the only place I ll be taking my vehicles moving forward. 5 star recommendation!
