Went to an appointment today. They claimed I didn t have an appointment. They called my husband a liar over the phone and they have 0 customer service skills. Please don t make the same mistake we did and waste your time. This was the tazewell location.

I start by saying I am a 70 year old man on a fixed income and have no knowledge of cars. My engine light came on so I took it to Kidd Tire Auto Parts in Richlands Virginia. They reset the engine light for a minimal fee. I was told if the engine light comes on again bring the car in and they will perform a more diagnostic exam and will apply the reset money I paid toward the diagnostic test as a courtesy. The light came on and the diagnostic test was performed and I needed a specific part to fix the situation. They ordered the part, and assured me I could drive the car with no risk. The part arrived was placed on my car and the total fee for parts and labor were well below what I thought I would pay and I was very pleased. I moved from Syracuse, New York to Virginia at age 65 and was a little worried about taking my car to a new place. Based on questions I have asked they know I know nothing about cars. I have taken my car in for inspections, tire changes, alignment, oil change and have never had an issue. This is a great place to take your car and you are treated respectfully. Most important they explain what they will have to do so you are well aware of what s being done and the approximate cost.

I had a flat tire on Sunday. A friend was able to put the donut on my vehicle Monday afternoon. Kidd tire was able to immediately put a new tire on my vehicle and get me back on the road. Fast and friendly service. Very nice waiting area.

Had a road force balance done on a dodge truck, customer service was beyond excellent... Lee and David were awesome.. I would highly recommend Kidd Tire for parts and service.

I love this place. I go here for all my car needs. Lee is very nice and they do a good job. They have helped me and my car for years I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know.

I called on Wednesday to schedule for a lot of maintenance work (new set of tires, spark plugs, front brakes) done to my vehicle. A female answered and told me that I did not need an appointment for Saturday and to just bring it on that morning. I show up at 9am on Saturday and am told that they are only accepting sticker inspections and oil changes due to the volume of work they already have on the schedule. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and at the blatant misinformation I was given when I was attempting to schedule an appointment. I was preparing to spend a decent sum at this establishment, however I am furious and will be taking my car elsewhere to have my work done.

Very professional and extremely good at what they do. A little pricy but you get what you pay for. Want your vehicle fixed right, take it to KIDD TIRE!

I d give them 0 if I could. They screwed my tire. They stripped three of my studs and left me with two studs on my tire.

I've never been treated rudely or anything except politely there. Quick, efficient, and friendly. For such a busy place, really has that small town feel.

Only place I will take my vehicle. I trust them and i also have friends that work there that are good at what they do so i know that they will find the problem and fix it. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.
