Stopped in for a few items. The store was fairly clean, and the employees didn't seem too friendly. They weren't busy, and no one greeted me and asked me if I needed help. Prices are about average, and stock is good.

One of the best places to get your car parts local. The employees are awesome at trying to help you out with anything! For such a small town we are lucky to have Advance Auto.Much appreciated!

Stand up guys, a few pals of mine. Rocky and the team strive to be professional and are knowledgeable. The jingle says great parts great people delivered pdq if out of stock but available. Only thing I don't like are electrical necessities such as starters and specifically alternators. But they give a good warranty. And I'm there so much I feel like Norm from Cheers...everybody knows my name lol another claim to fame that goes with owning a Jeep ;)

Advance has pretty good prices and we always try to shop local when possible. Sometimes we've had to exchange the part we've bought for the right one and that takes time and gas money but they do whatever they need to without a fuss so I am grateful. Started out with three stars but am gonna go with four. They really do try to get it right.

I look online, I try to price match or do cheaper always on that budget but ultimately I end up here. So I gave up and start here, they price match, the management have been amazing. Some staff can be lackluster, as we all can on a job and dealing with stress but they try and if u do have an issue I recommend speaking with Rocky or Rosie, every encounter I usually leave smiling!! Wonderful people and they do what they can to help you!

These guys always take care of me! Great prices and even better people! You can grab anything online from just about anywhere but when something goes wrong and you need to return or exchange it 9 times out of 10 you can't get ahold of anyone. These guys you never have a problem. I'd put a list of things I bought but you'd be reading for the next year. Rocky and his team have went above and beyond for me and anyone I see come into the store! Keep up the great job guys!

Rocky treated me very very well. I was totally unhappy with my online shopping experience with Advance Auto and Rocky saved the day!!! He needs another stripe on his arm or a very good raise. I am sure that he is the reason for a lot of repeat business.

Well it's not really going to make a difference but I came to the store two different times in 30 minutes to get rotors for my car. Stood in line for 15 minutes while one of the workers stood with a customer and the only thing he done was answer the phone and say thank you for calling advance Auto you're battery headquarters my name is blank can you hold on just a second while I wait with this customer after standing there I thought how can they run a business like this. So I seen that the next worker had just finished up with a customer and only had one more so I got in that line while he and this guy talked about how good a driver Dale Earnhardt was after about 5 minutes I just left maybe I can be there whenever they open the dooes

I needed a 3 way connection for an A/C hose. A picture wasn't available, but the manager and another employee went above and beyond to find a part that would work, and even did a little improvising themselves to make sure it would fit and work. It worked very well, and stopped the leak in the connection. Very nice guys, and very helpful. I highly recommend the Advance Auto Store in Richlands, Va.

Always the right part at the right price. Never had to take a part back,cause it was the wrong part. They get it right the first time. Good advice.friendly people.loans tool's (with a deposit). Just a really cool place to shop.

Always helpful and have put batteries in my car before nice employees always have to wait to get my parts till the next day though but other than that they rent tools out and it's a typical auto store

Employees that good they can get you buy any car part that you mean within a day or two if that's if they don't have it if they do have it they can get it to your right then in there
