Staff was pleasant to work with. Gate security's was very good. Only suggestion is to have some lighting for the back and side rows. Very dark areas around #625.

I think Storage Sense is a great company to use to store your belongings . Everyone who works there is so nice and they are glad to answer any questions and help you out . My daughter had used them a few years ago and recommended them and I m so glad .

Everything was great! I stored my belongings here for about 18 months, never any issues! The facility was always clean, it s easily accessible, and the staff was very friendly.

The representative was very professional, she made my process very easy she was very informational to make sure I was comfortable with what I was renting. If I m not mistaken her mane was Sharon.

I would definitely recommend Storage Depot in Rice, VA. Justine was very helpful and professional. The unit was clean and dry. Setup of account was quick and easy, and payment easy to make in person or online. I rented a unit for 5 months, and would do so again if needed.

Do not rent from this company! I had so many issues with mold and mildew, mice, and heavy infestation of spiders on a continuous basis!Don't fall for the lies of the insurance that they make you purchase. The insurance any pays for the structure protecting the company!!NOT ONE PART OF THIER INSURSANCE WILL PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES! NOTHING!After 2 years of battling this, I now have a formal lawsuit about to be served!

Using a 10 by 20 and an 8x10. Moved to Arizona and needed storage. The two facilities I use are both in Prince Edward County, Farmville, Virginia and are managed by Justine. Justine is a sweet lady and is so helpful. I am glad she the manager here. She went above and beyond her job requirements in helping me to sort things out and choose the units I needed. She is one busy lady but she does respond if you leave her a voicemail. She treats you like family, looks you in the eye when speaking to you, and answers all of your questions with no problem. I would recommend this business to my family and friends. There are security cameras, my units were clean, they are well light and there is plenty of room to access your doors and load or unload. There are several size units to choose from and they even have outside storage for vehicles, equipment and such. Give them a try. You won t be disappointed.

Went to storage depot to look for a small unit to store a motorcycle in for the winter. Was very easy, price is reasonable. We got exactly what we needed. Very polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage facility.

I want to personally thank Lauren and Justine for the information and outstanding customer service they provided me! I needed a storage unit because I m moving and having to downsize for a while and when I called they allowed me to look at the available unit before continuing with paperwork and payment. I was unaware of climate controlled units being available and even though it was the only one left I m very thankful for it, for I would rather my personal belongings not be in extreme heat or cold. Both of the lady s were very informational and professional!! I wished I could receive the service they provided from other places I go to!! Hopefully they can see this so they can know how grateful I am of their services!!!
