These guys have always been straight with me. Recently had a tire replaced on my 2021 Highlander. They did a great job.They are also convenient to schedule with and they get the job done. Staff is always very friendly and honest. Strongly recommend!

As always they show nothing but courteous and effective service! They never make it a hassle and go to the extent to take care of their customers. Sometimes a good tire shop is hard to find but they make everything easy. They are super polite and always provide immediate and helpful service. I am never disappointed by coming here they always take great care of me!!

Zee is the best in customer service and hospitality.During the alignment, while replacing my four tires, they found that my steering knuckle needed replacement to straighten the wheel.I returned days after getting the part replaced, and he aligned it without charging me again. I was so relieved and happy when Zee did this for me because, at that point, I'd invested up to $1,400+ into this car, and I was worried about paying for another alignment.It is an excellent place for the money, service, and results.

As a single female I dread doing any auto repairs. NTB is my go to! Ziya was so kind and super helpful. They are very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend that you come here!

Zia was very helpful in assisting me and my sister with her car troubles. He gave wonderful advice and recommendations for repair options. Zia made us both feel very welcome and treated us like family. We will definitely come back to see him if we experience any car troubles. Highly recommended this NTB location

If you want to be lied to, asked out on a date by the service manager, ripped off by prices that are not upfront, stolen from, and then gaslit, please take your car here. The team that took over this store when Mavis bought NTB last year is terrible. I don't even know the name of the guy who did this to me over the course of multiple service visits since October 2023 because he never says his name, not even when leaving a voicemail. I miss the old shop manager Kevin. I miss the tv screen in the lobby that used to show the current pricing on basic services. And I miss my wheel locks, which were lost/stolen by this store, and when I noticed, they tried to tell me I never had wheel locks to begin with. I am going back to the dealer for basic service before these crooks ruin my car. I can't even imagine what else they could have stolen.

Do NOT take your car here if you care about your wheels. They absolutely destroyed my aftermarket wheels that took me over a year and a half to paint. 24 different spots of chipped paint, and all they offered me was $75 off ridiculous. I asked them very nicely to be as gentle as possible and they did the exact opposite. Worse yet every wheel had the chips in similar places, which means they weren t paying any attention to what they were doing in the slightest. If you care about your wheels, go somewhere else.

came in with a flat tire only on wheel, and thanks to ziya and his team fixed my flat faster than i could think of. they got me back on the road quick! i am definitely coming back to this shop again!

I have been taking my car here for several years. Always friendly and honest service. The shop doesn t try to sell you something you don t need. Last couple of times I ve been there my car was ready in half the time promised.

Went to inflate my tires at the gas station nearby and one of my rear tires valve didn t seal up anymore. Went by this NTB location and the very friendly technician David fixed the valve at no cost to me! Much appreciated and this is the second time I ve gone by these folks and they helped me out with a minor issue without charging me. Can highly recommend and I m sure they are as diligent when it comes to bigger service which they should of course very much charge for. Long story short, great folks over here!

Thought I had a nail in my tire and they were very honest and fixed a loose valve and said there was no nail so they didn t charge me! Very nice people and legit shop, will be back for any needs.

Upon my arrival to this establishment I was thrilled with the excellent service as I was greeted at the door, by the store manager and another associate, my issue was addressed expeditiously and with accuracy. l was a walk in appointment and they still took me in and made me feel like family, I m very highly to recommend this fine establishment!!! Thanks to the baron cameron management and friendly staff!!

This place is winning with Ziya as the store manager. Ziya really takes all the stress out of car maintenance and does not mansplain or try to upcharge when you go in for services. He s very genuine, honest and straightforward. I ve had my car serviced exclusively here after my Lexus warranty went up and at times I feel like the service can rival a Lexus service center.

Called NTB today near closing time because I had a flat tire and was in a bind. Ziya (the manager) told me to bring the car in anyway and took great care of me. Not only did I have a flat and puncture in one tire, but TWO!They've always been efficient, friendly and taken care of my family well. Will continue to bring my business to NTB and Ziya in Reston at Baron Cameron.

My 2024 GMC 2500HD Denali had a nail in the tire. Zeyha at NTB fixed my tire in minutes and had me back on the road. Been going to NTB for many years and they always do good work.

The guys at NTB in near the Home Depot were amazing. The dealer was trying to upsell me some services that I needed but seemed quite high. I called NTB and they quoted me a price that was significantly less.They were able to service my car right away. They had already started writing me a quote from the brief conversation. Everything was seamless and smooth. My car feels brand new.I can t recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service! I visited the store to just purchase a tire and Ziya fixed the tire for me for only the cost of the tire. Completely unexpected but greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this location for any tire/battery maintenance.
