I broke my rental key in half by accident and called NTB Locksmith. They got me connect with Louis who re-arranged his schedule, drove down from Houston, and rescued me out of a bind in Galveston! He cut me a set of keys even without the only existing key I had.

Person came over and he took a man handle method to open my door rather than pick the lock or another less invasive method. I interrupted him in the midst of him using brunt force and said hey if its going to break the door, id rather not take this method, to which he continued on saying it s not going to do that and chipped my door s paint and pulled out a bunch of wood. If i wanted to break into my own house i would have just done that. Then proceeded to ask for $275 dollars. I called to lodge a complaint but i ve been given the run around like I m waiting for my social security to kick in (still have not been able to get thru to someone who will take the complaint). Simply put, I would not recommend. Edit: P.S. Just found out royal locksmith would do it for $150. If anything, go with them.

Peter the Locksmith Tech was very good. He arrived on time and my new FOB was completed in a 1/2 hour. The cost was also reasonable!

He had a little problem programming the fob but he figured it out. Kinda pricey but you pay for a persons knowledge rightI just needed a extra key because I lost the other one thanks guys appreciate it

Though we had some communication issues, resulting in the locksmith arriving later than expected, our locksmith went to any lengthy necessary to get our RV open (without damage to the door), after the lock failed to unlock by traditional means. Truly 24/7 service!Much appreciated!

First time using a locksmith and definitely would prefer to break a window than to call this company. Lady on the phone tells me the guy will give me the price once he arrives and that the service fee is $25. Guy calls me and shows up to my home and tells me $295 for bottom lock and $500 if he got to drill the top one. Told him "No thank you, I'll just pay the $25 and will wait for someone to come back later at night". Guy tries to push the sale by lowering the price but me still unsure if the top latch is locked or not (Which would mean another $500). Keep telling him no until he says "Let me show you" so I walked away because I felt he was gonna force it open just to charge me. Dude blamed me for not asking the price before which I did but the lady said that he would tell me once he gets there. Told him again I was gonna pay the $25 the lady said over the phone and he tells me that's it's $30 and keeps trying to lower the price to open the door. He starts to complain about not making money if he opens the door for lower which I told him "I understand, but I am not paying over $100 for something that I can just wait for someone to come back hours later." Dude tells me that an American would pay it and that I want the service for free. At this point I was annoyed. He offered me something lower than $100 but again, just for the bottom latch, and at this point I just wanted him gone. He kept complaining and I told him that he either charged me the $30 or I'm leaving. Dude finally charges me the "service fee" while still complaining about how I don't want to pay.

My Honda key broke and I couldn t use it to start the car so I called them early this morning and they were out at the house working 2 hours as promised. They made me a new Honda key, chip and all in 30 minutes. Technician was polite and professional. Cost was as promised and very affordable. I am very happy with them and would use them in the future for sure!

The $275 charge for shimming a door to pop bottom lock in 2 minutes felt like I was being taken advantage of. It would ve been cheaper for me to break a pane of glass.

I had a locksmith out on May 22nd. The technician was polite and professional, and I would be rating as a 4/5 (the price would prevent me from giving a 5) based on that experience. However, I have been trying since the 23rd to get an itemized receipt from them so my apartment complex can reimburse me and every time I call they say a manager will get back to me within the day. I have not heard back from a manager or made any progress, despite calling every day since. At this point I think I ve just lost the money because they have taken no steps to help me or assure me that they even care. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company because they have been dishonest and have given horrendous customer service.Edit: they now hang up when I call. Again I stress do not use this company unless you want to be scammed.

We were dead bolted INSIDE and could not get the lock to unlock! They showed up in less than 30 minutes and were able to replace our lock and were so professional and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
