I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Michael, the owner of Remington Auto. The service was spectacular, I don t usually shop at used car dealerships so I was pleasantly surprised with the insane attention to detail and quality (they even vacuumed the floor mats before I picked it up!). Fast forward 2 years and the car still works flawlessly. I was recently thinking about how nice the car was and was inspired to leave a review. I m so happy I choose to buy a car through Remington Auto parts. The customer service is spot on and most importantly the car works flawlessly. 5 stars from me!

Remington Auto Parts and it's owner Michael Georgia sold me a used 2012 Ford 150 and the service was incredible. They were so patient and helpful in the process. The truck is everything he said it would be and more. If you re looking for a used car from a reliable/trustworthy dealer I would highly recommend Remington Auto Parts.

Remington Auto Parts and it's owner Michael Georgia sold me a 2016 Acura MDX four years ago. He told me he bought it at an auction and guaranteed it with a strong warranty that gave me a lot of confidence. The car is everythingMichael said it was and I love driving it. It has been problem free. If you need a reliable vehicle, I would highly recommend Remington Auto Parts. He has a great reputation for honesty as well as unlimited car knowledge.

Be aware that their 30 day warranty starts at the time of purchase and not after install. It s impossible to find a transmission mechanic that s not backed up. Our certified mechanic concluded that Remington Auto Parts sold us a defective transmission which they refused to return or replace. I have concerns of how they re testing their transmissions that hold their guarantee to work properly.

Karen was really patient and helpful in quoting parts for my car. They just didn t have the right color otherwise I would immediately purchase from them. Their prices are quite reasonably and they take the parts off for you!

I've been using this place for the last 3 years for both parts and and cars. They have great customer service. Their staff is always nice and courteous. I have 2 locations 1 in Charlottesville and the other is in Richmond. And my shop in Richmond prefers to use these guys. So all in all if you need parts or a whole car I truly recommend you contact Brooke and the folks at Remington auto parts.

I had to drive 90 minutes for a $20 part. Well worth the trip. Same part different auto part yard $60. They were very nice. Best price around. I'll definitely call them first next time. They specialize in foreign auto parts.

Bought a car from them for my fianc�. Price was great. Got it home. 2 days later. Had a sensor go bad. I called Brooke, she took care of it asap with no hassle. Customer service is on point. I'd buy another car from them if I needed one. I'd buy parts too if I needed those!

I truly can't get over eager this place is to please their customers. I live in Warrenton so they are the closest yard to me. I have never really done business with a used auto parts store but it was that or spend $3,000 at the dealership, they didn't have what I needed but they located the engine for me, gave me the number and point of contact, I called the other company and they weren't much cheaper than the dealer so I called Remington back to ask for somewhere else, the young lady put me on hold for a minute or two then came back telling me that not only did she find one with lower miles, it was also cheaper and she had the other company put it on hold for me. I'm so sorry I don't remember your name to give you personal praise but thank you. I'm sure I'll need you guys sooner than later and thank you again so much for all your efforts.

This is the sloppiest outfit I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I ordered a $130 part from this company a month & a half ago. They double charged me, forgot to ship the part twice, finally shipped the incorrect part, and then informed me that they don't even have the correct part I need, even though their website says they do. And if that didn't take the cake, for the last month I have been trying to get them to come pick-up the part they shipped incorrectly, and refund me. Every week, they promise to pick it up on Tuesday, then nobody shows up. I have spoken to them at least 15 times on the phone. They were rude enough to suggest that if I bring the part back to their shop myself, they could refund me faster. That's a 4 hour round trip to solve a problem I didn't create. I still don't have my money. 1 star is too generous.

really nice customer service, but they won t pick up a core from your shop unless they have a delivery in the area. it s been 3 weeks and no pickup and it s inconvenient to have the engine sitting here, but there s not much that can be done i guess.

I found a part that I needed online, and it steered me to "Remington Auto Parts" I called and talked a wonderful person " Claudia" she told me that part was in stock and in the yard, So i show up and the she takes me to the vehicle that part was on, it was perfect, Just as she described over the phone. I also got another part that I was not expecting to get but she worked with me to find it..and they had it!!!. My over all experience was great, i will be back... thank you Claudia for all your help.FYI I had a request for another part that they didn't have and she looked it up and told me where i could find it . A+

Working with the people at Remington is like a breathe of fresh air. I walked into the business and I am talked to like a person, not just "some woman." I appreciate the office staff and how knowledgeable they are. After going there and working with them, it is def. some where I will cont to go when I need parts and tell all my friends and family about it. Never had an issue with parts or exchanges. They are always very helpful and willing to fix any issues.

We recently purchased a 370Z from Mike and we couldn't have been more pleased. From soup to nuts, Mike was honest and helpful and further, went out of his way to assist us during the transaction. I would highly recommend doing business with Remington Auto Parts.

I have bought a lot of parts from this place, never had any issues with them. Very friendly staff very willing to help, and very knowledgeable when it comes to parts. Prices are also the best around. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Was skeptical at first because buying a car people being dishonest about the cars but Mike was more than a blessing. Completely satisfied with the vehicle I purchase and the best part is he cares not about the money to him but the relationship it can t get no better than that. Our dealership replaces motors and transmissions . We have an excellent mechanic who can perform this task in 5-8 hours and every week he replaces several major components. Remington was one of our go to shops until we purchased a major component from them which was defective and they would not replace it or offer a refund. We spend 6 figures on parts annually and have removed them from our list of suppliers for parts.

This yard has great prices. I've never had to warranty anything so I'm not sure how that would go. Their website says the part must be installed by ASE certified mechanics for the warranty to be valid. This does seem a little strange since it is a salvage yard and most people buying parts are probably diy guys.

Ordered a transmission for a customer and they delivered it to my shop. I was told to call back when core was ready for pickup. So I did just that and now they tell me I need to bring the core back myself and that they dont do pickups. Zero star review

Buyer Beware.� Purchased Remington Salvage advertised Transmission. Tested � Shifts well through all gears Only reason I purchased was their Tested advertised condition.Transmission shifts hard as soon it warms up.� Beware Remington s Tested means nothing, go else where to buy.

Cheapest prices on used auto parts you'll find in the area. Takes them a while to pull parts sometimes, but for their great prices it's often worth it.
