Don't come here unless you wanna spend all day here because the mechanic is too lazy to change a couple tires. He would rather skip other trucks around you so he doesn't have to do the work. He'll just pull you in and let your truck sit for 3 hours before he touches it

I had a trailer tire blow out and stopped yo get it replaced. They only had one in stock. As a single truck owner it was way to high. I know everything has gone up but that's crazy. Not this time. I really like the expansion they did. Although there was a little bit of seating, there is no table service. The cafeteria style food bar was reasonable and pretty good I liked some other additions also. Now I guess they have to pay for it.

Love this place. The cleanest bathrooms. The only down fall I had was the place did not have any shirts that fit tall men ( meaning that there was no XTall shirts.) The people working there were great.

I do not advise, there was a time for service, but at that time they did not call, when I approached, I asked, said that I had already called, but no one answered, although there were not even missed calls, the conclusion is that they just do not want to work or some other reason... That's up to you to judge.

This place has everything and is huge. It even has a food court. I had soul food and it was tasty . I bought truck accessories and got my truck washed at the Blue Beacon in the same parking lot

My truck began to derate again and stopped her to get it fixed as been having trouble with it for the last week and a half. Thank you Ryan for taking such good care of me and getting me back on the road.

Would of put no stars at all but this I the worst of them all shops you can ever go to. We arrived to the place around 3pm, the shop had more then enough space for more trucks to get worked on, but even then the service told us to wait till 7pm and we did at around 7pm the guys that work there told us to pull the truck in so we did and the truck has been sitting untouched from 7pm till 10pm already!!!! This is ridiculous all the way from 3pm during the day until now all the what ever mechanics that work there walk back and fourth with out doing any work on any of the trucks and they just keep drivers waiting for no damn reason soo to any of the truck driver fellows out the if you need service done like oil,filter change and check tire air pressure and if you need all that done fast like other shops do it so. I d recommend not to show up here because of all that s I described above from my own experience here

A lot of clean showers! Good food choices! There are a lot of parking spots! DOT physical exam and family dental care!

Very unprofessional, vindictive, no integrity, no transparency, nonchalant disposition & biased & racist behavior. The entire staff does not have proper etiquette for customer service especially assisting someone of my ethnicity. They lied about service needed to maximize their commission & profits. I had (2) private mechanics take a look at my trailer for them both to concur with me that the extensive service they said is needed is not true. They would not give price of parts, labor etc.. although I ve done my due diligence on pricing parts. I also know that it would be up charge for them ordering parts. They would only say rough estimates so they can over charge! This place mentioned to me that I needed a spindle and had to have a spindle doctor come out on top of replacing bearings, brake assembly, oil cap/seal etc I did not need a spindle replacement. If I could I would post my spindle. I estimated $700.00 dollars in parts which they were attempting to charge me over $4,000.00 to replace bearings, brake assembly and oil cap/seal and make it appear that they replaced spindle when in fact it would have been my original spindle. Do not believe anything they say, do your research and if you look a certain way you should really try to know what needs done and ballpark pricing so you are not taken advantage of!!!!I do not recommend taking your truck to them for service. Due to this experience I will NEVER take any of my equipment to ANY T A nationwide!If you are on 81 near this T A in Raphine Va store #427 do not give them your business. I recommend Cash s parts & repair across interstate.

Office guy had a bad attitude$10/tire for retorqueCharged $69 for parts they said would be $29Truck batteries died a couple hours later and they demanded $60 to jump me... I was parked right beside themIf these corporate clowns can overcharge you for something, they will, and they'll be rude about it. I hope an indie shop hurts their bottom-line.

The service from the shop that was delivered was terrible..All the technicians and mechanics was busy walking around and looking in there phone like there s nothing to do.The TSA s don t care about service or the time to get trucks in and out the shop.I waiting 5 hours to get in the shop for a tire replacement and 2 more hours to get it replaced.Overall the shop management/workers need to step up on there work and service

The clothing store staff is racist. I guess they learned to be adult kids from the adult kid parents. Very unprofessional and I am contacting corporate. A lawyer will be contacted and furthermore law procedures

The techs were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The service writer (lady), not so much. She was rude both on the phone AND in person. She was condescending and had an overall unpleasant personality. It's beyond me how management has her in a frontline customer facing position. Her poor attitude sets the tone for the overall experience. Unfortunately, basic pleasantness and friendly people skills can't be taught otherwise I'd strongly recommend retaining. Absent my interactions with her and I would've given a four or possibly five-star rating.

I hate these brand name mechanic shops they take very long just to fix anything even if it s fixing a tire they will waste your day. Do not bother getting anything done here I drove across to southern tire across at the pilot and they got me in quick. Thank god I looked for other shops

I would give this TA shop zero stars if I could. They kept bumping down the repair list. So after 6 hrs I Googled trailer repair shops and found small shop 5 miles south. They got right my trailer and fixed it 30 mins.I will not be back to the TA shop in Raphine.

The entire staff here is truly professional and honest! I want to specifically reach out to Josh and apologize for my accusations. You came into work, gave 110% and still had to hear me complain about a mudflap. I wholeheartedly apologize and pray that you can forgive me. Thank you for for being honest, efficient, reliable and patient. To management reading this, thank you for your time with the matter and my apologize as well for wasting your time. The mud flap I believed was on the truck when I dropped it off at your establishment was found at the yard that I had previously come from. As am rating means not mean but to upgrade their service yesterday I spent 4 Hours Waiting to Fix my Driver Side Mirror finally they said we don t have the Part and Can t Fix time after 4 Hours of waiting please don t waste the time and you don t like to waste your time time is more valuable then money I hope you will take serious these thanks

I went to this shop at 2:30 and was told it would be a 30 minute wait and they would call me. I waited for hours and still no call. I didn t decide to leave until I didn t have a choice and luckily my problem is manageable or I would be late delivering my load. The whole TA service center system together is unorganized and DJ favors for ppl they know and let ppl skip I always have a bad experience even I go to these repair shops! JUST HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

This place is awesome. The staff is very helpful and pleasant! Their is just an abundance of parking. Nice feature is if you park out in the back 40 lot, they have a shuttle bus that will pick you up and drop you back at your truck.. With new construction going on its a little busier than most, but all an all one of my favorite spots to stop for the evening when passing through the area.

I won't say they're fast, or that they're priced well. But if you want everything other shops missed, they will find it.I had this truck at a full dealership and that place neglected to find cracked drums, faulty foot valve, chassis air leak, the list goes on.
