One star because that's the lowest option. Took my son's 4-wheeler there to get a rear-end put in. No communication after a month. Called and they said " it's ready" Picked it up on a late Friday evening. Son rode it for 30 minutes in the yard and the rear-end stops working again. Took it back the very next morning. Was told "We stand behind our work, we'll make it right" another month later without hearing anything I call and they accused me of taking it home and trading the new parts for old ones!! Why would I pay them 1,000$ for 200$ worth of parts ?!? Long story short, they said if I gave them another $200 for the parts, they'd "fix" it again, but wouldn't warranty their work . I should have took it to court but the lawyers fee would have been more than the bill. I guess I bought a life lesson. They are thieves and/or incompetent. Probably both. Do yourself a favor and never pull in their lot... And on top of it all, very arrogant. BTW. They never once contacted me and touched base (even when it was so called "ready") I've never had a worse business experience

Pro Sport Radford was recommended to me by a very close friend and I m so glad I asked around for the right shop to work on my bikes.My experience was nothing but professional, courteous, as well as great customer service!When I first called Pro Sport I had already contacted 2 other shops in the area, but those companies were not interested in customers service, or even acting like they wanted the work at all Ryan on the other hand asked me questions, worked with me on the price, he was also professional and courteous.Pro Sport Radford has become my first choice to call when my bikes need repairs, upgrades or serviced!!Thanks again Pro Sport!

Both Ryan and Seth are awesome! I've used these guys for 4 years now getting my quads ready for hunting season. These guys never disappoint and always get me taken care of. Thank you Pro Sports!

My wife ordered a tire for my Goldwing trike 6 day s ago. The tire came in today, so I went to pick it up, my wife had already paid over the phone. I was also picking up parts for Radford Universal Car Care. I received the tire from the young man taking care of me, and I said this is the wrong tire. At this time the owner came out of the office and said it was what my wife had ordered, I explained that it did not say that it was a trike tire. The owner got very ugly with me, told me that he did not want any more business from Radford Universal Car Care, and that they were aggravating to deal with. I was told to get my tire and get out, don t come back, and don t ever call again. Then he came to the door as I left, screaming at me that Avon don t make a trike tire anymore, and that he could prove it to me. Well I know better, and will order from someone else. The sad part is that I was trying to support the local business but guess that s the thanks I get for trying to do the right thing.

I dropped a 4 wheeler off to get a simple service done and a new wheel. I was told they ordered a tire to put on, 2 weeks later I had to call in and they still didn't do the service and the tire was still being ordered. Then said they had a set of 4 tires they would give me a good deal on. Two weeks later I had to call again to find out nothing was still done to my machine. I needed it the next day, So they just did a half ass fix and put a tub in the tire instead of replacing the wheel like they said they would. They also sold us a ramp that we used once to find out it was way to steep and unsafe to use. They wouldn't take the ramps back. I am disappointed with the customer service and ability to fix thing correctly as well as giving knowledgeable advice on products they sell.Do not buy or get your machines serviced from here!

I have shopped several times at Pro Sport Suzuki and have had a great experience every time. The employees are very helpful and have shared the knowledge that they have with me when I ask questions. It is nice to have a family owned motorsports store so close to home. I plan to have them work on my motorcycle soon and will update my review when it is complete.

If I could give it less then a star i would. Thier service department has no clue what they are doing and the manager is one of the most arrogant/ rude people I know. They are tied in with the dealership in Wythville and that place is just as bad. My brother took his 2009 Suzuki boulevard in ( the one he bought from them 3 months earlier) after it broke down and they started replacing parts with a guarantee that it would fix the problem, well it didn't, then they had him pick up his still not running bike and charged him $800.00 to do nothing. He ended up cutting the bottom of the tank open ( that they said they cleaned ) and it was full of rust!!!!! He got a call from the owner and he was useless too. What a way to treat a customer and disabled veteran.

Took my flawless harley soft tail there for a tire change. Cost as much as the Harley shop but they added a personal touch by scratching up my sprocket when changing the tire. They wouldn t own up to it and refused to fix it. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you care about your bike or equipment, I wouldn t take it there.

Great customer service. My boyfriend and I purchased a brand new 2021 Polaris RZR back in November and Jake worked with us on all things possible. Everyone else is very friendly too. Highly recommend!

I purchased my first Polaris ATV from Pro Sport in Radford Va today. Been running Yamaha. Very impressed by the professional experience of the new management and salesman. Was informed of all the details to run this machine. I ordered a second ATV based on the great deal and service.

I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase anything from Pro Sport Suzuki Polaris in Radford again. This has to be the worst customer service experience that i have ever dealt with! I happened to order the wrong tires based on the parts breakdown on the website i purchased a four wheeler from and i have been hung up on by them 3 times after holding for at least 10 minutes each time only for them to tell me there's nothing they can do about it b/c its considered a special order. OK they are tires...they didnt manufacture this one particular set JUST FOR ME so one would assume that they would be refundable with a possible restocking fee. Understandable that they dont use them often but still.....After hearing he's trying to do me a favor i just told him to forget it. Spending 300.00+ there will be the last dime they ever get. OH and mind you the first time I called I was told that the other tires hadn't even shipped yet. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Going there is the worst decision I have ever made. I wanted to replace the wire harness on my gsxr. Since it's not an easy work to do, I thought it would be better to go to a suzuki shop. I WAS SOOO WRONG. The guy there first told me that it's gonna take at most 3 weeks to finish the job. After 18days, I still got no calls from them. So I went there to see what's going on with my bike. But this time, the guy (sitting in office) told me it takes at least 3 weeks for them before even taking a look at my bike. And when I ask how much time I still need to wait, he just become mad. "You know what, I don't want to do it, just take your bike" This is the exact word he said. Then he just went to the garage and take out my bike. 2 weeks wasted for nothing but a bad mood. I don't understand how a shop like this still do business with people.BTW, I went there at 11am on Monday, there is nobody in the garage doing any work.I am pretty sure that all good reviews about their service are FAKE. Maybe they are good at selling things, but their service is just a joke.

One of the best shops I have been to. This is the only place I will be going to. Huge selection of all the new products from Polaris and Suzuki and great deals on used units. Professional service with a family owned business feel. Make this your first contact on looking for any new products.

Have been there Numerous times now. Always helpful and great staff. Ordered parts arrive fast and everything is priced to sale. Will be going there often and with all my Motorcycling needs.

Great service and great people. Spent a while with Ryan who was helpful in answering my questions. As I understand it, the ownership recently changed and they are doing a whole lot better than the previous owner. Worth stopping by.

Very poor customer service. The first initial sale went ok, but everything after that has been a nightmare. They will just lie to you and continuously try to dodge you and give you bogus answers and you will just have to eventually handle the problem yourself !!! I will never step foot back in that place again.

I went there to buy a new rzr and wandered around the lot for 30 minutes. No one came out so I went in. One man was there talking with a woman at the parts counter. I asked about the rzr, he gave me book price, no discount. He would not negotiate or even show me anything.

Fraud shop.The manager is very lazy and unprofessional.Don't go there! Don't do service with them! Especially, don't drop off your bike there. They will rip you off!

Dropped my 4 wheeler off three weeks ago. Told it would be looked at on the following Tuesday. Three weeks and a day later...still hasn't been looked at. Called at the two week point..."it's the next one in..."
