I wanna tell everyone my experience at Harvey Chevrolet in Radford, Virginia. I was driving from GA all night when the cabin under the car had fallen so I was devastated, pulled off the highway to gas station. They directed me to Harvey. This was Good Friday, I was exhausted and a hot mess. Michelle Miller came to assist us right away. She was kind friendly and very understanding. She told us it will be a minute because racks are filled. She directed us to the waiting area because it s going to be a minute. Gentle offer us a fresh pot of coffee and had a young woman make me some. Than another guy came and said it s Easter weekend and offer my grandson a hot wheel car toy. Michelle came back and said our car is ready. We were shocked, already She told us, she told the men to check to make sure everything is find because we had still drive another 10 hours to our destination. She directed us to the cashier, who was just as friendly. Berenice Chavez s. I said, I got to have you guys names because everybody needs to know how trustworthy this place is and how loving you people are. They wished us a safe journey. This place was a trust blessing . They have the right people working there with a loving spirit. May God continue to bless them all.

Scheduling a service appointment was quick and easy! Dealership has several nice areas to wait in while work is being performed. Vehicle service was completed in a short time after my arrival, and all staff members I encountered were very friendly and polite. I will be back again for service in the future!

Harvey s did such a wonderful job fixing our car! It was worth the wait and out of pocket expense! I would recommend Harvey s Collision Center to anyone who ask me .There was a mix up on the drop off date but Harvey s manage to squeeze us in and get it done! Great people and great conversation with multiple departments. From the minute I pulled in, a warm greeting from Andy. Then walking in the door to a warm greeting from Tanner and Marty. Then walking to the showroom to be greeted by many with a warm hello how are you and asking about my family. Riley Harvey always shows friendship and compassion for the wellbeing of my family.

I forget the name of the sales manager but he did a really good job at getting me into a better vehicle. Cain Hurst, I think that is how you spell his name, was very professional! He also knows how to carry a conversation and has a very good sense of humor! Everyone that help me getting my new truck needs a raise!

Harvey's personnel were very accommodating. I left my car for body work and the Collision Department delivered it to the service department for the routine service that was due. I have nothing but good things to say about Harvey's. From the day I bought the vehicle until now, everyone has been good to me and never once made me feel that they were only interested in making a sale. I trust them and the work they do. I plan to continue using them for all my service needs.

Overall a good experience! I went to Harveys after seeing a truck online I was interested in. The sales rep I had was Matt Wright. He was helpful and polite in every way possible. The trade offer was within $500 of my payoff on a basically brand new car. Matt was not pushy at all during the sales process and very upfront. The whole reason I m writing this review is because during the finance process the finance guy stated to me concerning an extended warranty and I quote You re really going to spend $50k on this truck but not buy the $3k warranty? Which was the only time I felt disrespected the entire time I was there. So under the pressure I caved and got the warranty, today I went back to cancel said warranty due to some modifications I m making to the truck which would have voided the warranty and Lisa Harvey took my call, was SO polite and processed the request WITHOUT hesitation. (Which we all know the commission they make is substantial on those) I would gladly purchase another vehicle here, but I will supply my own financing next time considering the degrading comment made by their finance worker. Overall a 8/10 experience, especially with the ease of the warranty cancellation.

Do not! repeat, Do not trust this place. they will lie, cheat and steal their way into your pocket. they sold my sister, who by the way is a local Army veteran a vehicle with a warranty that Harvey Chevrolet refuses to honor.If this place will take advantage of someone who served in the US military, imagine what they will do to you

I had an amazing experience at Harvey s when purchasing my very own vehicle. Corey O. helped me with all the questions I had, he made me feel very comfortable while waiting on approval. Overall, the best dealer I ve ever worked with and I definitely will be recommending Harvey s to other people in the near future.

First off I Spent a lot of time calling dealers all around for a couple months to find out that trucks were sold before they hit the lot or the dealer would mark it up thousands of dollars with useless accessories.I called Harvey s in Radford and spoke to Riley about a truck they had online and was on the lot. After 15 minutes I knew I d be purchasing a vehicle from them. Riley was phenomenal and made the whole buying a truck process super easy. They didn t mark the truck up with tons of useless stuff. Hopefully won t have to but when I do buy another vehicle it will be at Harvey s no matter how far the drive. The finance person was also very easy to deal with. No kidding we were in and out in under 45 minutes.

I bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX4 there, sales rep was Kambria. She was so friendly and helpful and definitely not your stereotypical car salesman. Like most used cars it didn't come with a warranty yet they replaced BOTH headlights when I saw water building up inside. They didn't have to do that but they did it anyway. I can't say enough good about them. I paid a premium price for the car but it is in perfect condition. It still has the new car smell! I've bought a couple of other SUV's in the last few years. I just wish I had gone to Harvey's first.

Friendly, easy to get an appointment, fast efficient service, immaculate facility, refreshments and snacks always handy, beautiful lounge with internet access and charging stations, chairs with side tables or sit at a table, clean, courteous and reasonable prices. We always feel welcome there and never sit long for an inspection or minor repair. We love it there.

Absolutely amazing. We were traveling from CNY, when my equinox lost power. They got me in first thing, knowing we were traveling. I am beyond impressed. Office manager Jeannette was top notch and Andy in service was a excellent.

Overall experience was amazing. Setting up an appointment was super easy. Upon arrival the staff was really friendly. The waiting room was stocked with water, coffee and juice boxes. I had mentioned to one of the staff members that I would be getting an Uber and they offered to take me where I needed to go.They kept me up to date on the progress and confirmed with me before doing any work. It only took a couple hours for the issue to be diagnosed and the car to be fixed.I didn t have to pay anything out of pocket either since it was covered under warranty. Harvey s is approximately 45 minutes from where I live but good service is worth the drive.

Every time I ve ever been here the staff are friendly and helpful! I ve had horrible experiences with other local dealerships. It s refreshing to work with people that actually care and listen to your car needs. I also appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff. They don t recommend services unless they are actually needed. I m so thankful I bought my car here and get to have it serviced here!

The job got done. First appointment was a bust because the part needed that was in the warehouse when I made the appointment was not available when I arrived. Second appointment was a success. Work was quick, problems were fixed, but was carried out haphazardly, damaging and sullying some of the interior that will require getting the interior detailed and a trim piece replaced. Be sure to give your vehicle a look over before you take off.

Came in with a new car needing an inspection was told initially it would take about an hour. Waited a mear 20 minutes. Even helped me look up prices for new tires for next time.

My sales person was very friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and was not at all a pushy sales person like some we have met! We are also a returning customer my husband purchased a car 3 years ago from the same person that helped us this time! I will definitely recommend coming there for vehicle purchases! Cambria is wonderful an will work with you to figure out what fits your budget!

First my sales person Mike Ritter was Awesome. Mike was very professional but warm and understanding of my needs. I called in on a Vehicle advertised online and he answered all my questions and sent me the Price sheet via Text. It only took Mike 5 minutes to submit my application for financing right over the phone. I got the GM financing rate of 3.9%. Mike never pressured me during the process and made it easy to do business with Harvey Chevrolet. I talked to Mike on Wednesday and drove 2.5 hours from Charlotte, NC to pick up my Vehicle on Friday. Greg Ellis the finance manager made processing my paperwork flawless. If you want a Dealership that Treats you like family then please give Harvey Chevrolet an opportunity without stress and sales pressure. Bernice-NC
