If you're looking for a good, honest, trustworthy, family oriented repair shop, Bottoms Bridge Tire & Auto Care is the place to go! Between my eight vehicles and my three daughter's cars, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have fair pricing and do really good work. They communicate and explain things very well. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.

Folks here were amazing. They agreed to see why my tire leaked, diagnosed, ordered and installed new tires, and I am so happy. Total time without car was only 2 days.

Excellent service, as usual. This place will only recommend what is necessary and safe, not for padding their profit margin. Prices are very reasonable and competitive, quality always excellent, and turnaround time is incredibly quick. I've been using this place for over 5 years and have never had a problem or question about their services.

Disappointed, we called Tuesday and we were told to bring my car down Wednesday. We did for an oil change and check my tires because they keep leaking air. They were too busy to do anything. It was never like this before the new owner took over. I hope the service gets better. I know it will and we will go back down there. We like the people there they are very nice, they do good work and we have been going there for years.

We've never been disappointed with the service we've received at Bottoms Bridge Tire and Auto. On this visit, one of my tires had a slow leak. They found and removed a screw then patched it for $32, including tax. Once again I am a happy customer.

Bottoms Bridge Tire and Auto has been very helpful and effecient. We have taken multiple vehicles there over the past few years.I had two cars inspected this week. Both were in and out the same day. I went in knowing they needed repairs like a fog light and a couple tires in order to pass inspection. Prices were reasonable; staff were friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this shop.

Always have our vehicles inspected here; they re fast and courteous. They even allow you to pay your check through a website - text you the link when your car is ready. So convenient!

I always go to Bottom's Bridge first for our auto maintenance/repair needs! The have a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Terry is a "top notch" shop supervisor and mechanic!!! Well Done!

Needed tires for my car before I could even THINK of getting it inspected. Donna was very helpful getting the right tires at a good price. Next to no waiting, even with the inspection. Totally stress-free. Tech was amazing. I will be going back without hesitation!

I moved to Virginia and to New Kent back in September 2018 and they were recommended by a long time customer of them and my entire neighborhood. After living in NJ, CA and MA and having many car troubles and woes all the time and constantly getting ripped off by multiple repair shops and dealers in all those states over the past 18 years, coming here was like a breath of fresh air! They are great! They always do an excellent job. They are very affordable for all the different services I ve had done. They never try to over charge me or find issues that didn t exist before like other shops I ve been too. This is the most honest shop I ve ever had to use for my car repairs. (I ve had brakes, rotors and tires mounted and vehicle inspection done here). The ladies at the front desk and who answered the phones are so courteous and polite. They always try to look for the best deals when I needed tires. The mechanics are personable and will actually take the time to call me and explain what s going on. They also get the job done in a timely manner. I wish all car repair shops could be just like them. I ve never felt my car in better hands than I have ever before. Thanks guys! This place is top notch and I will never go elsewhere.

My family was returning from the Outer Banks today when one of our family members had a bad tire hub bearing failure. We all were in our campers. Terry and his gang provided the best customer service and hospitality anyone could have asked for. We were out on the road again within two hours. If you need help please give them a call. This is one of the best auto repair shops my husband and I have ever been to. We started coming here shortly after we moved to the East End. They do it all-- inspections, oil changes, repairs, they even work on lawn mowers! They operate on a first come first serve basis and their prices are very fair. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. We both get our oil changed and tires rotated here regularly, I got 4 new tires from here and they were a great price! Recently I had an issue with my battery and alternator-- Terry, the shop foreman has been so helpful in helping through the process and explaining things to me. The original battery that was changed was a defective battery so I brought the car back and they replaced it free of charge and retested everything to make sure there would be no more issues.I am a huge fan of supporting small businesses to keep your money local and this is a great business. Not to mention everyone here is very friendly! They have made a customer for as long as they keep their doors open!

Excellent service! We took our Class A Motor Home in for a state inspection. They actually trimmed a tree before they pulled it in the bay! Who does that?! We were also planning for an oil change, but they informed us not necessary because the oil is still like "new", but they topped it off for us. And to top that, we brought in a Winnebago part (heater control valve), and they were able to replace that for us too! Happy Campers here. 5 star service all the way! This instantly became our automotive service go-to
