Went in to purchase a fuel treatment product for my pickup, then before purchasing it, I had a nice discussion with the sales clerk, Brandon. He was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right product for my needs. You don't get that kind of assistance many places these days. Thanks

I had to come in yesterday with my two toddlers because The fuse is broken for my AC. I was so thankful for the kindness shown for the chaos that I brought, in all of the help that they gave me!

This store never seems to have product in stock. I've been into the store 3 different times and each time they haven't had what I needed. Can't even get a simple oil pan plug gasket. It's a shame Napa is no longer is in the area.

Bought a battery three weeks ago. Paid too much. Found another at a better price and they would not accept the return. Never installed the battery. Great client service! They are a joke!

On the way home from the beach (a 4 hour drive) our alternator blew. Stopped at this store to get a replacement (husband had to do it himself). The staff was extremely helpful and very polite. Gave us great options and details when needed. Honestly dont think we would have made it home without their assistance.

Reducing my previous rating. Went in to purchase wiper blades. No on shelf look up guide. Went to cashier, waited 2 minutes and was ignored while the cashier enjoyed a lively conversation with the only other person in the store. I left. NAPA had the part right there in plain sight with guides and less expensive and very helpful. Perhaps employees of advance auto parts should pursue their personal agendas outside of working hours. Your employees don't care and it shows.8/13/2020 update: much better service. Able to purchase 3 items and leave in 5 minutes. Thank you.

I thought my battery was dead because I had to get jumped.. Bought the new battery they unhooked my old battery cleaned it up tested it was good. The manager was great about giving me my money back back because the new battery never made it inside of my truck

I have been going to this particular Advance Auto since they opened simply because of the convenient location near my home, but I have never been disappointed with the service and assistance! I often ask for advice and always receive professional and courteous service. And I love that they keep a record of information on the parts I have previously purchased for my 15 year old Dodge Ram 2500. I will continue to go there first when trying to keep my pick up on the road.

I found the staff at the Bottoms Bridge / Quinton Advance Auto Parts to be friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The store is clean and laid out well... staff were all donning protective face coverings per COVID19 guidance. I would definitely shop this store again though it isn't my local Advance Auto.

I ordered and paid for an auto battery with installation online. As I was entering tha store an employee named Donald was going out of the door to help a lady outside. When he came back inside I was the next customer at his counter. I was then told my work could not be completed because it was dark outside. It was not really nighttime yet. He had no problem helping the women before me though. He then began to tell me he couldn't leave because they might get robbed. He started complaining that I should have come in right after the order was placed. WELL MAYBE I WOULD HAVE IF THEY PUT THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE AND IN THE STORE. I was assuming that the work could be done because the store was open till 9:00pm. JUST BEWARE THAT NO WORK CAN BE DONE AT ALL WHEN IT IS DARK OUTSIDE. THAT INCLUDES BATTERY CHECKS AND INSTALLATION. Picked up two quarts of oil and went to the cashier to be checked out. There was only one person behind the cash register and another person stocking the shelves. The customer in front of me had some involved problem which involved research on the computer. The person stocking looked several times and was aware I was standing there for a long time. At that point, a male customer came in and was looking through the shelves and the employee who was stocking asked if he could help him, helped him locate an item and went to the cash register to check him out. I was still waiting in line. When the stock employee was finished, he beckoned me over by waving his hand at me. I stayed in the line where I was and was finally helped by the young man behind the counter, who apologized for my long wait. As I was leaving, the stocker walked over to the young black man who helped me and said, "Don't ever apologize for me again." I don't have to buy oil here. And you don't have to keep rude, condescending employees working here.

Stopped here after work to pickup some Seafoam. Stood in line for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged or helped - the guy in front of me had been waiting longer than me. With multiple employees here you d think they d be able to help the customers ready and waiting to purchase instead of running around Easter egg hunting. Needless to say, several customers including myself set our stuff down and walked out. Never coming back here.

I went to get the things I needed to do an oil change on me truck, the oil filter I was given was bad. It caused me to lose all of the oil I had just put in, so, it took the filter back to them and asked them to replace it, and the oil I had lost. To my surprise, they did, and without any fuss. Thank you for a good experience. I will be back the next time I need parts for my ride.

Well... I use to get "Speed Perks" coupons and could save a little money on my in-store purchases but NO MORE! Only discounts for online purchases now.I guess I'll be shopping around a little more at the other auto parts stores from now on.

My car wouldn't start without being jumped, we suspected either battery or alternator. Treyvon helped us find out it was the battery even though the traditional test wouldn't work. He made my stressful day much better, I appreciate him going out of his way to help.

June of 17 my battery light came on in my Yukon XL... loaded down/stuffed/packed for vacation and followed by two mini vans with other family... My wife used her phone and found this location being the closest... we had to double back to get to it but I am glad we did... the guys at this location were all extremely friendly and helpful..! I could tell they take pride in their store as well with my multiple trips in and out of the store changing the alternator if there was trash they would pick it up and carry it with them to throw it away... they were able to get this non-mechanical person (my best friend is my mechanic) enough help/tools (they did not do any of the work) to get everything changed and on my way... meant to get back to these guys with some lunch or something but didn t know how to make sure the ones that were there that day could reap the reward... only reason I was able to tell which store this happened at is because i cleaned the vehicle and found the receipt tucked away in the glove box... thank you gentlemen..! Hats off to you..!

They hire young boys that usually don't know the difference between a lug wrench and a lug nut but there is one or two there that are very knowledgeable and a very very helpful

I had to have front disc pads for my Genesis Coupe on 8/21. Today, I went to pick them up. The box was torn and tattered so I opened the box. It was clearly obvious the brakes were previously installed (brake dust all over them), nicked, chipped and dirt/sand in the box and no wrapper to protect them. Though they willingly offered to get a new set, I now have to wait till the end of the day to pick up a new set. This is totally unacceptable! The counter person who accepted them as a return and the warehouse person who restocked them clearly did not inspect them, accepted and restocked them when they should have been discarded and chocked up as a loss and written off. Advance Auto has always been good in the past, but folks, you have to do better than this to keep me as a customer!!!
