Damon was super helpful. I needed an auto shop to replace my previous shop that screwed up my Tahoe s steering and a few other items that needed to be taken care of. Damon was very helpful and outlined everything for us. Truck runs great and will definitely come back again. I have been using VIP for the past two years and there is no one better. They are thorough, fast, honest and reasonably priced.The front office is professional and Damon knows cars. I dreaded taking my car in for repair until I moved nearby and have their service to rely on. New to.the area and needed to find a good mechanic. I sent out some emails and only Gail from VIP responded. We emailed a few times and I set up a simple oil change visit. I am hooked. The customer service, quality of work, and atmosphere of the shop has me thinking that I have the right mechanic. So far so good.

I had an amazing experience here!! I originally came here just to get my exhaust welded, but stayed after the great customer service and mechanical help. Damon was super welcoming and friendly. They would call me and explain everything they found in my truck, and I really appreciate how the crew would take the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely come back here for all future maintenance and inspections. I could not be happier with the service! This place is great! Everyone was so nice. Dropped my car off late last night and they did the oil change and inspection early this morning. We will definitely take both cars there from now for anything we need, and recommend them to everyone. I always dread any kind of car maintenance... it always takes forever and people usually try to take advantage of me (one place said I needed a new air filter and showed me a dirty one that wasn't even from my car). Never had an easier/friendlier experience... it's so hard to find honest auto shops, I'm really glad we found VIP. Thank you guys so much!! -Kenny & SarahService: Oil change

If I could give zero stars I would. This shop claimed my transmission needed to be replaced immediately, I got a second opinion and my transmission was fine, still fine over a year later. Do not use this shop, they will steal from you. The owner even sounds like a talking scam when he says he s just trying to do right by you . Crooks.Service: Transmission

Extremely friendly folks, good service and fair prices. Both boys cars have been and no problems to date. We re relatively new to the area and it s nice to have a dependable mechanic.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Quick, thorough, and inexpensive. Always pleased when we pick up our vehicles and they range from a Ford Focus to a Chevy 3500 dually diesel at the ends that span 5 different vehicles. Will always use this facility!

Always fair, always fast and always trustworthy. I'd never take my car anywhere else for any type of service. If you are in western Loudoun, you owe it to yourself to get your work done at VIP.

Been going here 4 years now. Always the best experience and top services. Very busy place ! Had a harmonic balancer replaced on my corvette. Very reasonable and excellent service ! My go to repair shop!

The owner of this business is not a truthful person! I am not sure how this business has received good reviews. Must be the actual mechanics that have the knowledge and honesty!
