So my wife and I (James Vega) are small business owners so customer service, time, money, etc are a huge deal for us.I woke up this morning and rear passenger side tire was totally flat on the family van. I had a client to get taken care of this morning so all I had time to do was get on the spare.We got a bunch of kids and there was a whole bunch of stuff going on this weekend so it had to get taken care of right away but without being ripped off and without taking a huge amount of time.I called up Hogan's & Son's Goodyear right here in town, got Danny on the phone (manager) and the guy had a tire for me set aside waiting and by the time I got there, they had it mounted and balanced in like 10 minutes.Unbelievable.I've been in the auto industry for over 15 years and I've personally serviced over 21,000 vehicles, I've hardly ever seen this level of customer service and care except from myself.They did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results, way to go guys.If I could post 10 stars I would.

After getting a new Tesla model Y and less than 1,000 miles on it, I noticed that I had a slow air leak on my front right tire. After calling the Tesla roadside service, they wanted me to approve up to $500 for a total tire replacement. To find an alternative, I called around to other local repair shops, many didn't want to work on a Telsas or didn't have the right adapter to jack up the tire. Chris and Mark at Hogan & Sons assured me that they had the right equipment and knowledge to patch my tire. So far, so good and the tire is holding up and performing well. Mark and Chris were very courteous, informative, and friendly...I'll be back and would recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased with the service. Mark was very helpful and explained the service to be done and also discussed with me other findings and what needed to be done. They got the work done when I needed it to be and scheduled for me to come back and finish some work. They accomodated with getting a rude home and picked up again to get the car. Caleb and Josh were very kind and personable as my drivers. I would reccommend Hogan and sons to my friends and family. Danny Schools is a very good manager and made sure I was satisfied. I give them a 5 star rating for friendliness, front desk staff very knowledgeable. I chose to wait on my vehicle , waiting area was clean, bathroom was clean. My car was in and out in reasonably time. Awesome experience for the first time bringing my auto to Hogan and Sons.

I had geico tow my rogue here for a flat. My tires were due for a replacement. Jason was very helpful picking out the correct ones and kept good communication. The crew did a great job installing the tires to my previously used rims

Terrible first time experience.(1) After looking at the damage and assessing it, they gave us an estimate of $X,000 and gave us 2-3 days worth of service time for our car. We agreed to both.(2) They took 5 days without response or feedback and suddenly call us on 5th day, increased the price by 20% as they failed to correctly assess the damage before our agreement. On Phone they wanted us to take a decision right away to proceed with more repairs. We were cornered to take a decision, as they had went ahead with the fixes without deliberating or correctly assessing the damage in the first place. Exteremly disapppointed in their unprofessionalism.(3) After I was cornered and agreed to 20% increase in the parts/labor, I told them that since I am out of town and unfortunately my wife has met with an accident, can you please keep the car for 2 more days, they made my life living hell by calling 2-3 times daily to pick up my car and pay up right away. First of all, we are NOT running away, our car is with them as a collateral. But highest level of unprofessionalism was displayed by their employee.(4) Unable to bear their tedious relentless phone calls, my wife with her broken arm, went ahead to pick up our car with her friends. She was NOT heard, her complaints about price increase and phone calls after phone calls were unheard as well.I thought Purcellville, VA will be a small community and giving our business to small business like theirs should help local community but after going through all of the above, I will never return to their place.Extremely disappointed customer, will never return.Bye Bye.PS: Want to give them 0 stars, but unfortunately NO choice of doing so.

I had four tires replaced. It wasn t until I received the receipt by email later that I found out I have been charged an additional $200 for a service they had lied and claimed was standard but never mentioned an additional payment for nor did they admit was optional. I am now fighting them to get my money back. Please make sure to read your itemized receipt before you submit payment because they will claim expensive add-ons that are not necessary are standard and not tell you there is a charge. Buyer beware.Edit: I have contacted you by email 11 times and you have closed 10 tickets without resolution and are currently ignoring the 11th. I ve also placed 18 phone calls and gone in person and so far you have my money that I didn t willingly give you and I have several days of stalling tactics and lies about you refunding me. Instead of replying to everybody with you should message us, why don t you read the emails you ve already been sent and actually respond?

Danny was so helpful when I stopped in looking for help with a minor repair. Helped me right away and I was able to leave in minutes. His team also helped us with replacing a flat tire in one day - and they had to order the tire. Will definitely continue to do business here!

Danny and the Purcellville team took care of me, once again. I came to them at closing time on Friday with a major tire issue. They assessed the problem early Saturday morning and presented me with several options and even threw in some discounts. My car was ready by mid-day. I'm so very appreciative. I've been depending on Danny's team for almost 8 years and they always take good care of me. Highly recommend!

Gray service and attention. Danny was on top of getting everything approved through my fleet service provider and stayed in communication with me so I would know what was going on. He was aware of the importance of my need to have my car completed so that I could make my customer calls the next business day. I was very happy and recommend Hogan and Sons very highly.

I came here for an emissions test and safety inspection. I failed the safety inspection and was told one of my tie rods was bad and one strut was leaking and I would need to replace both on the front end to pass inspection within 15 days (VA inspection rules). Since I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced and an alignment the previous month at another shop in Purcellville, I told Hogan's I wanted to take it back to the other shop since they should have noticed a tie rod issue during my alignment. After taking it to the other shop, they checked both struts and tie rods and I was told there was no leaking strut and my tie rods were not loose. Coincidentally during my appointment, VA State Police happened to show up to collect paperwork from the shop and advised me I could return to Hogans with them and file a official complaint after they looked at my car as well. I decided to just get my inspection passed at this other shop instead, since I had already wasted time with this whole process. I understand people make mistakes, and this may not be a reflection on the whole shop and possibly just one bad inspector, but I wanted to leave this review as a warning to folks that still may decide to get work done on their cars at Hogans. If you end up with a hefty quote for a bunch of repairs, it may be advantageous to take your car elsewhere for a second look.

Danny is the man. I found myself in a pinch this past weekend and he was able to get our situation sorted out in a matter of minutes. The team at Hogan & Sons was fast, personable, and extremely fair on price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a new tire/auto service in Purcellville.

I debated on posting this review but decided to go ahead and share my experience. I needed 4 new tires for my car. I had called and price compared several local dealers. As part of my research, I check Google reviews. Overall, Hogan had the best reviews so I decided to move forward with them. I completed an online quote from their website and received an email confirmation of the quote. I called the Leesburg location to schedule the appointment and get next steps. I was told that the tires I wanted were not in stock but they had the same brand and a slightly better tire for only $2 more/tire. Plus, they said I could come in that day. They offered me a free shuttle back to my apartment while they worked on my car and I was told someone would pick me up that evening when my car was finished. I got a call around 1730 and was told my car was ready and to come by since they close at 1800. I told them I needed the shuttle and the man on the phone said they didn't have anyone to shuttle me and I'd have to wait until the morning. I told him as a single woman I am not comfortable being without transportation for the evening/night. He then told me to Uber and he would give me a discount to cover that cost. He then said he'd call me back in a few minutes. At 1745 he called and said he could send someone so I got ready and headed outside. The shuttle arrived and I went into the office to pay my bill. The total was close to $200 more than my internet quote. I questioned this and the man, clearly frustrated with trying to close the shop and direct other employees and help me, said he couldn't help me and he didn't know and said to come back on the morning to speak with the manager. I paid the bill and took my car. In the morning, I noticed there was a lot of grease on my tires and wheels from where they put the tires on that they hadn't wiped off. Small thing but still a thing. I went to the office and spoke with the manager. He said he added a tire warranty and forgot to tell me about it. He also said there was a sensor kit that was technically optional but highly recommended that they replaced on my car. I requested a refund for both as they were never discussed with me. He tried to sell me on the importance of both but I declined. In the end, he did refund me my money.I was quite upset with how the office staff interacted with me when I picked up my car and when I went to get my refund. As a result, I made contact with the district manager. She listened to my concerns and validated that my experience was not the norm nor the level of customer service expected of their organization. She asked if there was anything she could do and I replied no, but I appreciated her listening to my concerns.While the district manager was helpful and willing to speak with me that doesn't negate my overall experience and that's why I am giving 3 stars. Had I not been able to speak with her, I would have given 1 star and a much more negative review. The bottom line is they tried to correct the situation and I appreciate that.

Danny and the rest of Hogan's service reps were first class. We tested positive for Covid on Christmas Day, so they came out to the house, picked up our vehicle, put on new tires, and returned the vehicle -- all in about 4 hours time. Couldn't ask for more!

I came in without an appointment near the end of the day looking for an oil change. Danny the store manager took me right in. He s such a nice guy. We were joking around and stuff. Josh did the oil change. Very nice guy. I m particular with my car. I kind of watched him doing the oil change. Great job to all you guys. I ll be back. Thank you.

I visited Hogan and Sons after driving a rental car from Manhattan and discovering it only had 9 lug nuts. Only 1 on each of two wheels and 2 on another wheel. One wheel actually had all five. We pulled into Hogan and Sons lucky to have made it this far. I described our issue and Danny Schools was a bit shocked by the story but quickly sourced 11 new lug nuts and before long we were on our way. It was quicker than a NASCAR pit stop it seemed. Danny was helpful beyond expectation to this out of towner with a car unfit to drive. If he helps out in this kind of situation, I can only imagine the service level he provides for locals at Hogan and Sons. If you need tires, service, or even a bunch of lug nut, you should stop in and see Danny.

I ve been needing some new tires for a while but I ve been putting it off for some time cause everywhere I went it was really expensive. But I finally ripped the hand aid off cause Danny gave me such a good deal! He was super friendly and got me in and out of there within a couple of hours! 10/10 would recommend!
