Excellent workmanship! CCD transformed an almost lost-cause Gravely Comercial 40" mower deck into an essentially new piece of equipment. The gearing and spindles were in great shape, but the deck sheet-metal was severely rusted. The photos tell the story.

Great experience, highly recommended. I had a crack in a RV frame, they were able to get me in quickly, made the repair, and the pricing was great! I could not have asked for a better experience. I will certainly be using them for any metal repairs or projects!

I hired those guy to do some welding work on my 9 car carrier. He gave me an estimate for parts and labor and I took the truck to his shop in Purceville. They do a decent welding , I m not gonna deny. But the second you pay them and you call them back to get something was suppose to be done and they told me they well get it done the week after I picked the truck , good luck with that , ( it s the same guy who s answers the phone , a young guy with a bit of attitude) .Long story short , every time I call him and ask him when is he gonna finish the work on my truck that he was suppose to get done when I picked it up the truck , he will always use the same lame excuse (we re busy )( I m gonna get it done asap) (I m the only one in the shop ) . You didn t say that when I paid you the money.Just a lil advice. Check everything on ur truck / project before you leave their shop.I forgot one thing. One of the pieces they had to weld was upside down.Welding experience I recommend but customer service and getting the job done %100 they suck.If you have another option. Don t waste ur time with them . I called for over a month to get them to finish the work and he s was still B.S about being busy .

Connor took on a project that no one else was interested in - convert an old hog scalder into an island top. The result was exactly what we hoped for. He did it in a timely manner and kept us in the loop regarding his ideas. Thanks!!

I have used this company twice now. In both instances the job required cutting down pallet racks to a shorter height, fabricating base plates along with tapping them, then welding them to the racks. Both times Connor has responded quickly through email. Connor provided quotes with very competitive pricing within 48 of our inquire. Our projects were booked quickly, and the work preformed was excellent. CCD Machinery is now or companies go to source for welding and fabrication needs.

I needed to replace and repair some of the body mounts on an old truck frame and Connor was able to help. He also patched some areas of the frame that rusted because water would accumulate inside the frame and this would rust out over time. Conner suggested that he install weep holes to permit water to drain properly from the frame in these locations. I was super impressed by his suggestion and I was very pleased with his workmanship. CCD can deliver quality work and great service at a very reasonable price.

CCD Machinery. Easy to sum up my experience with them as top-notch in all aspects. Connor was instrumental with helping me make the right decisions for my project. Work was done exactly as described and ahead of schedule. Fast and effective communication. He went out of his way to make sure I could meet my timeline. Not too many people these days accept your problem as their own, but Connor did most certainly rise to the occasion for me with ZERO pushback. Simply outstanding! CCD Machinery will be my go-to shop for future projects.

My company needed to relocate a security cage from one facility to another. Connor at CCD was the only company to respond to my inquiries, and he provided a very fair quote for the job. Needless to say, there was nothing usual about this job as I had to change the date of the move a few times and the time. Connor was very flexible and never complained. On the day of the move, we were faced with a huge obstacle in that the door was not wide enough to accommodate the security cage. Had Connor not been there, I would have had a full blown panic attack! He handled the whole thing very calmly and came up with a solution. A second part of the job also did not go as planned, but again, he made a contingency plan that worked for both of us and he got the job done. I highly recommend Connor and CCD Machinery, Welding and Fabricating for any work of this nature that you need done. They went above and beyond for us and we were super satisfied with their work and work ethic.

I have nothing but great things to say about Connor. He assisted with welding on float pods on my boat. Connor was honest, quick to respond and fair in pricing. I was even more impressed at the quick turn around time and his helpfulness in getting my project done. I highly recommend him for machinery, welding and fabrication.

I had a great experience working with CCD Welding & Fabrication. Connor was very helpful and was willing to work with me on a small job making new and better skids for my snowblower. The skids I buy online are 1/8 inch thick and they get bent up pretty quick. Connor did a great job fabricating new ones out of 1/4 inch steel and enamel coated them so they don't rust. He also extended the reach so we don't scrape a bunch of gravel up into the auger, either jamming it or throwing stones out the top and potentially breaking a window. Indestructible is how I'd describe the new skids, and they will no doubt outlast the snowblower and likely all future snowblowers we buy. And last but definitely not least, Connor is a stand-up guy. He went beyond what he needed to do and what he was being paid to do. I'm a Navy veteran and what I look for most in people is integrity. What matters most to me when working with someone is whether that person is honorable, trustworthy, dedicated to his work and doing his best to help me solve my problem - not just trying to make a quick buck. Connor is someone who will do right by you. He's one of those genuinely good human beings - the real deal. I absolutely recommend CCD Machinery, Welding & Fabricating and I couldn't be happier that they're right here in Purcellville.

Awesome repair job performed on my aluminum trailer needing frame repair. Very reasonable price. Conner performed the job in one day. I can t say enough about how pleased I am with the work performed.

I highly recommend CCD!! It was fast production and he made sure everything was perfect in size! And it was!!! I will definitely recommend to anyone and if I need welding again, I will surely us CCD!!!

Sadly, this business, doesn't answer the phone, respond to emails nor appear to even be open when the website says they are. I stopped by several times during their open hours on different days and no one was ever there. I also sent an email and never received a response. I guess they just don't care.
