Great customer service with a warranty service department for John Deere equipment of all types. Large, well stocked showroom with most of the full line of farm machinery.Ask for Jimmy Butts in sales.

We recently bought a 1 family John Deere tractor and love it! We received outstanding customer service from Jamison who took the time to show us how to use all the features both before we made the purchase and after. He even delivered it and gave great and thorough instructions. A few days later he followed up to see if we had any questions. The parts team was also excellent as we bought a couple of add ons. Really happy with the whole experience, largely thanks to Jamison's excellent customer service.

If you need service on your machine, you are better off taking it anywhere but here. I took my mower in for service, first it was going to be 7-10 days. That was 7-10 days ago, now it's another week to two weeks. It seems in the busy season you would want to increase the amount of mechanics you employ, I believe this place actually decreases them. Better off calling around, disappointing because this is where the mower was purchased not long ago.

Had a great experience. I called looking for repair and/or part information for the transmission in my lawn tractor. The gentleman in the service department (I'm embarrassed I forgot his name) was incredibly helpful, friendly an professional. He went above and beyond helping me identify the right part.

AVOID this dealership and John Deere Z-trak. I purchased a 700 series ZTR from the dealership a few years ago and it has already fallen apart. It is kept garaged, it gets lubed twice a year and the oil and fuel filter are changed annually. I was informed that it requires $1,200 of repairs. Coming into the dealership you will find 12 people milling around, probably explaining why they are over priced. Sales personnel are typical sales personnel, will try to oversell you on a more expensive product. I have found that in general all that I have encountered are condesending and are doing you a favor to serve you. I recommend avoiding John Deere products for residential use, even if you buy a commercial model like I did. There is a reason you lawn care professionals do not purchase these. Do your homework and you will quickly find that Johne Deere is not the way to go. With all the money I have spent on this product it would have much cheaper to have a service mow my grass.

Save yourself the money, hassle, time and gas. Last week I had the WORST experience one could ever have with an employee here. Very unprofessional staff that just sit around and talk to each other. I wish I could leave a negative star or non for that matter. I would never recommend doing any type of business here!!!

Now trading as Virginia Tractor but the old crew is still there. Don't worry about the corporate overlords, Bo, Rick, Jimmy and Bruce still have your best interest in mind.

They were recently sold by the family to Virginia tractor co.They seem to be maintaining the service and value that C and A had for many years.
