Traveling from Fort Campbell TN to Lynchburg VA and we got a bolt in the tire on I-81. We were able to make it to a gas station to put a plug in, and then we were referred to Kings Tire. They were able to get us in immediately. Service was fast and friendly. We are now on the road again. Thank you!!

Great group of people I stopped in because I had a piece of metal in my tire talked to the guy inside they took my truck right back and fixed me right up and I was on my way

They do well with general services (tire change, oil change, inspections) and most of their staff is very friendly, but DO NOT GO THERE FOR ALIGNMENTS!! They have a record of damaging vehicles while doing alignments and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes.

Dropped off two wheels to be balanced for my company truck, picked them up and all they have done is shake the truck. Asked them to get me back in to have them balanced correctly and the gentleman was hateful and told me I had to wait for their mistake they made. Will not do service with them anymore very unprofessional. Highly do not recommend.

Truck drivers, do not take exit 94B to get here. Instead take (if going north) exit 98 and turn right at the stop sign then another right at the red light then go about 3 miles and king tire will be on your left right beside food city! You're welcome!

The workers are very friendly and welcoming. They had squeezed me at a last minute kind of moment and I added some other stuff to what I needed done and they got to it. The prices were better than I expected for what I got done. I'll definitely go back and anyone that reads this should go and check it out!

Showed up out of the blue looking to change a semi trailer tire which I had. Justin needed them to dismount/remount. Anyway, i ask about a steer tire and their prices were unbelievably low for a heavier duty tire than I previously had. Fast forward to now, my bill has no extra charges, the shop guys taught me a few things, and i was honestly right in and out. 5/5. I will definitely return for tires on my truck and flatbed

Surprised this place is in business. They have no mechanics or alignment techs with any experience. The dealings I've had with this place in the past have made me the master tech I am today. If you want it done right then do it yourself or take it somewhere else.

James Smith is so professional and helpful! For years he has always gone above and beyond to help me and my husband with our purchases from Kings. I know I can count on him to research and find the best tires for each one of our cars. He is polite and good natured to boot! Very nice people. However, had alignment done on a truck and it never drove straight. Also had tires/wheels balanced but car would shake going down the highway. Took to another shop and the problem was fixed instantly. Have had good luck on prior repairs so maybe they've been busy lately....

James and Brad are super easy to deal with, but there is a huge disconnect between these guys and the garage. - edit Jan 2020 - I've been back a few more times since my original visit. Service was wonderful.

Drove from Radford to Pulaski to have a vehicle serviced. They told us the day prior they could get it done. They never got it in for service. Wasted our time, gas. They reported an issue with a tire we weren t aware of and didn t fix that either. Not once did they call to say it would t be serviced today. I found out by calling myself. The website says they close at 5:30 but they close at 5. So we had to rush to get the vehicle because it s a working commercial vehicle necessary for our business the next day. When I asked why they would have allowed us to bring it in and waste a day and resources the person on the phone hung up on me. Disgusting customer service, horrible company to deal with, totally disrespectful of me, my time, my business.

Came on a Saturday at 1030 when the business hours clearly state open from 730 to 12pm. Got there the doors were locked with no signs stating why they would be closed. Drove around to the side to see if anyone was there. There were 2-3 guys inside working on a SUV I asked if they were open and was rudely told no. Must not have wanted my business to bad.

Front desk staff are friendly, however mechanics doing simpler tire related tasks are not thorough. Had tires balanced. They are awfully bumpy now. Worse than prior to going here. Also, found two of the tires, on the rear, to have close to 90psi and the other two, up front, at 62 and 58 psi. The tires are only rated at 65 psi max! I'm glad I found this before they blew out going down the road endangering me, my family, and those around me. Not satisfied with the place one bit. I will be contacting them first thing in the morning to request a refund after finding my tires inflated as they were. Completely unsatisfied and I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

I took my car in for drum brake work first and initially felt good about the quality of service. Although the work took significantly longer than expected the price was fair. That being said, I have noticed quite a bit of noise since, however. This was in preparation for the car to pass inspection. My second trip back to have car inspected was a truly mindnumbing experience. The same mechanic who worked on the brakes performed the inspection and fails the car for what he deemed "loose steering column." This already causes a customer service issue to me. The mechanic could've mentioned this the first time he drove the car knowing it was being worked on for inspection. The other issue I take with this is that I was never asked if I wanted to have it fixed at all so they could pass the car. They simply failed it and then tell me they dont have "the part." When I asked what part, I didn't receive an answer (because they dont know). I think he might have meant "the tools" since he couldn't identify an actual part that was broken and needed replacing. The mechanic who performed the inspection then speaks up and says that it's probably just a bolt that needs to be tightened. (That doesnt sound like a part needs ordering to me.) I asked why they cannot fix it and I'm told once again "we dont have the part." In no way was I offered any solution to this problem. No offer to perform any work at the moment or to schedule an appointment to fix it later. I was just told repeatedly they dont have the part. I would not recommend anyone bring the vehicle here for anything other than tires because the probably "dont have the part."

Conveniently located for us, but always busy. Not a good place to wait on your vehicle to be done even for a quick inspection. They do very thorough inspections, my vehicles have never passed on the first try.

Do not take your vehicle to have anything done. I had new ball joints, shocks, back brakes, brake cylinders and brake cables replaced. They had them so tight, that if you hit the brake just a little it would lock up and slide. Had them fix the issue and still had to pay for their mistake. Drove it 3 times after that and now the transmission is messed up. Won't ever have work done here again.

Made an apointment for 1 pm after requesting time off of my job. They didnt get to my vehicle until nearly 2 o clock. I then waited another hour for them to ultimately do nothing because they made up a silly excuse to not mount and balance my tires. Im guessing since I brought my own tires they were trying to make a sale on theirs. Took my tires elsewhere and there was zero issue.

Clean show room. Nice people at counter. Bought 4 tires didnt have to wait for hours to have them installed.I will go back again !!! Fair price on my new B F Goodrich all terrain tires !!

I've been buying tires at King' s for almost a year now. They are the best and i recommend them to everyone. I purchase all of our semi truck tires there as well. Extremely reasonable tire prices and general repairs. I won't buy tires from anyone else!!

Service desk is extremely friendly. The guys in the garage might as well be newbie. Stripped lug nuts aren't acceptable and should not be looked over.

They do good work..priced a little lower than others in the area. Free Wi-Fi if you have a wait time makes it better.

Call ahead to make sure tires are in stock. If not they will order them. Great service! I would recommend.
