Regarding Mr David Draper at Duncan Suzuki; first of all please excuse any typos as I am using voice to text first of all I would like to say that I drove from Georgia to this location which is about a 4 1/2 to 5 hour drive I was very skeptical about coming to the area simply because it's not where I am from or area that I was familiar with. I have been looking for a specific vehicle to trade on as I had just paid my car off and found that my family had grown out of it . I had been looking a lot of different places for a vehicle as I had to learn that what I was looking for wasn't in my local area ,being that I was looking for a vehicle around the Christmas holiday season I was having a hard time because trying to do business remotely a lot of places were just not communicating or selling vehicles from up under me before I even had a chance to put down a deposit or explain my situation I must say , all that came to an end when I looked up Duncan Suzuki and began speaking with Mr David. Draper This man went above and beyond even being sick and dealing with certain personal issues to make sure not only my trip to the Pulaski Virginia location was safe but also just ended up being a wonderful salesman and businessman. If you are looking for a new or a used vehicle I believe that Duncan Suzuki in Pulaski VA is the place that you should be looking it has a very very family-oriented feel and as a Black man traveling to a predominantly white area I was made to feel completely welcome safe and at home , and that is due to the hospitality that Mr Draper and his management team and associates showed me upon arriving at this location I got the vehicle that I was looking for and a very fair trade-in value. For Mr Draper if you're reading keep up the good work and I am very pleased to have done business with you definitely worth the trip sincerely, Joseph

We enjoyed our experience at this dealership! David was great to work with and is an all around good guy. He made us feel comfortable and heard on any concerns we had. Even putting the car on the lift for my husband to look at underneath it. This was our son's first car so we wanted it to be a fun sporty car he would like but also a reliable and safe vehicle. They helped us work out and negotiate a cash price out the door that we were happy with. I've been to other big dealerships in the cities of North Carolina before where you feel intimidated and like you don't know what's going on... with Hidden fees and kind of pushed feeling. This is not that kind of dealership... this dealership in Pulaski Virginia sure knows how to treat their customers! We were very comfortable. They took time with us. Allowed us time to go discuss things ourselves. Test drive the car twice and like I said even put it on the lift. I felt like they were honest and up front. Definitely didn't feel pushed like the other dealerships I've dealt with. We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend them and also David... Just Good guy all around! Thanks again guys! We're excited about surprising our son with his first car this Weekend!!

We were looking at used cars. We didn't end up purchasing one here but we will go back in the future. Very honest about the cars they're selling. So refreshing!

I have always had great experiences with both the service department and with sales at Duncan Suzuki. It's the only place I trust when it comes to servicing our vehicles. Casey always makes sure our cars are in the best condition. I would highly recommend Duncan Suzuki!

There s not an option to give no stars so that is the only reason there is 1 star associated with this business. Anyone who knows me knows that I m easy going, very understanding and very rarely ever complain about anything. I understand people have bad days and I let a lot of things slide that I maybe shouldn t but that being said, if I m complaining about service you know it was beyond terrible. A week ago my mother scheduled service on her vehicle for today prior to going into work. She was told with assurance when she made the appointment that someone would be able to drop her off at work when she brought her car in for servicing. So today, she drops off her vehicle and is rudely told that nobody is going to be able to take her to work so she can either walk or reschedule her service appointment. My mother is in her 60s, I m in another state so I couldn t come and get her to take her to work so she ended up walking 2 miles to work in Pulaski. She was told that the service cost was going to be $360 the day she made the appointment. When she went to pick up the vehicle she was told that they were going to take $50 off today, so they told her that the total was $430 (which included $50 off service). So not only did these pieces of . make a woman in her 60s walk 2 miles in the heat they also tried to pull one over on her and rip her off with money. We ve bought 3 vehicles from these people and have always use them for service for years but we will NEVER step foot in this excuse of an establish ever again.

Don't waste your money or time!!! I put 9k cash down on a car. Delivered it 2 day's late, with check engine codes. First rain the interior was soaked. I asked for a detail job when I made the deal before delivery, of course I was assured. As you see below how it was delivered. I even offered for them to choose a detailer in my town of there choosing, no response!!! Will not even reply to emails of my concerns of check engine codes. Poor business services. The community deserves better. Allen in mechanic shop is all they have going for them! I should have went elsewhere hope you don't make the same mistake as me! They get one star only because I had to give something so I will say gold star for Allen. Sorry #Pulaski I feel you deserve better. THUMBS DOWN!

Excellent service and fair pricing. Managers are very fair and down to Earth. Logan did an amazing job helping me get the vehicle I wanted. They gave me a great trade in values as well. I drove from western North Carolina, and it was worth the drive.

This place has given me BEYOND exceptional service from helping me pick out the vehicle of my dreams to quicking resolving any mechanical issues that have been found! They were also beyond amazing at helping me with financing options, as I have less than perfect credit.I mainly worked with David (Draper), but every single employee treated myself and my children with utmost respect and kindness! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the workers that make it run!!I have a history with not so great encounters with other salesmen and situations (at another company) and this experience was such a breathe of fresh air!I will forever be a returning customer.I truly hope the owners of Duncan Suzuki commend their Pulaski location employees to the highest extent, as I am SO very grateful for the level of customer service I have received and am beyond pleased with my purchase!I thank everyone so much

We drove all the way to VA from GA to trade in a car for a truck and our experience was AWESOME! We spent 6+ hours with Logan as the process was very long for many reasons but he was super helpful throughout it all & was nice, easy to talk too & very good at his job. I've always thought that all dealerships are out to get you one way or another as it seems everywhere but you can tell that they don't just care about the money. They care about customer service (not only Logan but the Manager as well) & we appreciated that.

I was skeptical about doing business with a dealer 260 miles away from my home, However Emma and Benjamin reassured me the drive would be worthwhile and they would stay open waiting for us. My first thought was sure they will once I'm there they will raise the price and fees. WELL THEY DID NOT AND THEY GAVE ME THE DEAL AS PROMISED. WOW were my wife and I happy and impressed. I then told them I forgot GAP insurance and they still made the deal work. They were very low key and not pushy. They just wanted to know what they could do to make the deal work. I could not believe how truly concerned these people were to help us. NO I was not paid or compensated in any way to write this recommendation. Our 8 hour trip total was well worth the drive. I live east of Richmond so you can imagine our drive and the leap of faith we had in them. I would highly recommend DUNCAN just get Benjamin and Emma to help you. These people made us feel like one of their family.

Casey at the repair shop went out of his way to help me when my car broke down while visiting family. He got us in as a walk-in, gave a fair quote, got the parts in early and got the work down two days faster than he told me initially.Having the brakes go out with two young kids in the car while out-of-town is awful - but having kind and trustworthy people to help is priceless.

They were nice and very informative about the Key Express guy. We got there about 11:30 and didn't mind waiting until 11:55 (he had already been informed we were waiting) until a rude person was allowed to pull right in and jump line under the ruse that ? was a nurse and had patients to see. At that point my husband and I decided the Key Express guy and the ? nurse could've ask "do you mind if I do this Key first?" We would've gladly allowed that to happen. It happened anyway and it was close to 1:00pm by the time we got finished. But with it being done in the manner it was, both were considered to be rude. That being said he did give us my Husband's earned Military discount. It still cost us $450.00 for 2- 2007 fobs (no cut keys) and 2 - 2012 fobs with cut keys.

Bought my first car here after moving to the state. The car buying experience was nice and easy, but I was sold a car that literally broke down a couple months later. Pretty much sold a lemon and the dealership won't do anything about it.

I went to Duncans's for an inspection and synthetic oil change for my Wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Service manager Allen Seagle was my contact on the phone. Allen is incredibly friendly and knowledgable when it comes to cars and service as he had is own Auto repair and service shop locally for over 20 years. Dennis the service advisor waited on me when I got to the shop. He was respectful and courteous. While I was there I scheduled a service on our Suburban as well. Even the lady that took my payment (Monica) was incredibly kind. Even though there was snow and freezing temperatures outside they all greeted me warmly and respectfully. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone locally or traveling in the area for any and all service or repairs.

I will never purchase a vehicle any other place. David Draper done whatever needed to be done to help us with our purchase and between him and Emma Rodriguez, they made our time there very pleasant. Emma treats you as tho she's always known you. I rate this an absolute 10!!! Will definitely go back for my next purchase.

One of the best used car dealerships around the area. They have first class service and they always stand by their vehicles. I recently bought a Dodge Charger from them in September 2015. The vehicle started having problems and ended up needing to have the engine replaced. The vehicle continued to have problems and had to be serviced again. I notified Duncan and explained the situation. Duncan paid for me a rental car until the vehicle could be fixed. I ended up taking the vehicle back due to the problems and they refunded me the full price and found me another Charger that I ended up buying. Duncan is a dealership that will be straight up with you and won t try to cheat you out of money. I would highly recommend dealing with their salesman Kyle and the General manager Jason. Both of them provide honorable and exceptional service.

Awesome experience!! Easiest and best car purchase ever!! Ask for Kyle. He went above and beyond - from meeting me at the airport an hour away to hooking my phone up to the car for google maps to touching up two tiny paint chips. Everyone at the dealership is nice Would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

(I'm revising an earlier review from February 2018.) Took my car into Duncan today for a scheduled appt. set up through e-mail. The car was in the door four minutes after the shop opened. I was having some issues with shaking in the tires/steering which I was thought was created by some bad brake work done by Duncan (turns out it wasn't the brakes at all, so that was an error on my part). Was taken into the shop by Alan, the service manager and was shown under my car exactly the issues that were thought to be causing the shake, and the problems were remedied at a more than fair price. They clearly care about the customers' experience. Needed this service done before an upcoming trip and the Duncan service team was accommodating. Was in at 7:30 and out at 10:30, which doesn't seem extremely fast, but when it comes to a job well done and personal safety, things like this shouldn't be rushed. Kudos and thanks to Alan and his team at Duncan Suzuki in Pulaski.

Sales managers and David Draper was the worst used car salesman ever! Didn't give any info about the car, just wanted to know how much you'd pay. Complete waste of time!3/9/20 update... Got in touch with the sales manager, Matt Puckett. He provided all info of the car; was really helpful and honest about the car's condition He helped me make the right purchase decision. I really appreciate what Matt has done. I'd recommend anyone to work with Matt!

Went to other places that gave us the run around for several days. Went here and got approved with in 15 minutes and got a car with in a day. I would suggest everyone to go here, the staff is awesome, they work the tails off to get you approved and in a car. The staff is very accommodating for your budget, needs, and wants.

Great vehicle purchase from these nice folks. Inquired online. In and out in about 4hours total. Emma is Fantastic and personable making the process less stressful. Thanks also to these Guys for working so hard to get the Very best rate with zero down! A bank came in lower as we were finishing paperwork so these guys quickly rewrote loan for us. Go see Duncan Suzuki in Pulaski for an Easy Car buying experience! Remember to ask for Emma! She is most helpful.

I bought my car from Duncan about 1 1/2 months ago now. My experience, though we did have some hiccups, was excellent.I got in contact with Emma, the Internet Sales Manager, and explained my situation and that I had higher milage car and was rather upside in it. With no hesistation, she immediately decided she wanted to help me out as best she could. I had a few cars picked out already that were within my price range, but there was a car on lot that they had just gotten that day and hadn t published it online yet. I walked by it because I wasn t aware it was for sale. She showed me the cars I was interested in and she got an appraisal for my car. We talked for a few minutes and then I left. Not long after, she rememembered the car that they had gotten just that day. She asked me if I wanted to see pictures of it because the manager was going to use it as his demo and it wouldn t be available the next day. Of course, I did. After seeing pictures, I wanted to see it in person. I only live minutes away so I told her I would be by tomorrow morning. Here is where the hiccup came in. Because the manager was using the car as a demo, it was off of the lot before I got to it. If I m not mistaken, he told Emma that the car would be there that morning - but I could be wrong. Emma wasn t there when I got there due to a family emergency, which I totally understood and I felt awful for bothering her Friday evening by asking to see more of the car. Anway, I drove around the lot and noticed the car wasn t there so I went in and got in touch with a salesman, Zack. Super nice guy, highly recommend him. He explained the situation and got in touch with the manager and informed me he wouldn t be back until Tuesday. In the mean time, he agreed to talk number with me and discuss down payment, so on and so forth...I basically had full intentions on buying the car sight unseen. I felt like they were being honest about the condition of the car and that if I were to find any issues, they would take care of it for me. Tuesday rolls around, I m at the lot before the manager even gets there. He comes up to me when he does arrive and apologizes for the inconvience and offered to come down on the price some more to make up for. That was fine with me because the price was already lower than I asked. Zack spent the entire day working with me. He even bought me lunch in the process of it all. It took about 7 hours, but he got me in the car that I am head over heels in love with. He and Emma were able to offer me more than I wanted for my trade and they were able to go lower than I asked on the car I bought. They worked with the banks to lower my already relatively low interest rate by another 2%, which totally thrilled me.Side Note: I had my car there today for an oil change and was, again, impressed with the staff and the service. Plus, they sent a $10 gift certificate to me in the mail. Can t beat that!I could not recommend Duncan Suzuki more. They have an excellent staff of people with a full plate of souther hospitality to boot. I can t thank Zack, Emma, and Ben, the manager, enough for all of their help.
