Our story doesn't start well. My wife and I are in our mid 60s. We had a blowout on Interstate 81 while 250 miles from home. After AAA left us sitting on the side of this truck laden thoroughfare for almost 4hrs, we were towed to Walmart in Dublin, VA. They told us they didn't have 225/65R16 tires. I found that they did have 225/60R16 but weren't allowed to put mismatched tires on our van. So we replaced all 4 tires, only to find we were badly out of alignment due to the blowout. So we got a hotel and called 99Car and Collision in Pulaski. We called them because they (who were called by the VA State Police)and another towing service (sent by AAA) both showed up at the same time and we turned 99 away. So, when we needed further service we wanted to give 99 our business.Despite being exceedingly busy, Jamie, Jerry, and Sherry agreed to help me out. Of course, not only was my alignment bad but I had a broken tie rod. So the repair was delayed. Sherry and Jamie took such good care of me, with good grace, humor and friendliness, that the previous day's travails melted into just bad memories. If you are in or near Pulaski and need help with your car, I wholeheartedly recommend 99 Car Care and Collision.

After a recent small accident, Jerry and the staff at 99 got me in very quickly to get it fixed. He received the new bumper on a Friday, painted it, and had it ready for pickup once I got back into town on Thursday. The quality was very impressive, the paint matches exactly, and it looks brand new! The front desk staff has always been very helpful on the phone and in person. Will definitely be coming back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service here is amazing!The office Manager was very sweet.Went above and beyond her way to insure our vehicle needs were met.If for some reason they re unable to get something the staff will go out of their way to help their customers. I watched their shorter mechanic help an elder woman with her vehicle for free. We need more businesses willing to help our community. Highly recommended will be back soon! Thank you

This place is aweful... They created more problems with my son's vehicle and drug thier butts looking at at again cause the problem was caused by them... Guess they were looking for more money instead of making the customer satisfaction and having future business.. I would not recommend this shop to anyoneSat there for days

I payed 1000. To this garage to fix an oil leak. 6 weeks later I got it back and it was still leaking oil.

I made an appointment hours before to get oil changed and tires rotated. Planned for a pickup and set time aside during my lunch to drop off my vehicle. When I walked in I was told they did not have time to work on it. I understand that times are rough but i should have been informed when I first called.

Out of town traveler pleased! We have a blue Honda CRV and had stopped at a gas station with car issues. We looked at the reviews and had it towed by a local towing company in Virginia. This one! We live in Florida and will be driving up to pick up the car next week-but they were friendly helpful and quick. The ladies that answer the phone are sweet and so helpful! They towed my car and did the repairs at a great price! Thank you!!Service: Car towing

I had them tow my daughter's jeep for a couple of miles on a Friday evening the with the man said we could pick it up on Sunday just call ahead ,and then I called on Sunday and was told I couldn't pick it up and also after dealing with them for a while I was told they could met me for a special fee of $50

Alternator went out on my way to MD from TN and everyone from the tow truck driver to Brittany at the office were extremely helpful. I was on my way to take care of my aunt after she had her surgery. I was stranded at the hotel but they even told me they would pick me up and bring me to my car when it's ready! Amazing people! Even the state trooper who helped me recommended them and I'm truly thankful for him as well. He even gave me a ride to a hotel and everything. Just amazing people all around!

You can't beat the great customer service and competitive prices. They saved me alot of money on a brake change, it was fast and correctly installed. They're also willing to work with your schedule. I highly recommend 99 car care.

Took my wife's car in for front wheel bearing replacement, I told them if the didn't pull the bearing right it would break the abs and speed sensor. Low and behold after picking car up it was broke, both abs and speed sensor were now showing fault on dash. I asked them politely to fix it because the sensor is only 17 dollars, so my wife went back today after me calling them last Friday and no call back. So she took the car back today since I'm at work and asked if it would pass inspection if the sensors not fixed, the owner came out angry and gave her a 20 dollar bill and said he is not fixing it go have it fixed by someone else and that he's not working on our car anymore. My poor wife who is a humble person was taken amiss by his actions. And just left. There's no sense in not finishing a job when the mechanic is at fault, it wasnt right breaking the sensor and giving it back to the customer like that without a compromise to fix it.

Great service. Very friendly and helpful. The prices were a lot less than what I expected. Place was closed, but stare trooper called them late at night and the went to pickup my vehicle from the interstate. If they had a diesel mechanic I would have felt confident they would have provided a great service at the correct price. Thank you very much.

This company towed my truck after an accident on I-81. The staff was exceptionally courteous. I explained that I was trying to leave town and wouldn't be back until the following Monday. Sherry cleaned out my truck and bagged up all my belongings. She did a great job of cleaning the truck out. I checked the truck on Monday and she had gotten everything out, seat covers, cup holders, etc. Very professional and very nice. She refused my tip and told me to write a review for the company instead. They made an unfortunate situation less stressful.

I had my engine work done there and they did a excellent job with my truck. They didnt have the part i needed for a good price and they called and recommended that I buy the part which would be cheaper if I bought the part and they put it in. That means alot to me that they are not out to gouge anyone. I strongly will recommend everyone to let them do your work to your auto . I cant believe the people that write a bad review for this company this company has been nothing but nice and respectful people and very professional.

Always polite with affordable prices. We go there often and get treated as family and friends. Always have done a great job on our oil changes as well as checking minor things we have questions about and giving us advice and options on figuring out and fixing issues we were concerned with. Had truck towed to have fuel pump replaced but mechanic said he thought I just needed a tune up. I paid over 300 for tune up but when I came to get it truck did not start. So I paid the 300+ because I knew it needed a possible tune up but after another 300+ they pressure checked and said yes its the fuel pump. Just make sure that they diagnose a problem correctly the first time so that your not paying for more that has to be done. Luckily i had the money to pay but I started thinking what if I couldn't afford to pay for the misdiagnosis? All I all good rates but I'll be more careful of paying alot for something that I possibly did not need..

We have 2 ford trucks both were failed for ball joints one had new ball joints replaced 6 months ago and the other had them put in a week before I took it so you tell me what's up lol

I do not review very often, but this is a business I feel deserves it! These people are wonderful trustworthy people! Hank and his wife are great and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers! If you do not fully have enough money to get your vehicle fixed they will do anything possible to fix it and help you pay for it! These people are truly amazing and I will never go anywhere else to get a car worked on besides 99 Car Care! They have great competitive prices and have quality service! Do yourself a favor and go check them out!! They can literally do just about anything to fix a car including body work!

Sherry, Barry, and the entire team and 99 Care Care are the best. They worked with my insurance company and all I had to do was drop it off. My truck was fixed in no time and it looks so good, you can't tell it was in an accident. The icing on the cake is, they noticed I needed a state inspection and an oil change. One quick call to me and they got it done. How wonderful to have a full service shop that looks out for its customers and pays attention to detail. They even picked me up when the repairs were complete. KUDOS to 99 Car Care

We were on our way from MD to TN and got rear ended badly and these wonderful people took our vehicle in right away and got it drivable for us within minutes and charged next to nothing so we could get back on the road to continue our journey ASAP. They are my heroes- southern hospitality at it's finest!!!

Ever since my first visit to 99 Car Care & Collision, I have not gone anywhere else. I continue to go here for anything related to my vehicle (all of my oil changes, brakes, etc.) I recommend this place to anyone looking for an automotive repair/body shop. They are very friendly and accommodating with my busy schedule. Highly recommend!!

I can t say enough kind words about this place. Our car broke down on the highway on our road trip. They were able to tow our car, drop us off at a hotel and they got our car in first thing in the morning to fix it. Everyone was very friendly, and the repair cost was a lot less then we expected. Great service and great people, Thanks again 99 Car Care!
