Be very careful. Got stuck with a dead battery. Took 2 calls. First said he would be be there shortly. Second call 30 minutes later was told he is on the way. Oh yeah the trip for him was 6 miles. $125. for a jump. Enough said.

I m usually not one to make reviews on places, but Dennis Towing and Recovery definitely deserves one. My boyfriends car had been broke down since Friday, sometimes it would start other times it just made a whirring noise when trying to start it. We took it up to Advanced in Bottoms Bridge to check the battery, alternator etc. Well once we turned the vehicle off of course it wouldn t start. I searched online and called a place in Providence Forge but he was on vacation. So I called Dennis Towing and Recovery, and that was the BEST decision I could ve made. The lady on the phone was so nice, and said someone would be out shortly to tow us. Not even 20 mins later, someone was there. Charles was seriously a life saver. I just expected him to come and tow us home and be done. He checked out the car listened to it, told us we needed a starter, and offered us a place to go to get a starter for a decent price. We had already purchased one a few days ago, but had been trying to figure out if it was actually the starter or not. We asked if he knew anyone that could replace it and he goes I can! Charles towed the car on Sunday, replaced the starter on Monday & called saying it was ready to go and starting up perfectly. The tow and labor on the starter was priced reasonably. It s such a relief to know there s still good people out there that aren t trying to give you the run around, or trying to burn a hole in your pocket. Seriously can t thank you guys enough!!! I just had my vehicle towed by Brian from the New Kent location. He was very prompt, professional and respectful. I was appreciative of a ride in such a clean truck, after being out in the heat with a broken down vehicle. I'll definitely contact Dennis Towing again, but hopefully not too often : )

I had a situation with a loaded trailer sinking in the mud about to roll over. I called Dennis Towing and Recovery for help. They promptly sent out a 50 ton rotator to assist. The truck was clean and well equipped with all the proper chains and rigging to handle most any job. The driver, Scott, assessed the situation and devised a plan. He executed the plan flawlessly recovering the trailer without damage. The price was reasonable and fair, I would definitely use their service again if needed. Thanks again Scott for all your help.

Six months later from taking my truck to this shop, this has been the worse place I could possibly take my truck to fix. Almost everything i replaced and fixed in this shop, i have to change and fix again until today.I spent over 5k buying parts and labor but it was all useless and now it cost me just as much more to replace everything this shop put in my truck. Worse attitude, worse mechanics.Their towing guys and the job he did was great by the way.

Had my Freightliner truck towed for an electrical short. Almost three weeks later and a total of $4,300 they towed it to my shop. Couldn t fix it. How can a company who spends almost three weeks , cost me thousands in revenue have the gale to charge me for something they couldn t even fix. Never again!!!!!

Got into an incident in my rental and this towing service was called by police and they towed us the driver was fantastic however the lady on the business card who answers the phone which I may add says 24/7 REFUSED to confirm the location on the car as she said she was at home sleeping and REFUSED to provide someone else s contact info to assist us and even when given the tow drivers name she refused to call him so he can confirm the location. Once again the tow driver name who was Keith or Zach I can t recall his name was phenomenal however the person in charge of picking up the phone is so unprofessional and rude and kept saying she was going to block me and instantly started Shouting she was at home sleeping - if it s 24/7 how do they not have different people who can help - she s definitely a horrible person who refused to assist me as a customer and was so rude for waking her up.Service: Car towing

Quoted a price to fix something and tried to give me a bill $200+ more when it was finished for no more work I confronted them about it and they came back to the original price real quick I m in business also for myself and I could never do that to someone without asking them first not just take it upon myself to spend people s hard earned money for them.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. Charged me 105 bucks for a diagnosis and they don't even have a diagnosis machine. Straight trash. Stay away.
