Got a flat on 295 after spending a day a Busch Gardens...my literal worst fear was being stranded on the road, they came to rescue us in a half hour and towed us to a local Firestone. So thankful for the wonderfully nice dispatcher and driver who made it all a pleasant experience. Will share this info with my fellow park goers, 10/10, thank you for saving the day!

Hands down this is probably the best tow company I've ever dealt with. Last night I was 2 and a half hours from my house, and these guys came to the rescue. The price was reasonable consideringg he towed me all the way back to my house in Lynchburg VA and gave me and my husband a ride also. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would, and probably write a book about their service, even their dispatcher was great, I believe her name is Sydney. These guys are great and I hope this review gets across to the right people so you know how wonderful your employees are!!

JD gets five stars for rescuing a difficult situation. If every business had employees like him businesses would never have complaints. My Freightliner is in the shop and is getting fixed for next year. Meanwhile, we are home in Florida thanks to JD and his great service.

JD showed up on a Friday night in rush hour traffic when no one else would to tow our tractor and trailer fully loaded with 41,000 lbs of paper, he did a great job getting us safely to the shop and we so appreciate the job he did for us and would highly recommend them to anyoneService: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

At 2:44 I was driving on the highway headed into richmond and this guy had the audacity to come over speed up and cut me off no signal then Proceeded to flick me off. Don t give them your money they hire jerks

The driver Pete came in a timely fashion and moved quickly and efficiently. He was professional and personable. We had a long ride from Prince Williams, VA to Baltimore, MD and it was a great ride. Dennis was awesome! My battery wouldn't start and he was to my car and me on my way in 30 minutes! He was so nice and friendly and it turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one. Debbie helped us schedule a tow tonight. They had an emergency row with the police tonight and called us apologizing and that it would be an hour before they could come. No problem! Dennis came and towed my car tonight (Just a coincidence he was named Dennis he said lol.) and was incredibly kind and respectful to the vehicle and myself. Will definitely be saving their contact info as the price was great and even better care. Thank y all!!

Great company, answered the phone on the first call. The tow truck arrived within 5 to 10 minutes. Very professional. My insurance company had a 60 to 90 minutes wait time after already waiting over 60 minutes for a status. Charlie was the tow op on my particular heavy haul recovery.I had a clutch go out on my Western Star and had left it parked at the rest area on I-64 EB and grabbed a rental car to finish some business the next day. Charlie stayed in constant comms with me throughout the ordeal and explained every detail and expectation.Hooked my loaded tractor trailer, delivered the combo safe & sound with no damage to the repair shop early in the morning as promised.Many Thanks to Dennis Towing & Charlie for a job well done!Service: Special vehicle towing

Horrible company. Horrible people. Tow truck driver at Carolina avenue and meadowbridge driving like a maniac erratically and all over the road. I tried to get around him and he nearly crashed into me then tried to run me off the road. I filed a police report. Driver had no license plate. Avoid these monsters at all costs. This was on Friday night 11/16 at about 5:30. Edit: the owner is lying, I know how to read a company's name off the side of a truck.

I d recommend this tow company to anyone. My suburban engine blew on 95 while hauling my horse trailer on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Dennis towing was the only tow company to answer the phone, and dispatched someone immediately. Trey was top notch, can t recommend him enough. Prompt, kept me informed of his ETA, and is very experienced with a super clean truck. Very reasonable rates as well. Thank you Trey and Dennis towing for making an awful situation as painless as possible!

My national roadside assistance wouldn't cover changing a tire on my trailer, this was after 30 minutes on the phone with them. I called Dennis Towing from Google listing, this was 11:30 at night. Brenda was gracious and polite in getting someone out to us, not really sure if they had the right tools. Troy was out in 20 minutes, got our tire changed in 10, he was polite, helpful and patient.

I called two other tow companies with no response as I was stuck on the side of the highway. Dennis' Towing and Recovery answered immediately. The receptionist was very kind and prompt. Brandon was on his way shortly after the call, and let me know his ETA. He got to me off of 64 and back to my house in no time.These guys are fantastic. Not only are they reliable and prompt, but they are fairly priced. I will be recommending these guys to everybody I know.

Receptionist when i called was very polite and helpful. Was expecting a long wait because it was a snow day but Brandon was in the area and got to my car in literally 6 minutes from when i initially called. Brandon was quick, efficient, and a great guy. He gave me a ride to the shop while he towed my car and was a safe driver in the snow. I can t speak highly enough of my experience today. Brandon is great at his job.

1/24/18 3:22pm Great customer service from dispatcher !!! They were really helpful My tire had popped on the highway on 95 south bound after hanging up , 5 min later the tow truck driver called me and was very polite , respectful and FAST he helped me find a local tire shop in the area It took him 5 min to get to me after hanging up I have never had service like this from a towing company I just wanna thank them for all there help and helping my nightmare be actually being a sweet dream I also made it to work on time too !! I wish this company the best !!!!!THANK YOU !!!

Brian was awesome - he showed up quickly, despite us needing help very late on Sunday night. He helped us get 2 cars out of the mud very quickly and made it look easy - one of our cars was inches away from falling into a creek. The price was very fair given the situation and time of day. Thanks for the help!

Raymond was so friendly and polite. He made me feel like so comfortable using the company that I would recommend this company to any and everyone that would ask about towing services. He was prompt, professional, well mannered and well experienced the entire time. Excellent team player Dennis rowing I hope you compensate Raymond for his hard work... super worker and represents the company well. Best motorcycle towing I every seen..

Was nice enough when I called. Said it would be about 45 min before they could have someone to me. Tried to call back after an hour, but it went straight to voicemail. Called from my husband's phone and they picked right up. Said he would be right over, that he was just finishing up another job. Waited another half an hour, tried to call back again and still goes straight to voicemail. So after two hours, still no tow truck and no way to call them.

We had a truck broken down on the side of I95,I called around a bunch of places on a Sunday!Finally I reached these guys, Brian was the driver that showed up!It only took him about 20 minutes to arrive!He was awesome to say the least!Great experience today!Thanks Brian and the staff and owners that made it possible to save the day!I appreciate you professional company!Hard to come by in the towing business!Steve PerryPerry Aire Services, inc.

Phone was answered immediately; I was told exactly how long the wait was by dispatch, Brian called me as soon as he was on the way, and met me at the shop on time. He even gave me an initial diagnosis on my car. (unasked, and it helped me to work with the shop). These folks are great, a pleasure to work with. Oh...and the tow was over 20% cheaper than the other two I priced out.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. NOT A COMPANY FOR STRANDED TRAVELERS!!! I called to get my car towed, told it would be 45 minutes. I waited an hour before calling to check. The receptionist told me they should be there any time and would have the driver call me. Waited another hour. Called and left a message to see what was up. I called 3 times before leaving a message, they were purposely not answering. I was nothing but nice to them and very easy going about them getting a truck to help me and this is the service I get. I have worked with cars my entire life and countless towing companies, this is without a doubt the WORST experience I could ever have. DO NOT USE DENNIS TOWING AND RECOVERY!!!

Simply awesome service and response time. Extra thanks to Pee Wee for getting my car out of a really tight spot despite the horrible condition of the access road and poor lighting. A consummate professional, his positive attitude and friendly demeanor really helped take the edge off what would have otherwise been an anxious situation. Top Notch! It's hard to find a good honest repair shop especially on the road. These guys towed my truck within a hour of me calling and had my truck back on the road in a day! They will be my go to shop when I'm in the Richmond area.

I was involved in a terrible accident on Dec 12th. The police dispatched this company. Not me. The lady on the phone is rude as all get out. I went up there the next day Sunday at the Maury location listed online to find out they are closed and only tow on weekends. Also, I was informed my car was at an alternate lot in Henrico (who would have known). On Monday I call to verify my car is with them and then set a time later for me to come get some things out of my vehicle since it will likely be totaled. The lady says "what time you coming?" I told her between 1:30 and 2pm. Keep in mind I now have no car because it is sitting in their lot totaled. I ubered up to the location and was there exactly at 1:30.. there is no attendant there, just a lot which wasn't explained so when I called to ask if someone could help me she responds " I wasn't going to have my driver sit there all day" with a whole attitude. First off, my daughter and I came up in and are standing in the cold at a gate we cannot get into. Second, you never said no one would be at the location and the only way to enter was to have a driver meet to let me in. When the driver himself actually called me he was nice and told me he was 5 minutes away and them came and let me in etc with no problem. Next incident, my insurance is telling my vehicle was released because the woman on the phone at Dennis Towing said I gave a verbal release. Lies. I never would have done that because talking to her is impossible for one. So I called the number and she answers like this " I don't know you need to call the other number" very rude. What "other" number by the way??? When people are trying to track down their vehicle a little kindness could go a long way. She is very short and does not give full information, nor should she have released my vehicle without my permission. I think the dispatch ladies will be the downside of this company and from what I see from other's comments, it a happens all the time. We have done nothing to this lady so the attitude is completely unnecessary and personally an individual who was just involved in an accident like myself does not need a towing company adding unnecessary stress and drama to the situation.

I called at 1:30 Thursday afternoon about needing a truck towed to a shop. Dispatcher who answered the phone said she'd call back if she didn't have a driver.No call no voicemail no message about not being able to get a driver to my truck and so it got towed and stored over the weekend. Had to pay $205 to get it out!
