I wanted to say thank you for being available to tow my truck when my water pump went out. The team who picked up my vehicle was friendly and helpful, and the owner came to sit with us while we awaited a ride to the airport. On top of this excellent service, the truck was repaired by Monday. We appreciate you helping us and highly recommend this facility to all locals!

These guys are fast, affordable, and honest. I had an 830 drop off time, they were ready to pull my car in at 830. If I had decided to not sit in my car for 15 min waiting for my pickup, they would have started. I feel that the pricing is fair. They also give you an estimate ahead of doing any repairs. Just a good vibe overall. Thank you guys for being so wonderful!!

These guys are the real deal! Pete and Kevin Lucy under promise and over deliver. They've done all the maintenance and inspections on my vehicles for the last two years including brake jobs and transmission service ... and they inspect my motorcycle, too! It's awesome to deal with honest folks who care about their customers and prove it with quality work and fair pricing.

I'm biased here. They're a local shop. Been going here for years. Friendly people and prices are reasonable and since they're also a wrecker service, so they can come get your vehicle if you can't get it to them.

Got my truck and trailer stuck in the middle of an intersection and needed a winch out. I called and the wrecker was there within 15 minutes of my call. Excellent service!! A++

I had a flat tire on HWY 460. I called and talked with Pete he was their within 20 min. He took me to two different tire shops asking questions that I would not think to ask. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied before he unhooked my car and not leaving me stranded. So thankful! After getting me to my second location he called me back to check on me and make sure I was okay. Truly outstanding service and reasonable priced. I would highly recommend!

I went for a state inspection was out within a few minutes of my appointment. Excellent service, great prices. Finally, found the place to take my car every year for inspections! So excited!

I was going to go on a long trip, so i took my car here to get serviced. They were upfront about what they could and couldn't do. They checked and service the fluids, changed the oil and oil filter, and replaced the spark plugs all within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable and the work was above standard. Definately recommend these guys.

Great place to have cars inspected, nice staff, mechanics explained everything well. Luckily haven't had to use any tow service, but I'd certainly call them if I needed it

Had to get car towed home after it broke down on rt. 10. It was late and they were still out to get us within 15-20 mins. Only needed it towed about 2 miles. Very reasonably priced.

Wonderful, I have used them for years... took my ride to a box tire and auto shop who tried to tell me I needed work done that was not needed. Took to Tri-City and they confirmed our thoughts that the guys were just trying to make an extra few hundred bucks because I would not get a second opinion!
