This dealership did a bad job at assembling my Polaris ATV, and I regret my purchase. I purchase a Polaris Sportsman 450 last summer. After my first ride, brake fluid started spraying out of the master cylinder. After that, the belt box took on water after driving it through the smallest of puddles. Other Polaris riders I rode with were baffled by how bad my ATV performed including comparing it to ten-year old Polaris model. It was like I purchased a lemon honestly. I finally took it back to them and showed them the attached video where it was leaking from when I filled the housing with water. They replaced the seals and belt and charged me $600 for it. The very next ride, it took on water again and it was from the exact same spot.

I LOVEEEEEE my 2024 ninja 650. Thank you all so much!!! This was the best buying experience of all time. Also thank you to Jay & the new young man working with him (I m so sorry I didn t catch your name) that helped me pick out a very reliable phone mount AND put it on my bike for me. I recently purchased an Indian Scout Rogue Sixty ABS. All of my questions were answered quickly via email or text. Codi Pryor was my Salesperson and did a fantastic job feeding me every status update through the whole process and personally delivered my bike to my home. Codi Pryor assisted me every step of the way in helping me in upgrading my Indian Scout to a New Indian Chieftain limited. He answered all my questions, looked up additional information for me ensuring I was satisfied on making an informed decision. He moved bikes around so I could do a good comparison before I decided ! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and followed up with me from my trade to the day I purchased and after! He made my experience enjoyable and I would highly recommend him! Redline had some good options on the floor of every Indian model, a lot of Indian Branded clothing and accessories. They have great prices, many finance options and very friendly staff with a large footprint store in a great location. Thank you Codi and Redline for all your help on getting me into a bagger!

My experience was with the service department only.I gave them two stars beacuse the work they did seems good, and the people there seemed nice. I only had them do direct bolt on stuff made for my machine. The mechanic that worked on my side by side was knowledgeable. My only issue was the gouging on the bill. I know the guy doing the work didn't take 1/2 the time they billed me for. I am not cheap and don't mind paying for quality work. But I do mind when who ever does the billing adds several hours to the bill. If it truly did take that long which was longer then non mechanic's would need. Then why are they charging $165 per hour? I had them add doors, winshield and fender flares they charged me over $2,000 dollars. Rocky mountain atv had instructional videos of the doors taking 4 hours. The winshield taking 30 min and the fender flares taking 30min. That's 5 hours. I was billed for 10 hours. I would have been OK with 7 hours. They also did a oil change and inspection that was in addition to the 10 hours billed. I was OK with the price I paid for those services.

Yesterday my dad, my girlfriend and I went into Redline Commonwealth looking for a new Jet Ski to add to the family river house. Something light, affordable and all around good fit for a first time buyer.When we walked in we were met by Codi Pryor, a sales professional there. Codi is the MAN. He not only answered all of our questions, but helped us pick out the perfect WaveRunner for myself and the family. Codi was extremely personable and respectful towards what we were looking for and how we wanted continue about the process of buying. He broke every thing down step by step and made sure that this was not only the right ski for me but a sound decision at this time. After paperwork was finalized, I was able to go home with my new ski that day! When I came back to pick it up, Codi was already outside ready to help me load her up and made sure everything was secure and safe for the transport home. I highly recommend going to Redline Commonwealth if you're looking to get information/purchase a rec vehicle of any kind and outstanding customer service. Make sure you ask for Codi when you get there too!

What a great place with amazing staff. I can't even express how much I appreciate the people here, fist off Chris was an amazing salesman, the GM, loan guy, and last but not least the parts department!!! Came here for a motorcycle, left with a motorcycle. The sales lady gracie was very kind and helped us get through the sales process very quickly, she helped us look through the motorcycles and was very knowledgeable with the bikes we were interested in. Whole process was smooth and went great, once i m ready for a bigger bike i ll definently be coming back. The bike i got was a Kawasaki Ninja 650Z. very great place, i recommend it for its large variety.

Overall I m highly satisfied. I can t say the beginning of me purchasing the z50 was peaches and cream. I was 2 days away from purchasing from another company where I had got a better deal on the exact ATV Until my guy Codi Pryor stepped in and reached out to me. From Dealing with Codi, start to finish! Was Awesome. He made sure he understood what I was willing to spend on my purchase and he Delivered just that! I believe Codi is a valuable asset to Redline as well as his team! I m sure there are other good team members But if you re reading this and looking to make a purchase, I most certainly recommend Codi! This past Saturday went to redline powersports in commonwealth and coding Pryor helped me get the Suzuki gsxr 750 he was very helpful and patient in dealing with me getting financed with my bank. Every one up there is very respectful and knowledgeable of what they sell I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle or something else go there and talk to codi or one of the other sales person

Walked in just to look around and ended up purchasing my first bike this past weekend with Gracie. She was so helpful through the whole process. They had a lot of different options and she was able to assist me with the questions I had for each bike and helped me pick the best one for me! TLDR: Redline has TERRIBLE administrative processes and communication. They double charged me and took too long to refund me after months of weekly contact. Some people quit. Some might have been fired. Regardless, the GM didn't care and refuses to give me the $200 they owe me. Wouldn't recommend servicing anything or buying parts from this place. Didn't do anything with the sales floor. Maybe they have redeeming qualities.Showroom is really beautiful, and they have quite the collection of vehicles and gear to choose from. I didn't purchase, so I can't rate the sales staff. However, i got a detailed bike service, and also ordered from their parts department. Both have been really frustrating experience, and despite many hiccups from the staff, the management hasn't cared enough. It took multiple visits and phone calls to explain my desires for a full detail and overhaul of my motorcycle. After two months of back and forth, they had finally looked over all aspects that I requested. They then fired the one guy that I thought was doing the best. I had to order tires from the parts department. They had a new system and charged me twice. Then the parts employee was professional and said he'd refund me the ~$200. After a month of dealing with him back and forth, I found out he quit. Luckily the parts manager took over and... wait, he quit a couple weeks after too. So finally I got to deal with the General Manager. He said it was too long ago, they didn't see a double charge despite me showing the documentation, and then told me to figure it out with American Express on my own. It was outside the 60 days since the management had told me they'd refund me. So American Express won't honor the refund. So Redline stole $200, and couldn't be bothered with sorting it out.

Went to redline looking for something different than the bike I had was looking for a 4stroke dirt bike met Codi Pryor for the first time and he is the best salesman you can ask for I was trying to decide on the bike purchase for many days he made it all painless and I ended up buying my second dirt bike from this location thanks to the whole team at redline.

Fantastic team, great group of people. I did not meet any management that I am aware of, but very friendly staff. From Jordan in sales, to the folks behind the parts desk, just awesome people. The driver who delivered my purchase was almost as excited as I was to deliver my new bike. The only feed back I would have is the finance lady was eh, okay. Didn t explain anything and was not talking much at all. I had to keep asking questions to get any information really. I mean she was nice and pleasant, just was not willing to strike conversation or explain much of anything. Other than that, 100% satisfied with #RedLine.

Where do I even start on 3/12/2024 my husband purchased a used 2021 DRZ 400 SM. After signing all the paperwork, our Salesperson Cody made us aware that we were unable to take the bike home due to a break line leak for which we were told would be handled by that Friday. We were ok with the bike being repaired and since we had not left the store yet, we didn t think anything of it. Friday came and they told us part had not arrived. Following week Tuesday, we were told the bike was getting worked on because they found that the carburetor was defective and was not ready. Therefore they had to order lectrons to replace the carburetor. Well, we didn t get the bike until the following Friday March 22, 2023 and only because my husband & I went to the store and did not leave until we were told the bike was ready. Before leaving the store and learning that the bike had finally been repaired, we noticed that the inspection had not been updated. It expired on 04/2022 and we were never given tags nor where there tags on the bike. Logan and Cody worked together to have the bike inspected and tagged that evening around 630pm. The bike was dropped off by 7:30 pm that evening. Then 2-3 days go by of the bike being stored in the garage and when my husband goes ride it and noticed that it started to rev high. My husband did some research research and learned that the issue of reving high was due to a defective carburetor for which we thought was replaced. We called Redline Powersports in Prince George and they agreed to pick up the bike for repair on 4/3/2024. The bike is still not repaired and we are highly frustrated since the first payment is due 4/12/2024. I had called up there the day to set up a time and date for them to pick up the bike and the lady that had me on hold accidentally transferred me to a customer who had his razor there for repair. We got to talking and they ve been giving him the run around since December and he s still hasn t been able to get his razor back. This place service department is horrible.

My girlfriend and I just bought our 2023 polaris rzr pro r from here. Our sales man codi was awesome and very helpful on helping is find the right machine. If you are looking for a place to pick up your next sxs or other motorsports vehicle. I definitely recommend redline!

This is only my second review of my life but thought the experience was worthy of giving these guys and ladies some praise. Was looking for a new Ranger and a specific model. Several months ago the unit was not in stock. As any good dealer does, they stayed in touch and when the unit came in, they sent me a text. Not wanting to drive an hour to the dealer, I was pleasantly surprised by the Staff, the building, the selection, the parts counter, the service bays and drop off system. The pricing on the various units I looked at were similar up and down the east coast - so if price is the same - you need a good experience. I was introduced to the service manager, the parts manager, the sales manager, the general manager - not to mention i worked wth Chris, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I just wanted to THANK the entire team at Redline Powersports Commonwealth for an easy and great experience. It was worth driving to Prince George.

Victoria is absolutely amazing and knows what she is talking about! She didn't try up-selling me which is super rare in today's world. I'm very happy with my decision to do business with Redline and Victoria.Update: The amazing Victoria very patiently dealt with my indecisiveness after I agreed to a youth go-cart for my kids and switching up to 2 youth 4 wheelers. To say my sons loved Victoria is a understatement. Having worked in a customer service based industry my whole life its so refreshing seeing someone so passionate about making sure the customer has the best possible experience. I'll be back Tuesday to get myself a 4-wheeler because I can't let the kids have all the fun

After searching for many months, looking for a Polaris side by side 1000. In the Michigan area. None of the dealers In our area. Could get their keyboards to work correctly to find me one. We hit Google search. Located your dealership in Virginia. We make contact with JJ. He began putting his team together to find the best deal for me. Then I was put in contact with Logan. The sales manager.He found the perfect fit for me. A very smooth transaction. For the purchase of the Polaris 1000 side by side. Great job from team. Red line 5 stars all the way. And also go lions.

On Saturday 1/27/24 I had both tires replaced on my Goldwing. The repairs were completed satisfactorily, and it only took 2 hours to complete. In business I know that repeat customers are very important and I purchased 2 motorcycles and thousands of dollars in repair at this store. I was charged 2 hours labor for each tire, even though it only took 2 hours total to replace both tires. I will now find another shop that I can trust to charge correctly. You have lost a customer.

He had a lot of information and was patient with all my questions. He really did an amazing job explaining everything to me and definitely made me feel at ease with my choices in bikes.
