Called at 9:23 AM and it rang forever and then the voice recorder came on the line stating "I didnt hear your response, please try again" so I randomly selected 1 and it sent me to Crossroads Ford Sales department. Service agent was very nice and transferred me back to Quick Lane and it went to voice mail for me to leave a message.The last time I went to Quick Lane they told me it would be a couple of months before I could get an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated.With all that said, my experience has not been positive.

Horrible experience took it in for a simple flat repair told them I needed it back by 330 they said they'd do the best they could. I got my truck back at 415 in the afternoon after being told it would be ready at 3 on the phone and as an added bonus a free check engine light on my dash.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place needs to change it's name. I haven't gone in there in years without them telling me it would be a three hour wait. Why can I go to Walmart and be in and out in an hour and save money? I stopped going.I recently drove there because I needed a battery. There was at least 20 cars there and the waiting room was full. Went to W and was out in under an hour as I previously stated.Maybe I'm just going at the wrong time but I think they have a problem.

Zero stars if I could. Dropped my truck off at 7:15 am, came back at 3pm and they have not even looked at the vehicle. I had to take it elsewhere. Terrible experience. I will be writing to the BBB as well.

No appointments. First come first served, so be there an hour early. They open at 7 and the line starts forming between 6-6:15. If you are 5th in line expect to be there until noon.

Went here for oil change and state inspection. Presently this business is understaffed and they were quite upfront about it. To my surprise they game me complementary service due to the excessive wait time. Service manager was very apologetic. I have been going to this business for 5 years and will continue to do so. The Managers and Associates were very polite. They found the problem with my tire and got me in and out. Before I had to go to work. Will most definitely come back for more of their great Customer Service.

Sign said open til 7pm. Went there after work arrived at 4pm and was told they were not doing any oil changes for the rest of day. Not very friendly,didnt feel like they wanted me to come back, so i didnt.

I have spent several mornings at this Quick Lane and it has always been very pleasant. I have several cars and they have taken care of them well. I have no issues at all with the employees who work here. They were friendly, professional and very quick with their service. The only issue was that people were coming in without masks and they just didn't care about others. How do they know if they have the COVID-19 or not? They could be the few who don't get sick...but can carry the virus and infect others. But other than that, the business is professional and did a great job!

I wish I could give them a lower rating. I waited TWO HOURS to get an oil change. They said I needed new filters, but failed to tell me they needed to order them. I was waiting for a ridiculous amount of time before I said I had to go. They didn't even mention that I had to wait for them to be delivered. Huge waste of time. $53! They didn't rotate my tires because of a minor problem and failed to inform me how long the wait would be. 3 people came and left while I was there. Needless to say I will not be going back.

The reason for this rating stems from the fact that when I was taken "care of" and my car went into the shop for a state inspection they gave me an entire list of things that needed to be "corrected" in order to pass inspection. You failed to provide me with any assistance or service for that list to even be considered as an option. I make sure to change my tires, oil, breaks and whatever else it needs by the recommended mileage so when I went in I knew it would possibly need oil or something slightly minor done not an entire list of things to be "corrected" as if my car was a piece of junk. For the record, this is not the first time I went to this shop and you lost a valued customer thanks to this poor experience.If you're going to provide a list for "corrections" to be made please make sure to tell your clients what can be expected as far as times go because I was your first inspection of the day and despite having a full team (5 mechanics) the person who fixes certain parts like the "break pad" was not supposedly in. I was told there was another mechanic who could work in that part but was currently tending to other cars which is understandable. What is unreasonable is the poor service being conducted there since not only did I have a list of things to be corrected but you didn't have the capability of doing any of the things listed due to "diagnostics, parts and staff". I was your first inspection of the day and I understand that other cars come first if they were in the shop before mine but for your staff to not hear my concern and state that they can't do it on a day where you have until 5pm on a Saturday and I had agreed for the list to be done if it's the recommendation otherwise I would fail the inspection. I was willing to wait there an entire day and pay your price of almost $500 for these corrections to be made. I was told that none of it could be done today nor did they have the parts, time or staff for it... I went to another reputable shop which will receive a decent rating because they had common sense. If you have the car, and you run the inspection to find it needs fixing then it should be done today not in a matter of days or whenever it's convenient for business especially if you are literally the first customer for a state inspection. I demonstrated your list and out of that list only the break pads needed a slight adjustment. That was only $60 and I passed inspection because my signal lights do function properly, I do not need an alignment and my wipers were good. The break pads had "NEW BRAKES" on so all it needed was a minor adjustment in placement.

My husband I went there today to get our state inspections and the customer service was excellent, but none of the staff members were wearing masks or gloves, there were 3 people in the waiting room also not wearing any protective equipment. This truly concerns me, especially when the employees are face to face touching your keys sharing pens, taking your payments without sanitizing or washing hands, that's highly irresponsible.

Mechanic Maurice who worked on my truck was extremely slow, he was talking to other staff about not related to my service, about food, he was horse playing with another mechanic by rolling an empty plastic container to the mechanics way.I have been bringing my three vehicles here since this place has opened never had an experience like this before.Service: Oil change

I have taken my Ford Escape to QL since my 1st service after purchase. Even though sometimes the wait times are long due to more walk ins than appointments, I have always been greeted with a smile and a pleasant associate always ready to take my info and make sure my needs are met. I would rather take my Escape here and wait an hour or 2 with a pleasant atmosphere , than go to a quick service center with an associate and employees with ugly attitudes.

Would be 0 stars if it could be. Took my car in for an inspection after giving it a once over they came back saying my strut was leaking. Paid them to replace the strut only to leave the shop with my car making a new nasty noise so as any sane person would do i called them back told them the issue took it back the next day since it was so late. Upon bringing it back i dropped it off at 10AM called them around 2pm and they STILL had not even touched my car yet. Here it is almost 6pm I recieve a phone call with them saying its an issue with the ball joint that they could fix it but it would cost me over another 300 dollars. Now keep in mind this problem HAD NOT HAPPENED UNTIL MY CAR WENT INTO THEIR SHOP. Do yourself a giant favor and DO NOT take your vehicles here its a giant rip off and giant headache.Edit: gave them another shot today and took almost 3 hours for an oil change due to the 2 techs on shift being too busy flirting with the young lady behind the counter.

This is a follow up to my previous review. After consideration of my complaint regarding paying for a new tire after one month of buying 4 tires from this place, Acey Booker, the manager , absorbed the cost of the tire and sold me the hazard warranty I had not been offered before. This is the kind of service I expected from a place that appears to be well managed and running smoothly. I appreciate the consideration of my complaint and acknowledgement . I have , otherwise, always had great service here.

Stay away from this place!!!! Dishonest and liars. I went to get an oil change and the guy noticed my inspection was also due that month so I agreed to have it done. After about an hour I'm hit with a long list of things I need done including ball joint replaced for the front end on each side costing $960 installed along with other items with a total cost of $1,350. I declined the work and they said if I drove my truck with a rejected sticker I would get pulled over. Anyone that lived in Virginia as long as I have (all of my life) would know that you have 15 days to get your car repaired after it has been rejected. The next day I took my truck to a shop I have been using for a number of years and they looked it over and found absolutely nothing wrong it and pass it. I will not be returning back to this place.

Getting an inspection sticker done here is like doing business with Suge Knight. This place commits strong arm robbery when it's time to get a inspection sticker. They will create a problem and try to convince you to let them fix their created problem. The price of their created problem usually runs from 500 dollars to 750 dollars. First they said I one of my left head light was out. Problem is my headlights were working just fine until they took my truck into the back. Secondly they said I need a hub assembly and the price for everything would be 685.26. I refused to pay so they put a rejection sticker on my car. I drove down the street to another another mechanic shop and got my inspection sticker in less than 10 minutes. I really wish I could give them no stars.

I just visited the quick lane for my first oil change on my 2017 Raptor. I watched through the picture window as the tech methodically rotated my tires and changed my oil and corrected my air pressure. I was amazed at how this technician rotated my tires. My wheels and tires way at least 90 lb. The technician was a young lady named Amber #1744. Kudos to Amber for her amazing attention to detail. I was very impressed.

One word: EXTRAORDINARY! I've been a customer of Crossroads Ford since 2013, and Acey Booker was my account rep until he became the manager at Quick Lane. Since Quick Lane can do all the basic maintenance as the Ford service center, I started taking my 2011 Edge there. Acey and his staff are the epitome of true customer service. I always feel like a valued customer and part of the family every time I call or visit in person. They go out of their way to make sure I'm getting the services I need at the best prices possible, which sometimes involves extra research and work on their end. I've never been anywhere else where employees hold customer service in such high regards! THANK YOU QUICK LANE!!! You've earned a customer for LIFE.

This place is so AWESOME! I have been taking my cars to this Quick Lane for about 2 years now. I recently took my van to get the oil changed and noticed that there was oil in my driveway where I parked afterwards. I took the vehicle back to them and had my wife follow me there. The problem was the oil drain plug would not tighten all the way. They fixed my van with a new oil plug that worked did the oil change again, and asked me for the keys to the car I drove up there with so I received a free oil change on that vehicle for my troubles. They are great and will go there for as long as I am here.

They literally tried to nickel and dime me for state inspection. Dropped my car off 1st thing in the morning and didn't get it back till closing. only ONE tire needed to be fixed...but instead they tried to tell me that I needed two new tires (mind you they said they couldn't repair the one I needed to fix) with a bs is story about traction and balancing and stuff then said I needed an additional lens cover for a light that was working in order to pass inspection . Ended up walking away with a loss of $20 and a rejection sticker. Literally went to another tire shop where they patched the tire that they CLAIMED couldn't be fixed and passed me for inspection as well because the light that needed a lens was working (this company basically me told that if the light was out then that would be LEGIT reason to fail). Probably might just come here for oil changes but for other work I advise unless you plan on paying for dealership bs prices shop around. All they want to do is make commission. The other company that passed me basically saved me $400 that would have been just an upsell bs for them

I had my oil changed here on my 2017 Expedition. I had a very tight timeframe, and they made sure it was done 10 minutes earlier than I asked! Acey, the manager, is the gold standard for customer service! Wow! What an amazing experience here.

I came in on Wednesday at 7am and received my oil change and state inspection in about 45 minutes...had issues with the work from a previous Toyota dealer and the guys here went beyond their duties to keep me safe and legal for an upcoming trip out of state...I came back in Thursday to get a oil change and inspection non my second vehicle...once again the guys here got me in and out ASAP.ACEY is awesome with customers and the techs are efficient.I WILL BE COMING HERE FOR MY OTHER SERVICESThanks guys!!

Overall a great experience. 4 stars because I had to speak with my original advisor to set up an appointment but I could never get a hold of her so I had to go in person. Other than that i'm very pleased.

I would give zero stars but that's not an option. Not only do they have no idea what they are doing, but the customer service is terrible. First the leave the gas cap off the engine and once confronted about it tell us to bring the car in and they can order the cap. What are we supposed to do while we wait for a part...they didn't know. Then they call and say they will pressure wash the engine, degrease, clean and detail the car as well as reservice to ensure everything is fine. They pressure washed the engine but did nothing else manager is next to impossible to get a hold of and to top it off they can't do anything without the manager. If you are thinking about coming here you will probably have better luck paying the kid next door to watch YouTube and do it right.

Stop in this morning around 9:30am it's now 11:45am just for an oil change. If it wasn't free boy I'd be lot more upset about this slow service process here. They still at this point haven't even gotten to it yet OMG come people's. I'm saying just give me a bay I'll do it myself faster I'm getting hungry
