I had an awesome experience with this repair shop. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone was professional and very personable. From the time I had my insurance company tow my car. The tow driver was great, and very nice! The mechanics were very helpful and knowledgeable. What was awesome is that the goal was set to get me in and out the same day, and it was achieved!! It was a wonderfully smooth experience!

Awesome service. I called my insurance to have my car towed to the dealership. When the driver arrived, he greeted me with a smile and introduced himself and shook my hand. He asked what was wrong with my car to be able to load it properly. My front brakes were stuck. He did not drag my car but instead he slid his truck under my car until he reached my front tires. He put something under my tires so the would not drag on his bed. He then asked if he knew that they had a shop. I was not aware that they had one. I chose to have it taken to there shop. They replaced my brakes and found one of my brake calipers were stuck. Everything was fixed. When I picked my car up they asked me to take it for a test drive to make sure I felt that it was right. I was very satisfied with the work. And they were very honest with there prices. Would recommend this company all the way around.

FRAUD ALERT!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Family Auto & Trucking llc Prince George Va took my money and never fixed my vehicle. They had my vehicle for over 6mths. Charged me $1100 for some used tires. $2800 in total. My truck is now a total loss. My initial problem was a fuel pump. Asked for a receipt for the parts and was denied. Parts were also used. Never received receipts and I have video recording.

My experience with Family Auto and Trucking was Absolutely Wonderful Aaron and his staff were very professional - he knew Exactly what the problem was, with my car the moment I explained to him what was Not happening with it - He had it started In less than a minute had the problem fixed in no time at all he Cared and is most Kind! I will be recommending him-them to family and friends. He made my car and me very happy!!!

They repaired everything that needed to be fixed on my ford escape with reasonable pricing. They also communicated if there was anything else that needed to be repaired so that my vehicle can run smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are the best at what they do.i went to several places to get my truck fixed and it cost slot of money.but when I went to family auto they fixed my truck for a little of nothing.they are very reasonable and I take pride in their work.i love those guys!!

You know what , i intended to come in upset because they towed my car . however , upon arrival they actually worked with me on getting my car back with a repair and a laugh ! great service (stop watching my parking spot now! )

My husband and I take all of our vehicles here when we need work done. Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They go the extra mile for us, by giving my toddler and I a ride home when I have to drop off a vehicle so I'm not waiting around with a fussy toddler. They never upcharge or try to get you to spend extra money on something that isn't broken. Very trustworthy group of people working here. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Took semi truck there for a basic PM (preventive maintenance). Tech recommended new tires and replacing the steering gear box. Tech told me he test drove the vehicle and it was ready to be picked up. When I picked up the truck I noticed there were 3 warning lights on the dash that weren t on there before.. My steering was all jacked up! The steering wheel needed to be repositioned, it was literally over 90 degrees outta position. It was so bad I couldn t make a right turn, but I was told it had been test driven. I was told to come back the next morning and it would be taken care of. Some inexperienced guy showed up and failed to fix it. Called the mechanic back and he felt it wasn t a priority for him to deal with it, but I just paid this guy almost $7k. Truck sat there all day and nobody touched it. Picked the truck up the next day and the steering was still off. Had to take it to a friend to fix the issue since clearly this was too much for them. I spent several thousand and missed several thousand as a result of their negligence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THEMServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Love this place. So nice and friendly. Most places make u feel dumb as a female, not this shop! They will show you what's broken on your car and why u need to get it fixed. Tell u about the safety risks and not try to up charge/ sell you anything. Very real, down to earth people! Love them

Oil change and tire rotation. Left a tire completely loose which almost caused a wreck. They tightened it and replaced the spiked lugs which scarred the rim then broke my center cap. Been months now and still never replaced my center cap after several calls over and over.
