This place is definitely a go to for repairs.I went off-road with my vehicle and tore the front up pretty bad. They literally made my car look like it was brand new. The appointment date was set for August but because I left my car there. They worked on it in between jobs and got it done a month ahead of the scheduled repair date. If I'm ever in a situation where my vehicle needs body repairs. I'll bring it here again without any hesitation. Included some before and after photos to show the work.

Excellent paint job! I was very concerned prior to going there but Dustin assured me it would look good. Turned out better than a factory paint job. Excellent painter! Estimate was perfect and appropriate! Didn t pay a Penny more! Work done on time as indicated. Excellent staff and competent shop technicians. Will go nowhere else if ever needed in the future! We were very impressed with our service from the whole staff at shores. From Haley at the desk keeping us up to date, Dustin with the very complete estimate , mike with a superb paint job..every detail was above the call. They even detailed our car to finish off the repairs done to the front end. Our thanks to shores and their friendly and talented staff.

I went to this shop in the third week of April because a friend had referred me to this shop as she was friends with the receptionist after I had gone to another body shop on hull st for a popped out bumper and a few paint scratches. The hull st shop had given me an estimate in the 800 range and so I went to Shore s and the gentleman came out to look at my car and just popped the bumper right back on for free! And also gave me a few tips for finding my paint color and that he would also touch up my paint and would not charge me! I was absolutely astonished and so so thankful, I could not believe that it was such a simple fix and I cannot recommend this body shop enough based on my experience. The people that I met were very friendly and honest and so caring about having a relationship with me instead of getting as much money out of me as they could. I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone and will definitely come back in the future for any repairs.

I used Shores Collision for an insurance claim where my vehicle sustained both front and rear damage. Dustin was great to deal with every step of the way. The initial estimate was completed and submitted quickly. The work was completed in the time they promised, and I was updated during the process. My vehicle looks great. All repairs done perfectly. Shores made a stressful situation so much better.

Lack of communication is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to getting car services preformed and trying shores for the first time i was of course nervous about that. Let me tell you. The communication was great. Text message updates, reminder calls etc. They throughly explained everything to be done before they did it and my car looks amazing. Fast turnaround time and my car even smells good. So happy!! Hope I don't have to use them too often but definitely my new go to.

Well this time last year I bought a car, and was rear ended. October of this year it happened again. Shores fixed the first time and what a great job they did they are very good people too. This time it was totaled, so I lost money. But that's how it goes. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend Shores collision, great people.

Brought my car to be repaired from a fender bender and the staff of Shores Collision were so nice and professional. Picked my car up five days later, all the parts and pieces were completed and matching the rest of the car. I would definately bring any car back to them for anything that needs to be done.

Awesome place in powhatan, va. They are professional, courteous, and quick! After having an accident they repaired my car and took care of any issues relating to the accident that popped up when I got it back as well.
