They did a supreme job on my Front end alignment and balancing my tires. And fixing the leak issue The previous tire repair shop caused! Extremely friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend for vehicle repair or inspection! Thanks again guys

Dishonest, terrible and the mechanic was either drunk or high. He tried to charge me 1500 dollars worth of work when i brought my car in for an inspection. Took it up to a different mechanic and he charged me 275 for exactly the same work. Never go here.

We have used Salisbury Tire several times over the years for a variety of repairs on several vehicles. Paul and the rest of the crew are always quick to give us a quote on the needed repairs, always call ASAP if something unexpected comes up, and always get the work done in a timely manner. We have never had any complaints. Great place!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement

I am very comfortable with this auto service business. Unfortunately for me, My truck required a lot of attention. They got on the job, notified me directly of all costs, time expectations for completion, and delivered more than expected! The staff is courteous, friendly and honest. The business is clean and neat and professional! I used to run my own small Volkswagen repair business to pay my way thru college. So it's tough for me to pay someone else for services I can do. This team of professionals, I highly recommend.

I have been having my vehicles serviced at Salsbury tire for years. They have always done quality work at a reasonable price and back their services up if I have had a problem with anything they have done. Always considerate of my time and take care to return my vehicle as clean as it was when they took it. They have excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to all for the peace of mind I have knowing I can trust your services to keep my vehicles maintained and safe.

I have had numerous good experiences here. I believe that I receive good service and have not been taken advantage of or talked-down-to because of being female and/or not knowledgeable about what it takes to repair a vehicle. The employees have always been kind and accommodating and most of my wait times have been decently quick.

This was my first time taking my car to this auto shop. I dealt with Paul mostly. He was professional, patient and quoted everything up front. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand what was being done to my car. These guys do excellent work and never disappoint my expectations of quality professionalism, and old fashioned friendliness. I have bought tires from them, get all my oil changes and tire rotations here. I definitely recommend these folks. Doug Brown

At another shop in Richmond I was told I needed a front axle. And quoted me 707.00 dollars to fix it. Which I have a fairly new car. I didn t believe it. So I brought my car here to be looked at. And I was told both axles were good. Thank you for being honest with me. You guys will have my business for now on.

Needed an inspection and just walked in. Paul was at the front and promptly helped me. Did you know you could make an appointment for an inspection? Well I learned something new today. The store was clean and air conditioned. I didnt mind waiting at all, in this environment. Paul got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Great jobs guys!!! My new go to spot

Came to do the balance of the wheels! I saw from the road that there were no cars inside the building and the gates were open! At my request to do this work, they said that the apoitment is possible only for the next week! but the workers just didn't do anything!

Bruce and his crew have taken care of my family vehicles for 18 years. If you think there are no more honest and competent mechanics- you are wrong- they are at Salisbury. They work on my new company car, they keep my 1985 F150 on the road, and my daughters have learned- take your car to Bruce. Would recommend them to friends and family. Reasonable prices, great service, fast work. This is as good as it gets.

This place hooked me up with an install of parts I had bought elsewhere. They managed to squeeze me in same day. And honestly the price for 4 sets of brake pads and matching rotors was more than fair.

They are always up front about what needs to be done to make my car run its best. Honest, and they always show me what ts wrong and needs to be taken care of. They always go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with they with the work they do on my vehicle . Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Excellent service all around. We have used this Garage for regular service, tire replacement, and large repairs for an older vehicle. Paul and the staff at Salisbury tire are responsive, courteous and prompt. Highly recommend.

8/31/21: Salisbury Tire did such a great job on balancing my wife's Honda Odyssey that I took my 2016 Avalon for the same job & OMB MY AVALON RIDES LIKE A DREAM! Zero shaking, smooth as silk where before I had a slight shake at highway speeds that drove me crazy! I've found my new "GO TO" place for tires & maybe I'll give them a shot at other mechanical jobs down the road.8/25/2021: Took my Odyssey to their facility for a tire balance as my vehicle felt like you were riding on rumble strips as the balance of the tires were that bad. They made room in their schedule 1st thing in the AM & got me out the door very quickly. WOW DID THEY DO GREAT WORK!!! I was fearful that I needed new axles or something worse as I've had the tires recently balanced at the dealership & they made the Odyssey feel nice & smooth again. If they're willing to do honest quality work that resulted in a fair price to resolve my issue, then I'm definitely going back with my other vehicles!!!03/2020: I had a local Wheel Repair company (on Hull St.) fix a rim on a used car that I just bought as the finish pealed off. Unfortunately, AWR could not come onsite to deliver & install the rim so I had to pick it up if I wanted my car for the weekend. (Not a problem as AWR did great work.)Since I did not have an impact wrench, I called up Salisbury Tire & Service to see if they could squeeze me in for this quick job as it was literally swapping out the spare tire & replacing with the repaired wheel. Even though Salisbury Tire was slammed, they made time to help me & did this job as a courtesy since it was a quick job to do.I'm also impressed with the new manager as he was extremely nice & courteous and actually spoke to me like a person from the area vs just another customer.If you're looking for a place to try, I'd definitely give this place a shot as they did great fast work and are very courteous & professional.Service: Tires

They were friendly. Got me in real fast. Did a great job. Didn't over charge me, gave me a real fair price. When they messed up and had to give me a bigger tire they didn't change the quote they gave me. Real top notch place!

Paul was great - got my vehicle fixed for a much lower price than the dealer quoted. Great price and great service. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle there for service in the future!

I was in and out quickly for a new purchase check even though the lady said it would be awhile. The mechanic was friendly and helpful and I will probably buy new tires from them after this good experience.

Brought in a vehicle for an oil change and to change a tire. John told me the tire still had life and not to change it yet. That honesty combined with good service and price means that I will be coming back for future service on my vehicles.

this review is actually 60,000 miles late. i had salisbury order me some michelin tires and install them, they gave me a fair price and 60,000 miles later there has been no installation problems with the tires at all. leaving this review now because i'm getting ready to have them do it again this summer.

Very professional, great service but no weekend hours.Need to open on Saturdays to accommodate the customers who cannot be without their vehicle during the work week.
