Best auto store in Richmond area. Fast and reliable service. Prices are reasonable. Ali is so passionate about fixing cars and really sharp in identifying issues. Right from childhood he has been with cars so he can easily tell almost any problem instantly. For him fixing any car is like solving his own personal problem. He does absolute justice to make sure the problem is fixed. Ali is truly the best my boyfriend spoke so highly of him so when it was time for some maintenance on my car I brought it to him. He pointed out something wrong with my car that has been causing me trouble for years that other mechanics said was nothing (THE RELEIF) he also gave me an outstanding quote, super super honest guy and has a super cute dog!! 10/10 recommend him !!! I've been coming here for the past year and a half and Ali has taken great care of my '98 Toyota 4Runner and '05 Lexus IS300. He's, honest, knowledgeable, reliable and fair when it comes to price. I live all the way in Lakeside Area of Richmond and I come here to Indigo. Highly recommended.

Small local shop that handles big work. I ve gotten a lot of major and minor work done to my vehicles and I haven t had a single problem these guys work fast and are very professional I d highly recommend giving them a chance. ACTUALLY deserves the five stars I'm giving! You will not find any overcharging or over-diagnosing here. You can tell the owner has a knack for cars, and about giving it back to you better off than when you came in with it. Anybody can be knowledgeable and competent with cars, but Indigo Auto Care sets itself apart by being HONEST and AFFORDABLE. Your car is in good hands here. I recommend highly.

The owner has been a personal friend for years and has done all the work to my Audi. I ve seen him take a broken down, nearly totaled BMW back to looking showroom in a week just by himself. I have yet to see him not pull what I can only describe as magic to any car. Doesn t matter the brand, make, model or problem, this guys knows. It s like he was born with an encyclopedia of cars in his brain. He s worked on my A6, rebuilt Rams (even soundproofed it), rebuilt entire front ends on a 5 series, taken an Altima from scrapyard to showroom, its incredible. The only mechanic and bodywork guy I ve seen who can do it all with zero problem. He s a one stop shop and the turn around and pricing? You won t have to think twice.

Excellent service! I had a problem with the airbag light for a couple of years now, it wouldn't turn off. I went to this shop today and it was fixed in 10 minutes, the mechanic is knowledgeable and patient. I recommend this place.
