Awesome people good service Reasonable pricing. I also heard from someone that they don't do State inspections anymore ? Sad but on a funny note I love reading some of the Reviews Amazing How the entitlement Elite Seem to have made their way over on this side of 288?

The good folks at County Line Tire were able to get me a great price on exactly the set of tires I wanted for my vehicle. They were ordered and in stock in less than a week, and I was able to have them installed on Monday morning as Ralph promised. My Pacifica drives as if it were new. I got the right tires, at the right price. Thanks guys!

I had a similar experience to a review below. The guy inappropriately called me baby when I requested a service. I politely tried explaining why it was inappropriate, and he hung up on me. Women, I recommend you find somewhere more respectful to go.

The dumbest service within a 1000 mile radius! A guy with crooked teeth explained to me that a Mercedes can only be lifted at an official dealer! they are completely stupid to do car repairs

We get both our cars inspected here every year. Fast and friendly. They don't make you set up an appointment for an inspection. You just pull up and wait. Nice and hassle free.

Your say this business is MY Trusted Neighborhood Auto Mechanic.. Found them several years ago & Love the Honest problem Shooting and needed Service & only required Repairs!! I actually believe they care about Thier Business Reputation!! I agree it's working!

I have NO idea how this place has 4.6 stars. It absolutely has to be friends and family giving those reviews. I have been there 3 times over the past couple years and I swear I have NEVER been treated as rudely as I am at this business. And I know I'm not the only one. Everyone I talk to about this place has had similar experiences. I dropped a tire from my lawn mower off and they were all sitting doing nothing just talking told my mother in law that they couldn't fix the tire. She had to push them to fix it. Told her they weren't sure how long it would take could be the following day. This is to put a plug in a tire mind u. She had to go up there 3 times before they gave her back the tire. She paid and the guy just walked away. She had to go into the shop and pickup the tire and carry it out to her car. Who does that to an older woman?

The guys who change my oil told me to go here . I used to go to Firestone but they didn't put a tired lugs on tight and my wheel fell off on a bridge and never got anything from Firestone for my damages. So, started going here. I really like them. They always seem to beat other prices when we need tires and I never have a ride so they get stuff done fast while I wait in the lobby. They are honest on the inspections don't try to sell you up. I live in Midlothian Village but worth the drive to get someone you can trust. It's a really nice family.

Took my truck here for repairs and it broke down 2 blocks down the road - no water in the radiator after a thermostat replacement - had to have towed to another shop + will never go her again and I am spreading the news at a rapid pace

Had new tires mounted and never replaced the lug key after work was completed. I realized this after taking it in to the dealership months later and needed the tires rotated. Called County Line and was rather indifferent about the problem they caused. Just added an extra $45.00 to my bill as far as I am concerned.

This guy called me Baby and tried explaining to me that synthetic oil is the only kind of oil. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Had tire leaking...turns out it was a valve stem...they replaced it for free yes free. They now have a new customer for life...that kind of honest is rare!
