I just had the most amazing experience with All Good Automotive here in Powhatan. My transmission was on its last legs and I got in touch with Joey at All Good. He delivered fantastic customer service every step of the way. I took my van on on Sunday and it was fixed and ready to go by Tuesday. Reasonable prices along with the best customer service I ve experienced in a while. Thank you for taking care of my need with courtesy and care. The staff here is extremely friendly. They really take care of my mother and her car. They truly do an exceptional job. I never feel ripped off or taken advantage of when i need work or just routine maintenance on my car. Totally recommend that you visit this place for your auto needs!!!!

Joey was very courteous and answered all my questions about the repair. His price beat out two other estimates. Repairs were completed in a day and I am very satisfied with the results. Will definitely return for future needs and will also highly recommend to others.

Great place for vehicle service. Like being able to make appointment for an oil change and wait. Some places want you to leave the vehicle all day...not feasible and don't really trust the Jiffy Lubes of the world...Joey is an excellent front man and the techs are good

I went in needing an oil change and a look-over for a long trip. My front bumper had lost its bolts and was falling off.They got me in the very next day, working around my work schedule. Not only did this company do my oil change for a fair price at a quick speed, they also fixed my front bumper and diagnosed my car for no extra charges. When the look-over went past my allotted lunch break, the service manager gave me a (free) ride back to work and was willing to come pick me up from work as well if I needed him to.When I got back to the shop after work, they told me what they d found and gave me a detailed printout for the cost of parts and labor to fix what they found. I had the prices looked at by an experienced family member and was told the prices were very fair.Wonderful service. 10/10 would go again.

I have used All Good on multiple cars, all high mileage. It's easy to get talked into unnecessary repairs at other shops but not here. Robert gives you the straight on your car. No hassle no pressure. They are a trusted friend.

Great, professional staff. I showed up as a walk in needing an emergency tire repair. It was a Friday afternoon and they were busy but they fit me in and took my car right back and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this auto shop!

I stopped in on a whim to get an oil change. They didn t have my oil filter in stock but they went out of their way to get it for me! They were very polite and informative. 10/10 will be coming here again.

Great service and fair pricing. Came in for a state inspection, and there was a bad belt. They had me in and out with the part delivered and installed in under an hour and a half total from when I brought the car in. I'll be coming back here again for future automotive work I need.

They should change name from "All Good" to "My Bad" Automotive. They say on website that they have "Certified" mechanic and can DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR problems with vehicle. Well, they didn't get mine repaired and after hundreds of dollars spent, vehicle runs just as bad as it did when I brought it to them. I actually spent over a thousand dollars with them doing various repairs and still, they did not correctly diagnose my problem and fix it. Furthermore, they kept my vehicle for almost two weeks putting other customers ahead of me that came in later. Will take to Dealer next time. Atleast they can tell me whats wrong with it.
