They are trash. Wasted 2 hours of my time and they did nothing. They claim they couldn t replace my battery due to where it was located and they didn t even do the oil change that I asked for as well. They didn t even apologize or anything for my inconvenience. Go somewhere else.

When you go to Walmart and get an oil change you're supposed to get vacuum service that is one of the perks of going to Walmart but most of the time they do not do that and check off that they did also they keep leaving oil handprints all over my car

The two staff members working, were extremely helpful at remedying an issue from service at a prior walmart. They replaced our rubber tire valve stem within minutes of arriving at the facility. We're very thankful for their help

Went for oil change. Hour wait, but by the time I walk around in the store the time was up. The price was reasonable other oil shop Quoted me $129 smh. Will be going back again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everyone was very courteous and professional and polite and friendly staff Wait time was less than 1 hour.Very much satisfied with the professional service and experience.I would recommend them to friends and family for this service at this location!!!

The tire center at Walmart in Portsmouth is wonderful.The guys that work in the bays are awesome. The ladies that work up front are soooooooo nice.I wish they sold cars too....hmmm maybe in the future?

This location is a hit or miss some days the staff are very courteous and some days you feel as though you have walked into a bad fast food restaurant. Also, your wait time is a hit or miss. Be prepared to wait regardless. I went in on a Saturday for a tire patch and my wait time was two hours. The mechanics there are knowledgeable but they are not a Nascar Pit crew. Will I revisit this location? Yes, simply because of location and cost. If there was an alternative options I think I would try it.

Having attempted to arrive for service at your posted store hours followed by an attempt at calling the general number which I'm told by the customer service desk no one answers as no one is ever at that office. I called a day ahead to confirm the hours of service and was told that you would be open at noon on Saturday. I arrived to an undated handwritten note stuck to the door shortly before opening time which stated you would be closed until noon tomorrow. Which tomorrow? I have no idea, was this posted yesterday or today? Called inside and was advised they might be open tomorrow (Sunday)at noon.Needless to say I decided to engage with a nearby small business tire shop which had me in and out in less than an hour who was happy to serve me. I'm not going to give Walmart another dime or moment of my precious time.

They never open on time, multiple occasions I've been here and they have to wait on a "manager" to open the door, at 720am people arecstanding outside waiting for the door to be opened for a section that opened at 7am

Great prices, clean area, but extremely under staffed. Had to wait over 30 minutes to pick of vehicle. One employee was scanning tires and would not step in and help other employee with customers. It was obvious she was hiding and did not want to help. Also a vehicle was parked in handicap parking and did NOT have handicap tags or placard. No one cared to call the police or go on store intercom to request owner to move vehicle.

Worst service ever! Was told to come back to get my tire done and got here and the lady with the black and red wig said oh we're not doing it anymore. We close in 15 minutes. Wow Walmart...wow

The way I was treated, I feel like I was an unwanted customer. The employer there wanted to wait on another person to take my order instead of doing it himself which took almost an hour just to get the process done. If it wasn't for the fact that this Walmart was close to me, I wouldn't even go back to this Auto Care Center anymore.

Had to get a leak repaired in a tire. An hour and 45 minuets later finally finished. I left them my number to call but when I returned from getting a few items from the main store I found they hadn't started due to not finding my lug nut lock key. No phone call due to it not being local. No page over the intercom. Nothing. Never again will I shop here.

Their tire center opens that noon I guess everyday I'm not sure but I think the door finally opened at 12 05 and then once you get inside the people that work there are running all over like they didn't know they were at work I think they finally waiting on us at like 1215 and yeah but they fixed my tire 15 bucks and that was good.

Terrible service, broken door! I came in during shift change and witness a customer being told to wait for the next rep because the rep helping her wanted to go on break.. in the middle of being help.. smh... the new rep was helpful but overwhelmed and cold because the door to the store is broken and won't slide close and it was 32 degrees outside.. however, my car battery was much cheaper here than advance auto! So I endured the cold and bad attitudes! Lol

I was informed of amount of time needed to complete Oil Change - 2 Hours, due to 1st come 1st served basis. Customer service was friendly & shop was clean.

When I show up to pick up my car after an oil change, I don t expect someone to be driving my car around Walmart at an inappropriate and unsafe speed. This is my car, not your car to play in. I am so mad at how disrespectful that is. Also, the hood was not closed all the way while you were joyriding so you could ve shattered my windshield, broken my hood, and both hood struts.

Customer service is always bad and labor always takes longer than they estimate, but it's pretty much the cheapest place you can go for routine maintenance. I hate it every time I have to go here, but I still do.

Great prices on tires but can't believe just to put the tire on my rim they took two hours.this was in the morning didn't have much customers.wow and i had no choice but to wait

Bought 4 tires for under 200! Got them installed at Walmart for less than 50. And it took them less than an hour to change my tires!!! Awesome!

Got to the tire center at 8 a.m. when they opened. Had 2 tires installed on my truck in about 30 minutes. Great job team.!

Service was a little slow due a large crowd and they only had one person placing orders, but they got my car out quick . Tire service

I haven't had any problems here. They are pretty good. Oil was changed and car vacuumed out.

Every time I go to this Autocare location and this lady is working I have terrible experience customer service should be number one if you don't enjoy your job and enjoy taking care of your customers find another job lady
