Quick fast just not accurate. These guys are great however they messed up on my mileage. This was a big concern due to me trading my car in. I tell them to fix it and they telling me they can not fix it. I had to reset my own mileage other than that it was fine.Responding to call that was made: I call the 800 number only to say the same thing making it seem as if they can fix it once they mess up that s it s. Be careful watch your mileage on your paper. Car fax don t do a Dag DMV do not accept car fax.

Amazing People, Doing Awesome Things to Help Out Our Cars & Or Trucks & SUV,s Oil Change is Fast & Efficnet the Workers are all Very Helpful Each of them Play a Role to have You In & Out in a Timely Fashion and the Place is Clean always Smells Nice Etc even tho its a Valvolene There Keep It in a Nce Orderly Fashion from My Eyes this is the Spot I used to go to Take 5 but They left My Oil Cap Off One Time and Oil Went All Over My Engine so I Been woth Valvolene off Frederick Blvd for almost 6 months this will be my 3 rd Oil change of Course I Like to keep my truck up on all Fluids so It Lasts Forever But Yes I Recomend Each of Tou that Needs a Quick Serice to Tune Up deff go to Valvolene off Frederick Blvd or The One Closet to Your House .. Just know they're gonna Treat You Like the Only Customer Alive while you're there Very Very Happy with all services I Have Ever Gotten So Far Thank You For Reading ..

A few days ago, my vehicle's skidplate got damaged due to the flooding conditions, and was dragging under the car in a dangerous way.I carefully drove my car to the Take5 down the road and begged them to fix it, even take it off so that I could drive safely, and they refused to assist, even joking as I was backing up.I drove my car slowly to Valvoline and Ben was extremely quick to assist me. I was greeted by Dequan and further assisted by S.O.They didn't hold an oil change over me to help me make sure my car would be safe. Ended up getting a $100 dollar oil change because absolutely Frequent these dudes. Integrity is definitely on deck. They hold each other to it and it shows. Can't recommend enough.

There were approximately 6 employees there and 3 lanes with a car in each one. I was directed in right away and out the other door on my way in no time at all. Also I have a new model truck that requires removal of a fender skirt to get to oil filter.Great crew communicative, they all take pride in work ,They are my new only place for oil changes

I went in to get an oil change and was not impressed by professionalism. I am a woman who is very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and mechanics. They tried to upsell me services that my vehicle did not need, making them sound vital for the drivability of my vehicle. They treated me as though I was ill-informed. Had I not been, I would have been over-paying for services that I did not need. ($$$$) Ladies Be Cautious

I had my oil changed here and it was a Great Experience! The guys were very courteous and informative I was in and out in about 15minutes. I will definitely be back. One guy was singing, making me laugh.

I had an issue with an inexperienced tech almost messing up my car by causing oil to continuously leak out after a simple oil change. Filed a complaint and Riley, the manager, contacted me in less than 24 hours. Super professional and resolved my issue with ease. If I ever return, he will be the only one I allow to touch my car!

I came up in a mechanically inclined family and my first job was in an automotive shop, so I ve rarely ever paid another human being to change my oil. But it s a lot harder for me to do these days, and sometimes I simply don t feel like fussing with it. One Saturday I was scheduled to be in Richmond by a certain time and realized I was overdue for an oil change so I took a chance and stopped in to the Portsmouth location to see what the wait time looked like. Luckily there was only one other car in the three bays that morning and Riley and his team got me in and out quickly. They were thorough, detail oriented, polite, didn t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn t need, got me back on the road to Richmond on time, and they didn t overlook anything serious like forgetting to tighten the filter or drain plug. Great experience that restored my confidence in letting someone else service my car. I wouldn t hesitate to do business here again! A+ service!

Got 2 coupons in a mailer letting me know about this place. Went there on 7-18-2023 to check it out. They weren't busy at the time and were very glad to see me. Gave me an acceptable price quote so I had them change my car's oil. Quick, professional, friendly crew. Out in about 15 min. Will return with my other car in a short while. Expert service!
